So disappointed – 5 months old and the freezer has stopped freezing lost all my food in the middle of a pandemic when supplies are low too. The online chat thing useless too started 2 conversations both ended. Like the look of it matches dishwasher. 5 months old I want a new one and not a repair. Show details

service from Harvey Norman In the renovation of the house the purchase docs are somewhere but without taking time off work looking for them basically house ate them they're around somewhere! Spoke to Samsung first on chat line told the lady what was wrong a long time later yep there's a problem - sort of figure that out after a heck of a lot of research. You need a service technician at a price and you need purchase docs Phoned Harvey Norman and the lovely chap there sorted it all out rapidly as they have purchase details online Samsung phones up you need your purchase docs for technician - logic? Harvey Norman wouldn't have organised a technician if we hadn't bought the fridge for them along with the additional service. Next she tells my husband who has hearing issues that the tech will contact him on landline and can't call on his mobile - we all know the time range of service techs coming out in Australia no offence to techs out ther Harvey Norman again sorted that out and sent a copy of purchase invoice Tech comes out lovely chap hose in the back of it was too short, wrong one causing fridge to freeze up Next day Samsung called and we told him in detail problems as other people have purchased this model and as far as I know no recall Then next day survey asking same questions ? $300 out of pocket at least for spoilt food Samsung rating 0 I'll never buy from this company again. If it was a simple matter of an electrical fault fine but a deliberate manufacturing issue which should have been quality inspected no way Have docs to prove and happy to provide if needs be. Please note date of purchase was less than one year ago the month I am uncertain of
