Extremely poor service. I ordered online and 15 days later, my Blundstones boots still haven't arrived. I called customer service for help, and they promised to call me back but never did. Disappointing lack of communication. Show details

Avoid if you're a bigger size person. Companies manufacture large sizes but this lot won't cater. Stop at size11 (3xl) gloves. Which is useless if you require size12 (3xl) Phone service is condescending & dismissive.

Worst customer service EVER – Product arrived faulty so I emailed customer service with my order number to let them know I was returning the shorts for a refund. The first employee told me the order number I gave them (which was on THEIR email) was incorrect. Back and forth I emailed to no help. Removed] is her name) to locate my order. So I called the customer service number…6:48secs on hold then I get through to the correct department only to receive a recorded message that no one was there to take my call. Couldn’t leave a message. Finally I email again and get a reply and to try and get a refund through these amateurs you either have to go into a store or wait for them to send a return postage bag that I then have to post myself and wait for the refund. All this for a faulty pair of shorts, not a change of mind or wrong size. I will never recommend RSEA or shop ever again.

As a woman I'll shop somewhere else instead – The images I've attached are for the exact same shirt but one is the women's the other is the men's. Why it's important a piece of PPE is flattering, so important it's mentioned twice and before everything else including safety features and other more important info, is telling what kind of company RSEA is. I'm trying to do my job safely not be "flattering". I'd try Lowe's or Kmart instead.

Went into RSEA to return a faulty pair of work pants that had a broken zipper. This was the 2nd pair I had purchased that had the same fault. Both pairs bought at the same time. with returning the pants and made it a really pleasant experience. She was exceptional with her customer service. I highly recommend you keep her employed and give her a role in running the store. I will be recommending all my work collegues to get their gear from DFO RSEA. Great job and thanks to Steph. Note: I am not related to her, I just love people who go above and beyond are recognised for their efforts.

This company has really terrible customer service. When I ordered online, the website sent me a tracking number via email after the package was shipped, but two weeks have passed and I haven't received a call or a tracking number. When I emailed them, they said they had already shipped it to me, but I didn't sign for it and it was returned to the factory. They haven't replied to me since, asking if they'll send the package back to me. Show details

Absolutely disgraceful service and terrible experience overall. Melton store took $500 advance payment for 2 pair of safety boots as they were in back order. Didn’t hear anything from them for next 3 weeks. Went into store to enquire and they didn’t have my order. I asked for refund and they were not able to process. I walked in to Lakehaven store to buy steel cap shoes. The service was good but the knowledge was wrong. Last week I bought a pair of Cat shoes and was told to not buy them loose. shifts I went in to tell them what damage has been done to my feet and all the sales woman said was "we don't have a return policy on Cat Brand and she will relay the information to the rep". Over $160 I paid! Be assured I will phone you tomorrow. I have already written two emails. I wished I read the reviews before purchasing and believing the salesman's pitch. He could have seen how wide my foot was but instead said "we will place on thicker socks". He probably asked me to put on thicker socks so I couldn't feel the horrible way they were made. Be assured I will also take this up with Retail consumer affairs. I won't buy anything from you again. What happened to customer satisfaction.I bought a descent pair from another safety shop and they fit perfect.

Great instore staff, the worst experience ever when dealing with the head office. They have no idea how to deal with customers. They advertise a service online and they are happy to take the money but weeks and weeks later (7 weeks and counting) I still don’t have the product that I need. It’s gone so far now that I’m considering legal representation to get this sorted.

Lacks brands,push toward minimum brand names – Poor selection of brands,mainly caters to poorer quality and obviously have deals organized with marketing/sales people hence the poor selection,not a lot to choose from especially the plastic bag quality hi vis t shirts,has a Kmart/target feel about the layout and poor selections.

When she finally got them open, she brushed past me without a word looked me up and down with the filthiest look I think I've ever seen and grunted something I couldn't understand then waddled back inside. If you are the owner, you need to get out of this line of work. If you are the person who employed her, you've been tricked or you have no idea what customer service is. I was so mortified I jumped back in my ute and left. This is the only review I've made in my life

Disbelief – When ever I add to shopping cart the site automatically adds quantity and sets wrong size and colour eg; high vis, Went have a look at the end of year sale and the prices are the same as mid year they just put them up before that sale, I believe it's called price gouging, very dishonest company Show details

Head office service – I make this feedback on the outstanding service of the head office I had a issue with the Kedron store in Qld and Jordan at the service center was so polite and helpful and resolved the issue that I had with the manger of the Kedron Store which I have left feedback for again this 5 star is for the support department Show details

Perfect service – The service from the staff at rsea joondalup was outstanding. They were very understanding about my mother's returns for her work pants x 3 that she purchased but ended up changing her mind a few weeks later. We lost the receipt They took the time to find the purchase . My mother was refunded and left with a smile . Thanks rsea

BOOVAL RESEA terrible – The attitude of staff and quality of product at this store at booval is beyond terrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful when the products they sell are faulty and not fit for purpose.

Customer service Sorry to say. Non existence – Came in here. Looked around for about 15 minutes. No once did any staff asked me if I was okay or do I need help. Lucky I knew what I was looking for and what size. Lucky I get a discount. Because I would’ve walked out of here not purchasing anything. There was three staff. Obviously busy doing phone orders.
