acceptable for something mailed from China. I received my orders in 2-8 weeks. So far I had 19 orders and all of them arrived. Honestly, I see those bad reviews and have no idea what they're talking about. For me so far so good!

Rip off website – They sent me no clothes to Australia and kept my $100 and stuffed me around for 7 months until i just gave up. Never buy through these scamming liars rip off site, they should be closed down, its stealing people's money.

immediately chose replacement items from my wishlist and sent them. I chose express shipping and the order arrived right on my doorstep in 3 days. I was surprised with how fast they can ship my order. But there's a catch, though, my order was incomplete due to out-of-stock. The replacement items I sent to them wasn't included. At first, it pissed me off. I logged into my Sammydress account to send them a complaint but when I checked on "My Orders", I saw that there's another shipment that I should be expecting. I closely monitored the tracking website and right on the 3rd day, there's another new package waiting at my doorstep and containing of the replacement items I ordered. Whoah! I was so happy with how it turned out. I thought they aren't going to ship the replacement items via express shipping since I just paid one express shipping for the first one. Sammydress knows how to accept faults. Above all of this, I am very satisfied with all the products I ordered from them. The items look exactly the same as shown on the product page. It's a good buy! Worth your money.

Until now.. I'm satisfied – I posted this review also on another site, but I think I have to put in a good word for Sammy Dress here too. So everyone can recieve an objective impression. quality, best customer support and a delivery after 24 hours at the latest for a few cents.

If you want that,.. go to your local Gucci-Store, then you can see the quality, get customer support immediately from face to face and get the products you bought instantly.. and maybe an empty purse too.

Sammy Dress is a very big company, they generate money by selling products en masse. It's impossible to meet every customers demands. I know many very small companies that are worse in every of these points I listed and some of them selling luxury products. My current impression of Sammy Dress is, that they try everything to keep even the most intricate customers satisfied. And most important of that all.. they seem to be honest.

If my impression changes, I'll let you know.

Due to all the bad reviews (sometimes from people that never ordered anything at sammydress), I had many doubts and rescheduled my order about one and a half year. I finally decided to order something cheap and added "insurance" and "tracking". (It's a little bit more expensive, but I felt a little bit more safe with it)

It's complicated to order something from China/Hongkong, cause if you don't get it.. you just don't get it.. There is no real law protecting you.

The customer service is very friendly. (like most of the chinese. Could be a stereotype, but I never met an unfriendly chinese. :) ) They answer very fast(!) and if problems appear, they are very accomodating. The Consumer is the boss!

Prices are overwhelming cheap and the products are really awesome. (Some might have not the best quality, but due to their prices you can't expect that. Everyone should know that.. there's no palace bought with pennies)

The clothes are made for chinese people.. (small, thin.. no beer belly!)

so they added a Size-Chart. Now everyone can see, which size they need to order. If you are not as thin as a rake, better order a size higher than your normal size.

To my astonishment, my package arrived after 10-14 days. (China - Germany)

Quality was VASTLY better than I thought.

So, despite all the bad and negative (sometimes maybe afraid) comments, I can't say anything bad about sammydress until now.

If this changes and I experience something bad/negative, I'll let you know.

had to make the dresses myself..other dresses were stated to be a certain length and were definitely not what was printed on the product information..it was really that Bad..all products are NOT the same as the photos on the website. They are Cheap. Disgusting. Unfinished knockoffs and it is very misleading to the public. I have written complaints with photo proof and am still yet to hear from the company. So disappointed with every single item I purchased. Wish I had read reviews before shopping with Sammy dress. I have purchased majority of my shopping online and this is the first time I have ever had any trouble with any of my purchases. Will never ever shop with Sammy dress ever again.

Fantastic Online Store – I have had a few issues with other online stores but never with sammydress, quality items a great discounted prices, I am very happy to refer to anyone who enjoys online shopping.

looked great online, even better when it arrived – My wife and I browsed sammydress. Bought a ridiculously cheap colourful dress. Got it quickly. My wife loves it (a zigzag dress) so much, wears it as a favourite and then bought three to leave in the cupboard for when the first one wears out. Lace panel tops and nice pants followed. Excellent. Fun as well.

Great store – Been a customer for a very long time. Everything i've tried has been really nice. (clothes shoes, beauty hair) and if i do have a problem they fix it right away. :) The clothes fit great as long as you know your size in china sz (they run small so you need to order a size or 2 up from what you would normally wear. make up is good quality the eyeliner I bought is really nice, got a very pretty pink wig the hair is soft and you can heat style it.

Sammy Dress is out to scam you, do not trust them – They take forever to ship if they even bother to. They claim over and over that your package is ready to ship and they don't ship out. And then if you open up a PayPal dispute to protect yourself they state they "cannot" ship unless you close the case and give up any protection you have. The worst seller and total fraud – I order this company (big mistake) a lot of stuff which include shirts, shoes, some winter clothes worth about $300. send a $63 refund which is not even close to what I paid, other option they gave me that if send this stuff back they will return some money when I checked it was going to cost about $200 to send back to China. Now this company know this very well and they do this fraud this way, because people would be scary to spend another $200 to send this back. People be aware of these people do not buy anything you will be losing your hard earnings and get crap stuff in mail be aware please.

UPDATE -

After 93 days of trying, I eventually received a reply. They offered me a partial refund only if I raised my star rating level. So they tried bribing me to raise my star level. No I will not ! - It's up to you but .... would I ever trade with these people again? .... not if my back side was on fire!!!

Good quality for the small price – I'm buying mostly clothes in Sammydress for some time and I have no bad experiences. Most of things were just as I have expected, shipping takes a few weeks (it doesn't say, anywhere, it will be less), customer service works well, I have been refunded when something went wrong. super/ great – I ordered several times on this address and I have never been décue.Toutes sizes are scored so if one is careful there is no error.
