is made of cotton, it’s a very thin see-through cotton but it’s almost wearable.
2. "Short Sleeve Casual Abstract Shirts & Tops" SPU: LE1NSH717135 – this item is polyester, the type that gives you electrostatic hair in seconds.
3. "Short Sleeve Vintage Cotton-Blend Shirts & Tops" SPU: LE1USH713CE9 – this item is predominantly polyester but with some portion of cotton making it feel like a soft polyester blend.
4. "Vintage Silk Pants" SPU: LE1GPA3F5773 – this item is not made of a horrible material, I don’t know what it is and how much of ‘silk’ is in it. The finish is poor quality though. Also, as you enter this SPU number to the Roselinlin search box, there will be two items, with different photos, and different prices, the version that shows the upper body (the cheap rubber upper finish) is the closest to the truth.
5. "Floral Short Sleeve Dresses" SPU: LE1RDR2181E2 – this item is polyester, not even water droplets go through it, think of the material your umbrella is made of.
6. "Color Block Casual Round Neckline Short Sleeve Shirts & Tops" SPU: LE1MSH54643E – this item is a polyester blend giving it a soft feel to a synthetic material.
7. "Short Sleeve V Neck Shirts & Tops" SPU: LEZSH5K0214 – as the items numbers 3 And 6 above, a polyester blend, it definitely has some cotton in it.
I am 176 cm (5.77) tall and 58 kgs (127 pounds). In Australia, I wear Medium or Large or 10-12 usually – being tall my chest and hips are quite wide. I checked the measurement details for each item with a sewing tape as the sizing varied across all items and I ordered S and M based on the centimeters provided, yet all the items are huge, for example, a top that advertises as medium bust 98 cm is actually 106 cm bust, therefore, they don't maintain their records properly. Due to the baggy size and polyester materials, the items feel like something you would pick up in cheap mature-age lady shops. Kmart and BigW have a better quality 'cotton'
I have received a response to my review stating that they would like to know which items have been incorrect in regards to sizing – that is all they have been interested in. I wrote them a lengthy email providing this information but also explaining that I would like all these items to be actual cotton such as in the case of the "Casual Sleeveless Cotton-Blend Dresses SPU: LEWDRCU5501" as some of the items they posted are polyester. I also explained, to be reasonable, that as a consumer I am unable to identify cotton clothing on their website if they are all advertised with the same “cotton blend” description yet I have received several different types of materials. ‘Sally’ responded that:
“If you need the specific fabric composition, you can contact with us to know this information before you order”
So… I emailed them several new SPU items where all items are currently advertised as “cotton blend” and to my disappointment, I received a response from ‘Mandy’ gaslighting me stating that:
“We have listed the meterial details on the item's page . Please kindly check the item's page of them” and that “"cotton-blend" A cotton blend is another way of referring to a shirt that's made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, linen, or rayon”
As described above this information is incorrect, the majority of items are definitely not 80% cotton.
Each time you email Roselinlin service, you are communicating with a new person and the process starts from scratch – there is no consistency which is why I see why organising returns is such an impossible process for consumers, and yes you do need to post to China, even though it is not an exchange problem but a false advertising problem. I don’t need to exchange the items as there is nothing to change to, the cotton blend items that are advertised don’t exist at all.
Also, if you are in Australia, note that even if you chose currency as AUD you will still get US cost, in my case I was charged about AUD $50 more than I was advised in writing that I was to pay.
To date, I have not been offered any compensation nor resolution by Roselinlin, and they have not amended the description of the items on their website. I also tried to review each item through the Roselinlin website but they are not letting me do that - this option is disabled for me which is how they control reviews.
If you still go ahead with shopping with them, make sure that you:
- email them prior to purchase asking for specific measurements & fabric composition as per their washing care (they have that information) and push for this information, you also want this in writing.
- understand that the photos are graphicly edited, that is, for example, they have a shot of a model wearing a templated style of a piece and they paste a pattern of the fabric onto it. You will actually find the same item shots repeating across Fashionmia, LightInTheBox, Roselinlin, and few other China-based websites. It may be worth googling the product number or SPU to get more info. I even found some of those items at Amazon.
- this is IMPORTANT: take screenshots of item description/overview at the time of purchase as they remove and edit them later.

Buyer Beware – ROSELINLIN has a refund/return policy that raises red flags. You are required to return merchandise to Guangzhou, China. Many people have been scammed returning items to Guangzhou, China -- package does not arrive at the destination, not a valid address, no cash refund. I never had a problem – I never had a problem with this boutique online! I have half of my clothes from here and all quality. Don't buy anything unless you have reviews and pictures. Also, the size is very different for each clothes, so please look at the size chart. Overall my favorite online store and I recommend it as long as you follow my advice.

I've spent over $1K recently and they had the chance, with fair, reasonable and good policies, to build my confidence in their brands and encourage me to spend even more going forward, BUT, their policies & tactics have totally eroded my consumer confidence and over the long term, they will learn that their brands will suffer the consequences of these consumer UNFRIENDLY return policies.
Anything of a negative nature sent to their one email available, service@roselinlin.com, yields NO RESPONSE. I suspect they just want their return policy deadlines to expire while you wait in utter frustration for them to tell you the address in China where you're supposed to send clothes that don't fit and ARE DIFFERENT than the pictures they use to market them, back.
Here's what they finally communicate in an email: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).

When you go to that link to read the policy, you still don't get the address. It's frustrated me to the point where I'm just going to take their 15% offer and give the clothes away. I know that's just what they intend, but it's simply not worth it to waste any more time jumping through their flaming hoops.

