Poor Quality – Poor quality Chinese made, not Australian like they say they are and slow delivery but quick to take your money. Emails sent and no reply. Don't trust this company

Scam dog harness – Scam scam scam, dont buy from this brand what you see is not what you get, I tried contacting them but no response, please save your money, I waited a month to get something that I couldn't even call a dog harness, they say australian made but it came from china, very poor quality don't get ripped off like I did. It's a scam!!!

Wrong order sent – Ordered 2 in different colours for both dogs but same colour was sent . Emailed 3x now but no response . Wish I’d read the reviews about customer service first Have sent photos to prove as well

Don't use – Absolutely shocking l! Ordered 25 March still hasnt arrived even though it states shipping sent 3 to 4 days post order. Website states based in Queensland Actually based in China. Paypal case raised to cancel order

Don't purchase from Safe Harness – The harnesses are supposed to be of good Australian quality. Yet they come from China. It took 12 emails back and forth just to get a 60%refund. They don't fit the dog properly. When I asked to return product to Australian address. They conveniently say the Australian warehouse isn't available to post items back. Hence why they are a scam.

SCAM! – I wish I had read the reviews too. It seems so legitimate but it is NOT! As everyone said not Australian it ships from China and is crap quality. Also takes forever to come. Then on top doesn’t refund even when they have sent the wrong products. No 30 day money guarantee. They should be shut down!

$40 onto of what I ahve already spent. I ahve sent multiple emails with their final outcome only being 30% refund as they have never stuffed up am order. They have been extremely rude and not willing to refund the one item they have intact made an error on. Will never use this site again and have found another with better pricing ams great communication.

Faulty product – Please don’t make the same mistake as me and purchase one of these poor quality harnesses! It fitted my puppy perfectly at first, however, after a few minutes of walking the harness had loosened drastically. raised the issue with the company via email and they asked for a video showing the issue which I begrudgingly sent. Once received, the company said that, conveniently, they couldn’t “see any issues” with the harness and suggested that if I was unhappy with the quality of the buckles, I could “replace them at a local tailor shop”. They weren’t joking. They refused a refund and told me to fix their dodgy work at my own expense. Again, please don’t waste your time and money with this company.

warehouse in Australia, but from China. Yep! Sucked in yet again by a dodgy, dishonest company lying about being based in Australia.

Of course I've contacted them via email about their deception and haven't received a reply - no surpises there, I wasn't really expecting one. I might be wrong, but my instincts tell me I've made a very big mistake with this purchase....

EDIT: So I sent these ignorant [Content Removed] another email and received no reply. That's 3 attempts to get them to answer the question "why are these harnesses coming from CHINA when you say you're based in Australia?" The fact that they haven't answered me says pretty much everything. These are rude, ignorant and dishonest people and it will be a cold day in hell before I buy anything from them again.

For anyone looking for a truly decent harness - a harness that is well made, comfortable, safe, reasonably priced and sold in Australia with no gimmicky 'two for one' offers....go have a look at Dog Friendly Co. You will not be sorry.

Very poor quality – Badly made with inferior clips, purchased 2 one the strap adjuster cracked after 5 weeks and told to get it repaired from the local "bag shop" and then no answer to anymore questions. Save your money and buy elsewhere, also sold under other brand names so be careful.

BIG RED FLAG – Have been waiting for over a month for.my order. Emailed and no reply. Tracking shows shipping from China while they claimed Australian made. Would NOT order had I known it's from China. Went check on their review and I wish I had seen these before placing the order. I'm going to report this and ordered my bank to recall the fund.

Terrible customer service, poor quality and shipping from China when postage says Aus Post – Horrible to deal with via email, they don't answer questions, just repeat the same thing over and over. Took almost a month to ship from China when at time of order it said Australia Post shipping (wouldn't have purchased had I known this). Poor quality, cheap materials, dodgy stitching that I don't expect to last long.
