Very disappointed
After a month still haven't received the item i paid for Ryda wont answer my messages I have asked for a refund but have had no communication from them

Excellent service. Can't fault it.
I can't believe the fantastic service from Ryda. I ordered a pair of Pioneer speakers around lunchtime on Wednesday 30/12/20 and they were waiting for me at the post office on Thursday 31/12/20. Thankyou for your quick service. I'll definitely be recommending you to others.

A delight to do business with!
I only just recently discovered Ryda, after extensive research for a new camera. Not only did I find the camera I wanted, at an already reduced price at the Ryda store, but they were also more than happy to price-match with one of the other stores that had the camera at a slightly lower price. My emails to Ryda were answered almost immediately by Dave from the get-go, with more than enough information, including some pointers I was not aware of and which I greatly appreciated. y Chris, who was not only a delight to speak with, but also very patient and quite informative. A seamless transaction through and through, and I feel very fortunate to have found you guys. While in-store, I also placed my next order, which Chris processed while I was there. The camera, which I bought as a gift, came with all appropriate extras (including warranty valid for Australia; very important as, you may find the same product elsewhere, BUT, you won't get a valid warranty with it! Dave pointed this out to me in one of the first emails, and which I was not aware of and I'm grateful for!). I'll finish by saying that, having worked in and dealt with marketing, as a consultant, with all different kinds of businesses over the years, big and small, it was not only reassuring to have come across the Ryda business, it was also truly a breath of fresh air. I got the sense that, no request or question I had, was beyond these guys' capacity to deal with. A vast difference from having the experience too many times, of feeling like you're a "difficult" customer, just because you have questions regarding a product you're interested in. If impeccable customer service means anything to you, then take a look at the Ryda store; or better yet, if you are lucky enough to live nearby, drop into the Petersham store and find out for yourself. Never again
I placed an order a week in advance for when I needed the product with express shipping and the item was in stock. 2 weeks later the item still hasn’t been shipped and I had no communication from the company apart from getting the run around. Never again will I shop with ryda or recommend them to family and friends. I have since requested a refund to not even get an email confirming the refund.

runaround or why would we do so but if your order has not been refunded please contact us on our email support or our live chat service. Both of these support channels are answered as quickly as possible but as you can appreciate it can get a little busy at this time of the year. We pride ourselves on our service and pricing and I am disappointed that we have let you down and apologise for that although I am not sure at this stage where we failed. If you would be kind enough to let us know some more details I could then follow through more thoroughly. We try to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible, even when they are not positive, on many different channels. Can't fault the price, service or delivery
Just purchased two Olympus lenses from Ryda, this was the second purchase I made with them. The first time I was enticed by the online price. The second time I came back for the excellent service, delivery and yes the price was also sharp. I'm super impressed with this Australian owned and operated store, they've earned a place as my new 'go-to' store. They carry a huge range of electronic and photographic items, the website is a dream to navigate. One happy customer

Highly Recommended
I bought an Olympus digital SLR from Ryda.com in May 2019 having seen the camera in a shop in London . A quick scan of the web showed that I was much better off ordering from Ryda than any store in the UK. Not only was the camera cheaper but it came with some extras free, such as a decent camera back pack and a useful wrist strap that has proved far more practical than the supplied Olympus neck strap ( though the wrist strap can be expanded for use as a neck strap as well). Apart from a mix up with the body colour ( I ordered a black body but was sent a silver one, which I decided to keep) I have been delighted with the camera and have added a review on this website. Ryda has also impressed me with their customer service. A few weeks ago the camera developed a fault and having contacted them their Sales Manager, Christian, personally contacted me to ensure that a repair was carried out by Olympus under warranty . Difficult to believe them
On 17/10/2020 I ordered some Car entertainment equipment from Ryda Dot Com. One of the items I required was a fascia (FP8439). This item did not show as being in stock but the agent assured me it was.
Delivery was painfully slow and I eventually received a shipment from them today (26/10/2020). The fascia was not included. You can't contact this mob by phone if you've ordered online. So online chat was the only option. They came up with standard excuse #3 (excuse my cynicism) - "It was damaged and they didn't want to send it".

With regards to contacting us, I am not sure why we would not give you our phone number as it is clearly published on our website under contact us and we make it one of our key service points that our customers still have the ability to call us. As for delays in shipping, it is easy to blame the current health issues for this but it is truly impacting delivery times. I am sorry that your experience has not been to the high standard we aim for but we are trying to rectify that for you. I believe we have offered you a full 100% refund with shipping costs should delays continue to occur. As a way of an explanation, some of the parts for your order are coming from suppliers in Melbourne where we are experiencing delays of up to 3 weeks getting our orders into our warehouse. Love the Garmin BC 30 Wireless Reversing Camera
Before i purchased the Garmin BC 30 Wireless Reversing Camera i contacted Ryda.com to make sure the Garmin BC 30 Wireless Reversing Camera was compatible with my Garmin Drive 61 they checked for me and said that it would work fine my Garmin Drive 61.
Thank you very much for a"Brilliant" product the Garmin BC 30 Wireless Reversing Camera, every thing you need was in the box as well as a manual for the instillation, it was so easy to install and use.

Can't go wrong
In the process of buying Garmin Fenix 6's for the wife and myself. Started with the Sunnto ambit 2's and bought Sunntos right up to the Spartan Ultras
Bought all the watches off Ryda. 10 bucks postage to WA and they even send a couple express post. I have all the watches recorded in the online account so it's a no brainer if I need warranty.
Can't see the point spending hours looking around as they have always been the on par or cheaper than the rest.
Bought a Fenix 6s for the wife this morning and got the tracking advice 3 hrs later. Doesn't get much better.

So Easy and great value
Ryda had stock of a heavily discounted Garmin watch that the big retailers were unable to supply. It was ordered online on Monday afternoon and I had it here in QLD by Thursday for the same price as advertised by JB's. Will shop again with Ryda.

Sometimes a better price is not the answer - if you want quick delivery pay a little more somewhere else
Made an online purchase on 01.06.2020 - It is now the 10.06.2020 and no items received. I have generated two ticket numbers for someone to reply but no reply has been forthcoming. I only live 50 km away, so unless stock levels are not what they claim to be, something less than professional is happening here. Communication is very poor and the person on the 'on-line support' line needs to realise that appropriate feedback and reviews will be left if customers are 'given the flick'.
