Follow-up · Antony installed a bedroom suite and 2 coffee tables. Saima assisted by arranging a mirror to be stained to match the dressing table and giving us a good price. Antony installation stood out as him and his wife were very careful not to damage our stairs and walls when taking the furniture upstairs.

to ensure that my correct couch would fit. They spent nearly an hour with me trying to find a solution for me, holding up their other deliveries. After many discussions. Kerrie re-measuring the display model and reassuring me my couch would fit in my apartment and a re-delivery scheduled, today was the day. But to my horror it looked like my couch would not fit! But Antony and Kepi didn't give up and found a solution - Antony removed the base and got my gorgeous sofa in my apartment! I could have hugged them! Their calm manner kept me calm, their professionalism and genuine care truly went a long way. Thank you Kerrie, Anthony and Kepi - your genuine kindness, care and amazing customer service is something I'll never forget!

Castle Hill store for quite a few years and her friendliness, product knowledge and her ability to structure a fair and decent deal makes us want to come back to them over and over again. The delivery team of Anthony and Kepu we have had for 3 deliveries now and I must say that absolutely nothing is a problem for them. They are extremely friendly and courteous, very efficient careful and quick when delivering and are happy to take away any packaging and/or wrapping - thanks so much Maxine, Anthony and Kepu for making another transaction with Sapphire Wood painless and seamless - again we will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking fine quality furniture!

Product with details – Unfortunately I bought a sofa in this store. I asked to open the package and the driver told me twice that it was easy to open, I realized he didn't want to do the job. Even so, I gave him the scissors to open it and after he started to open it he said again that it was easy and I asked him to let me open it. THAT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE, TRYING TO… Read more
BE KIND AND DO THEIR JOB. That was my biggest mistake. Unfortunately, as shown in the photos, the sofa came with some details, and as the photo shows, they are not details made with tools. But after I informed them by email, the company simply said that I asked to open it and didn't let the driver take it, they didn't insist on seeing it in person or talking about some kind of exchange. That if I want I have to seek my rights in Fair Trading. They didn't make a point of customer loyalty. They think their business never fails, but it can happen to anyone.
I have no reason to lie.
I am extremely upset about this situation.
They may score well here, but I don't recommend it simply because they haven't even tried to understand it personally.

Bought a 8-seater Phoenix extendible dining table and matching buffet. Quality of craftmanship and the overall finish of all 10 x items was extraordinary. Could not be happier. furniture manufactured over seas somewhere...there is NO written varification for this to be factual on any part of the furniture that I have purchased. One can only wonder why. To do so and IF not being the truth is a HUGE GOVERNMENT FINE..one can think that no writing to be found, claiming any authenticity of timbers or materials used in the goods would have their tushises legally covered..I will be posting pictures or videos as soon as I know how..

become darker in color as timber ages, but was exactly the same in quality as the newer one on the floor.she did not say thus was Seconds value or damaged goods..we had it delivered about 4 weeks ago to our new home, but only just recently moved in, these flaws were observed Sunday 13 November 2023.15 th November. False advertising and poor service – Bought A chair and website stated a further 15% off all stock. They refused to take it off. Phone to be told it “wasn’t that chair. They need to make money “ Followed up with 2 emails. Still waiting for a reply. Rob at auburn refused to give me contact number for head office.
