I bought 3 mattresses and 3 ensembles. They got delivered on 24th December 2025. They product is not as per our specifications, hence have been emailing them since then but no response. My 85years old mum hasn't been sleeping comfortably, I have spine injury...they don't care. Worse ever company to deal with...

a refund and they needed my information. Once I provided that I never heard from them again or received my refund. I have been calling and txting the number but nothing.

I very angry as this is alot of money and I store won’t help me.

knowledgeable, efficient and had great customer relation skills, made us feel very at ease. John rectified our issue he also picked up on another small problem and he will follow through with that. We highly recommend and cannot fault the after sales service. Rose & Mark

The recliner is Deadly. Well worth the wait and price. This is also a chair lift for my later years. Got a great deal by asking “what’s the best price you can do for me” from the sales person.

I shopped around for a month and couldn’t get a better deal for the Dual lift recliner/chair lift. Because I got the quote written on a salesman’s card, they honoured the price about 5 weeks later.

Thank you SA Longe Suites at Gepps Cross.

I don’t want to get out of it.

Most importantly about the Zeus is that it is Aussie made in SA.

Very disappointed in both SA Lounges and Garstone – We purchased our retirement electric recliner chairs just over a year ago, paying good money to have Australian made and expected them to last us many years. no chairs and the man of the house needing his leg up from a broken achilles tendon!!! First we were told there would be no warranty on the broken chair and we had to pay the freight as well as for them to fix it, so we had a qualified local person repair it only to discover the break was at a very weak spot. When paying for the freight and sending the second chair to Adelaide we were accused of shifting the motor and jamming the cords!!!! We had done no such thing and found others had the same problem with Garstone chairs. After many weeks our chair was sent back with us paying the freight only to have it simply covered in a plastic bag with no other support around it. Extremely disappointed, many phone calls and emails were not returned and all the while no apologies or compensation for our distress and expenses.

the chair and it wouldn't return to the upright position from recliner position! Frank, the Manager came to review the problem and as it could not be repaired on site, had it removed to the store for repair! Three weeks later everything electrical replaced with brand new components/motors and cables---all free of charge to us. I cannot recommend this Company more highly. They are Professional. They stand by their warranties and are the BEST as far as we are concerned. Their drivers (Bob and colleague) were very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, trying to negotiate a very tricky entrance, to the property too!. In today's climate of "near enough is good enough attitudes" this Company deserves recognition for its professionalism in all facets of its business, from initial Sales to after sales service, as well as its transport services too! Communication also was second to none from their warehouse Manager (John )too!

we paid a deposit for TWO lounges. Went back a week later with some questions she remembered our names and solved the issues we had. You would think Laureen had been in the trade for years only to find she has only been there around a month and never had any previous experience. 100% recommend her as a consultant she was amazing. Best Customer Service by a long way – I recently bought a Lilly sofa bed from SA Lounge Suites and my guests tell me its really comfortable. But it was the customer service that was outstanding. From Archie in sales, Alison in after care (she was so responsive and lovely) and John arranging delivery. Also being Adelaide based, SA Lounge Suites was the only company who could get the sofa bed to me before my guests arrived. Would highly reccommend. Show details

Great service and lift chair – Great service, i brought my parents in to try a lift chair. The care and expertise Kat showed fitting them and convincing my Dad was wonderful. After my dad had a fall and fractured his hip , Sa lounges lounges did everything to help to get dad in his chair quicker and he loves it, (especially the lifter he didn't want or need lol) Thankyou guys for above and beyond service. Show details

pickup team to pickup the sofa, repaired it and sent it back in a few weeks (took 1 week longer due to the lockdown).

