Rang up after 5pm on a Friday to have my washing machine repaired. Long story short. Guy was rude from onset of phone call. 1st said they were closed and wont be open until 9am Monday. He then said they don’t repair my model of machine then hung up on me. They do repair my machine because I have asked previously.

following week. Followed by a courteous, informative and prompt technician who determined the issue and talked me through available options. But above all that for me personally was the ongoing care shown by Byron to our circumstances ( the initial contact over the phone) who not only provided me with all the information I needed to understand my rights but his unwavering support and advice to assist me to receive a store credit and upgrade to a better quality fridge. He encouraged me to call him when needed (and spoke at length over multiple calls) every step of the way and throughout multiple store visits required. Prompt Service and Excellent Advice re Expired Warranties – Our Samsung fridge stopped cooling properly when only 2.5 years old, just 6 months out of warranty. retailer from whom it was purchased to ask for a refund. Retailer contacted Samsung whose contract technician came 13 days later and agreed fridge unrepairable, but Samsung refused a “free of charge remedy” 5 times. On advice of Same Day Appliances, I advised the retailer that I was escalating the matter under ACCC Warranties & Refunds Guidelines. I received a full refund with costs from the retailer, and a very good deal on a Westinghouse fridge. Thank you Byron from Same Day Appliance Repairs. Shame on you Samsung! The whole saga took 23 days. My advice: Use ACCC sooner and avoid Samsung fridges.

I'm so shocked at how bad the service was – I phoned two days ago to request a repair and the man didn't even introduce the business and just spoke over top of me before telling me to turn my loud speaker off - I was on headphones as I was carrying my son and groceries. they would be out between 9-12 and I said I would be home at 9:30 and he huffed then spoke over top of me saying "fine, 9:30-12:30". This morning I get a call from an abrasive technician at 9am stating he is at my apartment and no one told him 9:30. I got home and tried to help him find some parking - I live in an apartment and he got angry at me that there wasn't free street parking and then started shaking his head. I told him at that point I would rather give my money to another company. Which I have and they have been super lovely to deal with. I'm actually disgusted in this service to be honest.

I call Byron thismorning to enquire about getting my fisher and paykel washing machine fixed, and had conor around within two and a half hours to fix it, the whole experience was prompt professional and affordable, I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend this company, will definitely use them again if necessary in the future. Gave different quote for call out, then guy showed up and said I have never seen one of these before. Also came in a beat up station wagon Took it apart called his work and said i do not know anything and they told him to tell me it wad a computer problem. Then put together and demanded payment. called their office and they told me he said oh thats a very uncommon product. It is the most purchased at Harvey Norman.

EXTREMELY RUDE – I contacted this company as the website says same day fridge repairs 24/7. The person on the other end asked for the suburb, i told him and its a local area he said no one is in that area for a week. i apologized and said I'm sorry the only reason i rung is because your website says same day fridge repairs 24/7. His response was "yeah well its Christmas!!" and hung up!!

Not only was he very efficient and knowledgeable, but he was very patient in explaining the codes to use on this relatively old kitchen utility, codes which were not in our 2011 manual 9or at least that we could decipher). Well qualified technical help – Tim arrived at the agreed time and was able to locate the problem immediately. The problem arouse from a faulty part fitted under a previous repair. The part will be replaced under warranty. I was impressed with the technician's skill in diagnosing the fault and. the promptness in sending a technician to fix the appliance.

LG REFRIGERATOR - BROKEN COMPRESSOR – These guys were fantastic, super quick, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and very patient with me when I had to ring them several times due to problems with my LG warranty (problems with LG that is, not Same Day Appliance Repairs!). Good result – I phoned in the morning and got an early afternoon appointment. Got a phone call an hour out of arrival. My problem was easy fixed by a very professional young man and due to problem being fixed very quickly price was reduced slightly. I’m very happy with overall result. Thank you.
