I ordered 2 x matching runners to assist my dog recovering from surgery. This was to give traction on a slippery hallway. I emailed Rugsaustralia to ask if I could pay extra for delivery and they were so accommodating and helpful. They express shipped to me next day. Pretty darn happy with the level of service. Purchasing a number of rugs for a wedding aisle situation, a few were out of stock. Fast turn around on advising items out of stock and providing alternative rugs. Very happy with this result. The rugs are very soft, easily washable, but vacuums will need to be on the lowest setting. Happy with the colours and quality for what we are after.

Have been waiting on my rug for a few weeks and had no communication or tracking notice. Finally they answered one of my emails and let me know that they couldn’t supply it . It will be another month away. I have tried to cancel this order as it was being sent to our holiday house and no one will be there for the next few months. No communication back. Cannot get any reply at all. Phone numbers on the website do not exist .

Bit slow with postage as 1 rug was not in however the rug looks great lightens the room and they went the extra mile by sending an apology rug of the same design we used in another room all look amazing thanks Lucy

Absolutely disgusted, bought a rug 31/10 and still waiting. No rug , told me they were waiting for a shipment and it would arrive early December. When I looked at my account they had marked that the order had been fulfilled. So angry, to me it amounts to theft.
I ordered a rug for living room and it is beautiful, soft and looks exactly the same as shown in pictures. Great quality and affordable price.

It's thin, which I knew it would be from reviews and the website, but it's got a lovely soft feel on top, and great non-slip backing, and the edges are nicely stitched. somewhat of a scam/dodgy rugs website, but our purchase was from RugAustralia.
Pretty quick shipping - ordered on Saturday, shipped Tuesday, and arrived on the Gold Coast on Friday. It folded up pretty small when it arrived, so maybe it would fit in our washing machine. Nice to know we have that option if needed. Happy with the purchase and will likely order another rug at some point.
Sizing, color and quality is perfect, product description spot on. Washes great, and corners dont curl. This is my second order! So soft, perfect for our van as well

Yes very quick to deliver but rug can't be vacuumed I take it outside to shake because it is too thin - save up and get a proper rug.

Whew - scary times with wait of 25 days from payment to delivery, and inaccurate delivery tracking advice: not adept with internet purchases and panicked about possibility of a scam, but all was well in end and love the new rug and mats.

I was a little skeptical after seeing reviews about poor communication and long wait times, however when I emailed to confirm it had been shipped, I heard back within 24 hours. It was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. My rug is so soft and has flattened out nicely a day after laying it out!
Was delivered quickly and was perfect for a recent bedroom restyle …..Beautiful colours and not too overpowering . Will definitely Purchase again soon.

Great if you’re not in a rush – - The rug looks amazing (exactly as advertised) - You pay way less of what you would pay somewhere else - it is true I had to wait a bit longer than usual to get the product (1 month from the day I placed the order to the day I received it) - customer service people were quite responsive. I would recommend it because of the quality and difference in price.
Wouldn’t recommend this dropship company – [Content Removed] company. Advertising stock that isn’t actually available. I only found out AFTER I made contact. Very poor English and communication skills, not well enough to run a company. They were very hard to communicate with, only contacted me after I told them I was going to Fair Trading. Wouldn’t recommend and would never buy from them again. Still yet to actually receive my refund for the rug.
Great service – Great service, messed up my initial order and they fixed it the next day. Just a bit hard to get hold off them when the chat line doesn't work.
