Excellent service – Brian came to our house and cleaned three AC units. Our AC units were extremely dirty and Brian was able to transform them back into their original state. I didn't realise how the dirt in the AC's were affecting their functioning until we used them again after cleaning. He arrived on time and his cleaning fee (he worked for nearly 3 hours on my units) was fair and what I had expected. This is the second property which I have used Brian's services for and highly recommend his skills and professionalism and his funny Irish sense of humour.

When you call Sanitair you will immediately notice that you are dealing with professionals, and my first point of contact was with Jennifer, whose communication skills and knowledge of product were very obvious. The first point of contact is absolutely without doubt the single most important component of any successful business and I am very happy to say that Jennifer came through with flying colours. So I was very happy to go ahead with booking the service. Brian and Jayden, the two technicians who were doing my job, arrived on time and explained to me what they would be doing. These are two excellent blokes, who work together seamlessly and efficiently and were both outgoing, polite and patient with me when I asked probably too many questions. They are well presented and mindful of the home environment. What is really impressive about this service is that it is relatively non invasive, and apart from two very clean and fresh smelling airconditioners, you would not know that they had just removed a ton of debris, mould and dust from the units inside my living room and bedroom. It was obvious too that Brian and Jayden take pride in their work, and so they should, as they did such an excellent job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. It is an establishment with trusted technicians and offers very good value for money in my opinion. In short, very impressed !

Fantastic service and clean – Darren arrived early and got stuck into thoroughly cleaning our Fujitsu split system. It hadn't been done for a few years and the difference is amazing. Something toxic in agent/s used? – Tony came to our East Brisbane Showroom and office and cleaned our four ACs, all good and nice service. within a couple of hours, my wife started to feel better? We experimented over next couple of days, in short, if the AC’s were on, my wife became ill, like an allergic reaction? My wife stayed away and we gave it a week thinking perhaps it will wear off? It didn’t.

Advised Tony, who only replied after I contacted Head Office, and he came and cordially washed again and used an “enzyme” to remove a mould inhibiting coating he’d applied. This has helped quite significantly, but my wife is still suffering slightly when in the building when AC on. We’ve given it two weeks, again thinking it may wear off? On advising Tony of this ongoing situation, he reiterated the procedure he’d performed and the made a nebulous statement of “you wife should seek medical attention”?

No other AC wash company seems to want to become involved by coming to reclean? Starting to look like I’m up for $10,000 dollars to install four new AC’s

Terrible After Service – We used this service, the job was satisfactory but there was an expectation for the invoice to be paid immediately which was not explained. I was just about to pay the bill, with the website open and I got a knock at the door. The conversation was really awkward and far from courteous.. Will not recommend or be back for repeat business.

Perfect timing – Hari came on time, cleaned out all the mould we didn't know we had. This also got rid of the dust. He cleaned everything up afterwards. Very good service and perfect timing as its right before a heatwave and we hadn't been able to run the aircon due to allergies.  Show reply

Very unprofessional will be using another company – Roberta from gold coast was booked to artive at 0800. She did not reply to my text nor answer my calls until I left a message I was cancelling the service. She rang at 0850 to say the machine had broken down but could not explain why she did not call to inform me of this.

Good service, creepy man, made me uncomfortable – Richard from Sanitair Melbourne came to clean my airconditioner. I paid for the Premium clean. He did the job well. After I paid, he made a strange comment. As he was about to leave (I had already locked the security door), he turned and said, "Oh, just one question - what do you do?" Mate, just do your job, be professional. Great job on the aircon, but he also made a single female feel uncomfortable. Won't be going back to this one.

Ripped off – They came to me, promising to check and clear any blockages, but nothing got fixed. Nothing was cleaned or made better. It only was still broken. Charged me $125 for nothing

He was a knowledgeable person who completed his work in a fast, friendly, efficient manner and completely understood my concerns about my air conditioning unit.