Pretty sure they wouldn't pass a flammability code for the industry. Five of the 7 items were either way too small or oversized. Two items were completely different than what was ordered and pictured on the website. I have to say that the customer service was prompt and professional however. No problems there. And, to be truthful, one cover-up top is made of cotton and fits. I requested a return shipping label. They tried to discourage that by offering me a 15% discount stating it is difficult to do the return without incurring added costs. I got it anyway and then was also offered 25% off at that time. The package must be tracked and yes, it goes back to China. Tracking is not guaranteed by Canada post. Shipping from Alberta, Canada to China $39.99. Add the tracking and the total is $146.99. My order was $206.00 CA. I'm sure you can do the math. You had better be sure you want the stuff because you'll be stuck with a bunch of ill-made garments and find yourself out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I don't even know if I will donate it - Yikes! I did request the 25% off when I found out how prohibitive the return costs were, considering I had cancelled the order on time. I have yet to receive that refund but they did indicate it could be a couple of weeks. Think VERY hard before you make your payment. This is a truthful review. Sometimes a little retail therapy is exactly what you DON'T need!

So used a different on and that they could just pull it up and I can re-order... well I ended up with 2 orders of the same and duplicates of some the items that were all crap and unwearable.... holes wrong fabric wrong size it was just a bunch of junk. They spent two hours repeating this and then pressuring me to accept 35% refund and I get to keep clothes that I cannot wear. But Items are not as advertised! colours are off, necklines are sometimes changed. It's definitely copied clothing that is not properly made. Lastly, it is very expensive to return and take quite a long time to receive as well, with a limited time to get a refund.

update, I kept checking nevertheless just in case. My parcel was delivered in pouring rain to an open landing whilst I was away. By the time I received the order it was soaked through. I immediately contacted their customer service, and awaited their response. NOTE -- all responses from this company are automated replies. Once I had notified the customer service department, I opened all of the items and left them to dry while I waited for a reply. Still waiting...... Those items received were not as depicted in the online photos, sizing was not as expected even though I used their sizing guide, and many of the items are poorly made and of low quality fabric, not as described at all. A few weeks later I received remaining items from the same order, that didn't ship initially. Once received, I tried on all items, setting aside those I wished to return. I followed the return instructions inside the packaging, and requested return of those items that were of poor quality, or did not fit. Once again I received an automated reply, stating that customer service would process the request within 48hrs. Now a week went by, and I had not heard anything from Customer service. So I emailed customer service requesting a response. Still I waited..... A few more days have now passed by, so I emailed them again. Still I waited.......This I have done, over and over and only received an automated reply to each enquiry. Imagine my surprise then when I received an automated email from customer service yesterday, which said " your return order has timed out and has now been cancelled".
Now totally frustrated with the situation, I went searching for some other means of contacting this company, or some information about returning the items. Sadly, this is when I discovered that there are many others who have had the same experience as myself. So you know how the rest of this goes. Finally, today I managed to get a response through Live chat, only to be told that they had replied to each of my emails, and to check my junk mail. I did this and found no emails from this company. So the live chat went on, and finally I was told that I could not return the items as they were now past the return date. I did my best to plead this case, and requested a return/ refund in the interest of good customer relations based on the fact that no one had taken any notice of the words I had written over and over which clearly said " I have not received any response to my previous emails ". However, customer service was not forthcoming. The only thing I can now do is to join the list of many unhappy customers, and make sure I leave a review warning others. DO NOT SHOP AT ROSELINLIN --YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. :-(

were mailed from within the US (Vernon, California.) They are well aware that due to the expense, no one would ever do this. They should not be operating in the US under those terms. Also, their products are not always as they appear in the pictures. Some of the material and workmanship is substandard to the point of unwearable, some of the sizes are completely random. I had ordered a number of lovely-looking items, reading in detail their descriptions and specific measurements for sizes.I ordered two t-shirts, one blouse, 3 pairs of pants, and a pair of of boots. The shirts were fine, and one pair of pants looked like what I ordered, but the size was way off. The other two pairs were TERRIBLE--incredibly thin material (like crepe paper), sizes way off of the measurements they had posted, WORKMANSHIP EXCEPTIONALLY BAD, pieced together in a weird way and in one pair, one of the pockets was caught up in the side seam completely unwearable. The sturdy looking boots were very flimsy, more slipper-like. I kept the t-shirts and planned to return the rest (except the boots which I knew were on clearance and could not be returned.) There is a short return time frame allowed, so I contacted them quickly. The website makes it very difficult to "apply for returns." You have to fill out a very detailed "application for return." I did not get a response and reached out to customer service two more times over several days before getting a response--remember the clock was ticking. I then got the below response:
"Please note that customers must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline. Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth." "***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. ***"
That was sent on April 14, I was out of reach and responded on April 22 and asked for my 15% back and they told me it was too late.
Again, I strongly advise avoiding ordering anything from this company.

I took my entire order to the charity shop, and I expect they used it for rags. The full length photos are from their website, the close ups show the rubbish they send, don't be fooled like I was!

You then have to pack the goods up and post them, at a high cost (it cost me over $35 for a small parcel), photograph the receipt, send it to the company, and then they refuse to refund your money until the goods appear in Guangzhou. First they offered me 15% discount, then 20%, then 30%, and latest is 35%.... but it doesn't matter how much discount they offer, I still would not wear this top. They said they would refund me if return it at my expense.... but postage to China from Australia is nearly 3 times what the top cost. Not happy at all, and will not purchase from them again.
