While the staff seemed to lack proper product and pricing knowledge, the manager’s attitude was the biggest issue—unprofessional and surprisingly rude. Wish I had read reviews before engaging the store. It has been 3 months and haven't got my watch back. I have already paid $80 non refundable for an assessment. full before processing with battery.Then received an email to say I had paid more than 50% so no payment required. I called and advised only need to pay the balance when I received watch back. Advised it will be back in 2 weeks 4weeks later I call to see if I can pick it up. Hahahaha. The store called the repairer only to be told the repairer overlooked the approval to go ahead. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks. I have no words except I rate this experience as 1/10.

long time without fixing it. Then he threatened me to call the Police and waved goodbye to me. This is a civil matter and the Police will not be involved in it. His manager or CEO refused to assist. I have filed for a dispute with the bank and the watch was left in the store together with my refund. I advise any consumer NOT TTO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My Replacement Ring – I part of my ring had broken off and Mrs Salera at Highpoint so generously replaced it for me instead of merely repairing it. That was so nice of her to do so. I have been buying jewellery and watches from Saleras for over 20 years and the reason I keep going back, not just the products are excellent quality and great price, it’s the customer service and treatment I receive. perfect watch in the other store and when I went back to Salera's to buy a watch I wasn't 100% keen on, the sales lady moved and there it was in the display unit behind her. She brought it out for me and again I loved it and all the staff had their say too. I wish I'd seen this watch the first time I'd gone in as I wouldn't have bothered shoppig around. It's a very beautiful watch. The customer service in the other stores didn't compete with this store. All 3 staff that were working that day could run rings round the other stores. Keep it up :)

out under CONSUMER LAW he had to do so as it was a faulty product. Told watch was going back to RADO for their assessment and they’d get back to us. 2 weeks later no word so back into store I went only to be told no, no, no can’t do anything!!! Rang ACCC who stated it is my right as a consumer to receive a refund, store credit or replacement. This company is not complying to consumer law by flatly refusing to take responsibility for the products they sell!! Appalling customer service being taught by this company.

them as “not faulty”. After weeks of toing and froing and assertive conversations that I would speak with Fair Trading and the ACCC, did they finally re-neg and said they would give me a store credit. I said to them why would I want a store credit with a store that treated their customers this way? So finally, again after mentioning Fair trading and my rights under Consumer Law, did they finally refund me. I will never purchase from them again, not only was the product of poor quality, but the customer service was atrocious.

No Care retailer! – Purchased a Tissot t touch from Doncaster 2 years ago. Lasted a week before it faulted Returned to store, refused to swap for another one display, sent off to check returned weeks later only to be told nothing wrong Never worked properly now sits in draw a testimony to a retailer who just doesn’t care after sale. My advice to all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to purchase anything !

To save you time and troubles, ask yourself at least ten times before making any purchase here - Salera at Pacific Fair – Last July (2023) I bought a brand new automatic Citizen watch as a present for my god father. It stopped working on the first day! Salera shop at Pacific Fair then sent it somewhere for repair. I got the watch back after a few weeks. It's December 19 now and the problem is still going on...By the way, they sold the product without its proper box, certificate of origin, etc., which makes me have to ask the shop assistant whether the watch is a genuine one. So if anyone wants to buy something brand new and are willing to wait at least half a year or so to actually use their purchase, go ahead. But if you want to save your time and troubles, please don't even consider spending anytime in their shops! This is surely the worst purchase I've ever made!

Ring broken with 4 days – I have worn my ring ($400) for 4 days. I was having lunch today and another person noticed a purple stone on the table. Avoid at all costs – Purchased a stunning and extremely expensive diamond bracelet for my wife, for mothers day, from Saleras North Lakes store. Lasted less than one hour. the price of the ring :D (and reading a few specifications on the tag) I asked her to help me check the ring detail, she immediately TOOK THE RINGS AWAY before going to the computer, at this stage I felt wow this girl helped me a lot from preventing me doing criminal and going to the jail :D thanks We agreed on the ring price (even she told me resizing the ring will cost money, which none of the jewellery stores I've been to will do). I asked her to help me change the ring band to gold colour, she said she would ask head office to confirm with me next day. Guess what, next day she said the gold band is available, but they need to charge me 1000$ more because the size I want (K) is 3 size different to the one in the store (M) so they consider it as "customised" one (and obviously this girl is not so good at math, K to M is 3 size different? lol) :D In summary: - Customer experience: 0/10 (At least for Salera in Doncaster) - Price: 3/10 (So many charging fee including resizing fee, "customising" fee, ... and the price was not cheap comparing to other competitors)

Calling city store & being told to "Write my complaint" -- well here it is!!! Warning others to stay away!!

I was told by head office repair would be 2 weeks & they took 2 weeks to get back to me regarding cost of repair -- then over a month & wanted another 4-6 weeks....

Hanging up the phone on my husband when he called to see where my ring was when it was past due date & had no calls or communication.

Treating my husband like scum with zero respect or care. Pathetic excuses & attitudes.

Safety on hold for me. Most places don’t hold for that long or staff may think the costumer isn’t serious after seeing them sit for a few days.. so I am extremely thankful she kept them safe for me! There’s also another pair I’m planning on buying & had mentioned it to Radhika, so when I saw her today she informed me that they had sold but she has already ordered another pair in. Without even having to ask her, just took the initiative & did it! I seriously couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service! Absolutely outstanding! the fault (Having to pull the pin in & out 7-8 times before it would actually change the date). The team member sent the watch off for repair & I just got told that despite a Saleras employee seeing the fault, they were going to return it to me with the fault because Tissot couldn't find the problem. Nothing like a company refusing to take ownership of a faulty product they sold!! Store manager Rina said there's nothing they can do, despite acknowledging that the fault was witnessed by the employee within their store & added that Saleras would not help me. I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING AT ALL from this store as they take no responsibility at all for the products they sell, regardless of warranty or consumer law. Not worth the effort I now need to invest by navigating a consumer affairs claim just to get a working watch!!

considered as false advertising, as we point that out, she was making a fuss, instead of listening she was rambling on and interrupting which I find it very unprofessional. If you do not know how to communicate to customers with a proper grammar and manners with a class service you shouldn’t be in sales or retail for this matter. I believe it could’ve been handled better but she is not well educated how to handle customer complaints or receiving constructive feedbacks, over all bad experience and just a non quality manager. Hire someone who has high quality standard for customer service who wants customers to buy your product and to come back for more business if you do not know the basics of business this lady should not be in sales or shouldn’t be in a managerial title. Extremely poor service and bad attitude and that is why the store has no customers. I will never go back to this store first impression always counts and this lady could definitely ruined the companies brand.
