Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus 64GB

Excellent all around except for battery life! – Great phone with a large screen! Processor is decent and there is no noticeable lag for moderate tasks. Colors are bright and vivid. Call and signal quality is decent. The only big issue I have with it is how quickly the battery life goes down! Some days I struggle to get a day's use out of it!

Great phone, but not for Apple OSX – I am sure everyone is aware of the smart phone war between Apple and Samsung - that Samsung is winning with superior product like this. I wanted to move from iPhone to Samsung for this reason and was told that the S6 Edge would work with Apple OSX - rubbish! I contacted Samsung support after the Samsung shop in Melbourne had spent many hours trying to get my contacts, calendar, notes, etc. to sync with my Apple devices (OSX 10.11.3) and was told after some time of trying that they were not compatible and I need to buy a PC if I want them to work!!!

Both companies (Apple and Samsung) are trying to lock consumers into one format or the other - I wanted to use Apple computers as the OS is much superior to Microsoft IMO and the superior phone - Samsung. The stupidity of Samsung's strategy is that they do not make computers so why not do all you can to encourage and help iPhone users to migrate whilst Apple is in trouble with its phones? Stupidity by both companies - leaves the market open to someone that is OS agnostic.

Bottom line is don't buy a Samsung phone if you plan to use Apple OSX.

The Perfect Choice – I recently purchased the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. I was tossing between iPhone 6S Plus or The Galaxy S6 Plus. I am pleased to have purchased the Edge Plus, it is quite different to the previous models. The major differences between iPhone 6s plus and edge s6 plus is that, S6 Edge Plus supports wireless charging out of the box and also the Edge screen lighting is awesome. One more thing, the camera resolution is very good. I am extremely happy to own this smartphone. I would not hesitate to recommend this to others. Thank you for reading my review.

Keeps freezing. Very frustrating – I used the galaxy S6 vs edge plus. Edge plus keeps freezing because of edge. Very frustrating. S6 normal is the best. I have also used galaxy note 4 edge. Brilliant phone. The edge was a separate screen and was not affecting the main screen. Would highly recommend S6 normal than edge.

Best phone – I have not had my Samsung S6 Edge plus very long- but I already love it so much! I initially had the S4 and loved it but then lost it. The S5 was never as good. I was actually not going to get another Samsung because of it. However the it was the general look and feel on the Samsung S6 edge plus that I loved so much. The big screen is amazing and somehow everything about it is better! I would highly recommend it!
