Hi Tessa, I think the new mini processor, the bowl is the same design. Confirm with Russel Hobbs online/phone. Staff should be able to quote a price, but, it may be cheaper to purchase a new complete processor. I too had dropped my glass blender and ended up paying a very small fraction in price for a new complete blender. Good luck. Maria

Hi Tessa, Was @ Target Aust today and saw complete kit @ $49. Unsure of your residential, give it a go. Will be the cheapest option as opposed to replacing glass bowl if there is any in stock. Hope this was helpful. Cheers Maria

Thank you so much - we went into Good Guys today and I managed to get a new one for $44. It was not advertised at that price, but I got it knocked down. I had an idea I'd seen one advertised for $40 but I think I may've been wrong! Now the whole of the old one has all gone into the bin to landfill. Such a shame.

Hello Donna, Unfortunately the RHMFP1 was replaced by the RHMFP2 model. I’d assume the glass bowl would fit and may therefore be able to purchase directly from Russel Hobs. Honestly though, you may be better purchasing the new model as sometimes, the replacement bowl plus delivery will/may cost the same. Had the same situation with a glass blender. Hope this helps. Hi Donna, Here’s the contact # 1 800 623 118 for Russell Hobs. Ask for spare parts, hopefully they will be able to supply with a replacement. Luck.

I can’t see why not. Motor has improved in wattage and size. The glass base is still 1 litre and made of glass. The blade would be the same. Hope this helps.

If its under warranty try to get them to take it back it will keep happening its the worst designed kitchen product I have ever seen.
