Went online did an ABN lookup and found out that the company had been bought by BEAUTOPIA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD Searched and found their phone number which is 0298823100, managed to talk to someone that had no idea that they have bought Salon Style but she helped and finally later that day I got an email that my order was on its way with an Australia Post tracking number. fixed asap because I've paid a lot with incorrect products. I was told that i would have have to wait until their warehouse got back to them on what happened before anything could be done. But you could clearly see in my order and with the photos I provided that the order had been messed up and they'd sent out the wrong products. When asking them on how we'd go about me having the incorrect products and how the processes work i was consistently told to wait until the warehouse would get back to them and then we would go from there. Next morning I get an email stating that i would have to return the items myself otherwise I'd be invoiced for them. Appreciation for the return slip but i have to now use my fuel to go print the said slip off, and pay to have it printed as my post office won't and then use more time and fuel to drive back to the post office or post box to send the products back. All of which I'm not being compensated just expected otherwise i have to pay for the products out of my own pocket when it was a company error. I have been told the products are being sent to me via express post but i haven't even been given a tracking number or idea of when I'd been getting the products i received. I then contact the company again regarding this and was just given a tracking number no confirmation email of it leaving as when i first received when I originally made the order. I understand that people mess up and mistakes happen but it also concerns me that i have received these items and now have to on my end fix up their company error. I'm pretty sure that their customers wouldn't be happy knowing whenever this happens that they expect people to fix their mistakes and more importantly are risking people tampering with said products that will then be resold once back at the warehouse. The products are amazing its why i ordered them through the site as I've used them for years and wanted a trusted, reliable and good site to order online from. But unfortunately this company was not that instead I'll be buying my products else where in future.
Disappointed – Bought a $75 brush and I was really disappointed with the quality. My brush appears to have white dots all over it which comes out in my hair. When I explained to the company, they would only send a new one if I kept original packaging, and paid for postage. I asked for refund of course they did not accept it. arrived one of the barrels did not work (errored). I contacted Salon Style who advised me to return the faulty product for a new one, however, I would not be refunded the postage costs (to return a FAULTY product), but would be given store credit. I actually had more luck contacting the manufacturer directly. The store credit policy is annoying and it is the reason I will not buy from Salon Style again and I do not recommend Salon Style.

There’s now flaw – I wanted a place that sells my favorite hair care in bulk and salon style just is the place for this .. the shipping is fast and not to mention the package comes in one piece which never happens.. the price is affordable. I would love if they became available in a travel size or small gift pack.
