Having problem with locking system currently can't unlock to open
I cannot for the life of me remove the center post from my the large bowel. I don’t know what the ‘clear’ outer tabs in the manual refer to, but I’ve been turning the plastic tabs holding it in place and it won’t budge.
I have the same problem have not been able to use the large bowl from day of purchase the centre post won’t come out is there anyone who knows how.
I can't get my food processor to switch on. It is locked into the correct place but the base of the bowl doesn't seem to reach the small black power button on the base. If I press it manually it works. This has been happening since the day I got it. Just can't get it to work.
If you have the receipt I would return it, it’s rubbish cut ya losses an get rid of it. The one I had would work one day but not the next. I know this doesn’t help but good luck.
I tried the smaller bowl and that worked fine. It's the long black lead in the handle that is the problem. It doesn't go down far enough into the handle which pushes the little round black knob into the slot on the base which turns it on. I tried to fix it but just won't work. I don't have my receipt and my warranty would have run out by now. I have hardly used it and now that I want to it's useless. Oh well, cut my losses as you say I guess. Thanks.

I’m not sure why I can’t get out food processor into place ... it’s locked in yet isn’t working.
This has been an ongoing problem since I received this as a house warming gift about 3-4 years ago so haven’t tried to tackle the problem. I’m now wanting to start using the food processor to make açai bowls so would be truly grateful if you can provide some troubleshooting advice.

The black spindle thing is now stuck on the big bowl - I have no idea how to unlock it to put it back on the small bowl :( My fingers hurt :(

No :( I'm thinking I'm just going to break the thing (just for the satisfaction of it) and buy something different...
We have been using Russell Hobbs Multi Processor RHFP600 almost from 6 months it was working properly but now when I starts the blue light comes but the blade are not rotating. Any idea what is the problem?
I'm sorry Hira, our processor worked for so little time we didn't get the opportunity to learn much about it.
I only used it a few times but I returned it to place of purchase and brought a Braun. Sorry I didn't use it long enough, it was so loud and noise my family could cope with it.
How do I turn the small 500ml processor bowl on? It won't allow me to click in left to work.

I just bought mine found the small one easy to turn on just slightly push in the connection
We are about to use our processor for the first time and can't get it to work. We have made sure the bowls are locked in but nothing happens when we push any of the buttons
We have baught a food proscer and it does not work we have made sure it is locked ,we tried the small bowl and it went straight onno bother so the we tried the large bowl again and did not work we need help
The handle needs to be facing you and the handle locks into the bit with the padlock symbol just above the "high" button