John called multiple times, followed up and provided a great service. Honestly, I do recommend.

questionable! – I bought with good money a lounge suite from these people. These material started to 'peel' after about 9 months. They send goons out to check the problem with no real solution resolved. I think it may have been an intimidation tactic to stop us there. One of the men stood behind me all the time making me feel insecure inside my own home.  Show details

Not a good electric lounge, very helpful shop staf – Bought an electric recliner lounge suite in October 2020. Have had ongoing problems with it with SA Lounges since then, different people within the company have offered help but all in all its been four months and all I get is delay, delay, delay, delay. Bought recliners in 2012. Used every day and still comfortable and showing no signs of wear – Well informed and helpful sales person. We were 70 plus and they advised are our needs in the future. Long wait for chairs – Buying the chairs was a pleasure and the chairs (when they arrived) were of good quality. But the promised delivery time of three to five weeks ballooned out to 12 weeks! I had to keep phoning to see where they were. No apologies or recompense for the delay was offered or made. Show details

Great after sale service – Bought lounge back in 2011. Was not originally impressed with the product and sent it back for repairs which they happily did. Have had the lounge repaired twice since then and both times they have been excellent in repairing under lifetime warranty. Frank is a very helpful bloke and a funny bugger to boot! The last repairs were in June 2019 at no cost so couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. Show details

Great product, great service – Ordered and received lounge suite within two weeks as promised. Later noticed a few tiny scratches in one spot on a chair. Called and they came within the week and replaced the whole back of the chair. Was pleasantly surprised as I thought they would just touch up the scratches. Garbage – Absolute garbage lounge suites, and that was Australian made, quality was appalling, long wait time for it, DISGRACEFUL ended up with the General manager in my lounge room trying to defend the heap of junk they sold me. Need I say more.

recliner still didn’t get fixed still hard to close and sits on the floor. The lounge is just over 2 years the customer service was rude and made us fill uncomfortable. I would not recommend buying a sa lounge so much for buying south Australian.

lounge and would set up my new lounge in there warehouse for me to inspect. Met up with Frank again to inspect the lounge and I am very happy with the new lounge. Frank and Jimmy are very nice owners who where there to sort out my issue in a week . I would like to thank Frank Jimmy and John. Very nice gentleman.

have been left at the end of the driveway if it was up to the delivery men. Only to set up the lounge after delivery to discover it was nothing like what was tried in store. After all the matching firmness etc promised in store was bitterly disappointed.

Dodgey Company & Sales – Be aware they make you sign an account for the total of the lounge, then produce a second account which is more than the original. Sales people are dodgey & the owner will call you constantly asking for their monies. Numerous complaints to Consumer & Business Affairs.

Terrible experience which ended to a refund! – We wanted to support Australian made manufacturers and that's why we decided to buy a set of furniture from this company. We were told by the salesperson that they work with GE Money but they would charge 10% on top of original price as allegedly GE Money would charge them 10% for any transaction even Interest Free. thought we'd better to investigate more to make sure they are not overcharging us for interest. After spending a lot of time over the phone ultimately GE Money told us that they charge them only 4.29% as a commission and not 10%!!! The difference between what SA Lounge Suites were going to charge us comparing to what GE Money actually would charge them was about $215!!!

When we got back to them and discussed our findings they offered to refund our deposit!!! This happened considering the fact that we actually missed a lot of other excellent sale prices over the EOFY.

It seems that they wanted to get rid of us asap as we found out something they would never expected to be revealed.

This was a terrible experience we have ever had with shopping as we have purchased a few interest free products from another shops such as Harvey Norman and JB Hi Fi and never had such issue.

Make sure you investigate more before dealing with them.

delivery would now be 14 weeks. After 14 weeks once again there was no update from SA Lounges, so I contacted them again and they eventually delivered a lounge the following week, however it was the wrong colour. I contacted SA Lounge Suites multiple times and eventually 2 weeks later, [name removed] the manager visited my house and confirmed the colour was incorrect and assured me he could replace it in 2 weeks, however this did not occur. Once again, after multiple phone calls and emails with no response, I contacted Consumer and Business Affairs to help resolve this issue. 7 months later [name removed] the manager picked up the lounge suite and refunded my money.

Dealing with SA Lounge Suites was the worst experience I have ever had with a South Australian business and I certainly would not recommend them.
