Took months longer than they said and were damaged when they came – Ordered over $400 worth of toys early November. Arrived in March mostly damaged. Tried to contact them and get refund - no response. Really disappointed! I will never use this company again. Show details

Ignored – I ordered cufflinks and jewellery from this website in November last year and am still waiting. I have send them 2 emails asking for information regarding the delays with zero response to both enquiries

No Christmas dress for Christmas. Thanks Rosewholesale – Rosewholesale were advertising a lot on facebook their Christmas dresses. So I decided that would be something different for Christmas Day. weeks After my order I emailed them asking for my tracking information as I had received nothing. I was then informed when the item is restocked it will be sent out. They were still advertising on Facebook at this time. Then the same day I was informed that my item had been shipped out, but still no details for me to track my item. Another 2 weeks later I emailed again wanting the information to track my order as I still didn't have it. It was then I was given the information only to discover my order had not been shipped out weeks ago as they stated in the email, it had only been dispatched from the PostNL 3 days ago.

So NO dress for Christmas this year. Not sure if I will still fit into it next year.

I will not be ordering anything else through them again, no matter how good the dress is(when I receive it).

few items. I found my size using the sizing chart provided and went to the checkout. I love the different payment options. I payed with no Hassel or messing around. My order came within 2 weeks. Rose wholesale kept me up-to-date every step of the way. I opened my parcel and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the material and the designs they were great especially as the prices are so low you think they might not be but they are very high quality. don't buy clothes online so I can't give my opinion on them. I only buy accessories such as watches, caps etc.

You can pay via paypal which means you can feel safe.

Customer service:

Unfortunately, the watch strap was broken so I contacted the company & complained. The reply came the same day.

They said I could return the item or I could receive a partial refund.

I won't say how much they offered in the refund but it was shockingly high, so in the end we settled on a lower amount as I only wanted to fix the strap.

I was really impressed so I left a review on the site, and received even more points towards another discount on future purchases.

The watch itself was great quality and really looked expensive, even though it was very cheap.

The strap would've cost about £2 to fix, they refunded me £5. #Awesome.

Overall, I had a great experience.

Very happy with the two items of clothing I received – Having logged on from fb it was very easy to find my way to and around the website. There were so many items to choose from. My clothing was perfect and arrived within 10 days of my order. Very happy :)

though - it's more a purple than dark blue pattern on it - still, it looks good and I'm happy. Some advice when purchasing from Chinese companies online to prevent disappointment - always add one size to your usual size, then the clothes will fit properly.

that the third party supplier who you need to sent the item back too never receive it, the onus is all on you too prove delivery.

Still waiting my parcel – I need a full refund I place an order last 6 Oct 2018 and I am wasting my time to cheked every now and then about the tracking number at the post office. I need my money back!!!

Don't bother – Purchased a wig. Completely different to the one in the photo. I thought i was getting a blonde wig but what i ended up with was a grey one. Tried to complain but they never get back to you. Never again will i deal with these people,

Quality of merchandise is surprisingly good – I enjoy shopping at Rosewholesale. The products I have received so far have surprised me with the quality despite such low prices. My only concern is the sizing. Sometimes a 3x is size 12, other times it is an 18. And men's shirts run very small. This gets confusing and errors become easier on my part. So far, though, those staff members helping me rectify the situation have been quite good

Still waiting for my parcel – Hello. If am writing here it is because am losing hope of getting my delivery. I came to Australia for My birthday. Made a purchase on 04 of July and chose that it comes through priority mail. I leave australia this week and I still have not received my dresses.

Don’t bother – Ordered 2 tops online - 1 completely different to the description, the other is very poor quality material. On top of that it took over a week to process the order and another 4 + weeks to receive it. Never again!

Very surprised - was expecting much less – Am delighted that I took a chance and ordered from Rose Wholesale. Shipping was very fast. I received in just over a week. Products were of better quality than I expected for the prices. All fit perfectly - the measurements listed were accurate. Feel like I scored a real bargain. Certainly expected to be waiting much longer, and to receive poorer quality goods for such great prices. Will shop again for sure!

Surprisingly Good – I had mixed feelings on purchasing from this online store given the mixed reviews. I was very happy with the first order I received quite quickly and was happy with the quality. The second order there was a bit of confusion but they refunded my purchase the same day. Happy with the dealings I've had so far. something for everyone. I have found after ordering and purchasing the items the majority are packed and shipped soon after. (just try to remember delivery to other countries can take weeks to arrive - so you need to be pre organised if they are presents). Contacting them I have not have a problems doing this and they have always written back......excellent.

Horrible service – I have never seen such a bad service on online business. Didn't received items ordered last year November. Kept on telling me check with post office or wait. Is it too much to ask to refund that I didn't received after 4 months hassling?

Overall 3 stars – Made my 4 orders online and overall found that it is hit and miss with their products. Sizing is all over the place and varies from one item to the next. quality tends to be good with most products and customer service is very good got many refunds due to wrong sizing and got to keep item .., will give to charity. Postage also varied but mostly took 10-15 days.

friend who can and she contacted them several times without any luck.

I have continued to contact them but as they feel they fulfilled their service, they will not refund my money. They want me to go talk to my neighbours to see if they received it. I have explained to them many times, as it is now more than eight weeks past Christmas, I do not feel I should have to do this and they should return my money.

Changes Made For The Better – made online purchase, the customer service, seems to have changed? the last item I bought came in very quickly and the price was good. so, nothing like the first few times they owe me about $50 Aussie dollars, from items that I never received to this day, I cant be bothered chasing it up, I just chose not to buy too much from them anymore.  Show reply
