designed this has let Samsung down badly. What's the point of a microwave light if you can't see stuff cooking through the door? Useless.

Worst microwave I've owned – We bought 3 of these at the same time, one for the kitchen, 1 for the cinema and 1 for work and every one of them it garbage. You can't see through the door and it doesn't cook anything in a reasonable amount time. Even packaged foods, if the packet says 7 minutes you will need 10 minutes. Good microwave but now has a control panel error – Purchased 2015 happy with product does what it needs to do. I'm basically just a 30 zap button person so I have no idea how any of the other functions work. A year ago it came up with SE error on the screen, I was able to turn it off and on and it fixed it. again now but unable to fix it. Frustrating as there is nothing else wrong with it. We now have to throw it out.

Great Value for money Product – Our first Samsung Microwave bought in late 2020 after going through few brands over the years. repairer Woolly Appliances in Ravenhall. Great customer service and efficiently done all in 24 hours. They advised they have cleaned the machine thoroughly as requested (strange but unusual issue, not really falls on a manufacturer warranty) due to potential infestation. We were ready to buy new one as we had no way to get rid of the insect. Thank you Samsung for agreeing to take care of the issue after warranty had expired free of charge.

Worst item I've ever brought – This is the hardest microwave I've ever purchased. Auto reheat over cooks food, Auto heat bacon over cooks it, nothing is straight forward, If I could take it back I would. I might as well use it as a boat anchor. Show details

Quite happy – Quite happy with this microwave as it does everything we need. Have had it for 3 hours. It has worked...once – The microwave was used for the +30 button, pushed 4 times, heated up a cup of water. Then I set the clock. Then the microwave failed to heat. I reset it, did not reset the clock, tried changing the power to 10, turned off eco...nothing. I don't have time for this. It's going back to the shop tomorrow and I will buy Westinghouse. Great so far! – We have had our microwave for a month now. We like it! Although, my husband has mentioned that it should have the feature where you can press “start” and it will automatically cook for 30seconds rather than having to press the 30second button and then start. Better than the Old version – The old Microwave started to make loud noises but after 10 years of service it had lasted well, I decided to buy the same model but the latest. After reading the reviews I found the complaints were minor and so purchased the new ME6124ST in July. The new version was better than the old one, it was quieter and had all the features of the old one with the improved timer of 30 seconds rather than 1 minute. Excellent Stylish Microwave – Very happy with this good looking microwave from Samsung. it fits in perfectly with out kitchen decor and looks great. It's worth the price and looks great – We bought the microwave from Harvey Norman about two years ago, and so far it is working great. It looks gorgeous, and I like it's design with a frame of stainless steel. It has a variety of options for cooking and heating. Your Average Microwave – It's your average microwave - nothing fancy. Does what it's supposed to do. It's very easy to use and heats up food quite well. I've found it really easy to clean as well and the design is very modern and appealing. So far I'm satisfied with my purchase. Easy to use and Looks Great – I've had my microwave a few weeks now. It replaces a Panasonic which only lasted a couple of years and when it finished cooking the motor kept running on Cool very annoying. I prefer the Samsung it beeps to let me know when it has finished cooking but you can turn off the sound. The oven interior is ceramic coated and easy to wipe clean. So far very happy with it.
