very best for the size and weight of this particular product (we can see in the images that the box has a few dents and scuffs). I believe the packaging for the product could've been a bit more dense, for example more layers of bubble wrap which would've saved the box from further harm if this damaged incurred is from transit from their place to mine. Can't really tell if it was, but it's something that I feel is worth to make note of.
Overall, I haven't used the motherboard yet as it'll be pending for a soon upgrade on my PC but overall the interior product looks amazing and sealed. 11th via Aramex (worst delivery company in Australia) and the tracking number shows the items are still in their Brisbane depot as of 21st November. I contacted the courier on 18th for an update and logged a ticket and asked for escalation to speed up the delivery (as I'm moving to new apartment) Also contacted them more than 5 times via Whatsapp (they'll communicate via social media) and asked for a quick resolution but the courier company don't give a s#!* about my ticket or my requests. So I contacted SaveOnIT via online chat and David from support team told me he'll follow up and raise a ticket as well. I waited for few days until 20th but I haven't heard back from aramex and also the tracking number didn't update. I contacted SaveonIT to request full refund (as this issue need to be resolved between them and the courier company) but after chatting with David I was told that since I have an open ticket with aramex I need to update the ticket and request to return the items to the seller and I won't receive any refund if they don't receive the items!
Well, you have my $1k money, I haven't received my items and now you want me to find out what happened to the package! The courier company didn't even reply to my open ticket since I logged it. Why should I go through all the trouble dealing with such an incompetent courier because of the seller's mistake choosing the wrong courier?
If you're selling online, your business is as good as your courier of choice! No matter how cheap/competitive your prices are. If you fail to fullfill the basic requirements to meet your customer satisfaction you should consider checking your exisiting procedure and policies.
I bought items from Amazon UK & US and received the items within 10days! Now items shipped via express post within Australia from one capital city to another took more than 12days and it hasn't arrived yet!
I'll update my review if I receive a fairly reasonable response from SaveOnIT. Until then they're in my blacklist and my $8k purchase will go to another company.
*************** Final Update: *************** Finally I received my package after 3 weeks. The guys at SaveOnIT managed to trace the lost item and redeliver it to me. My only complaint was the packaging as the CPU box and motherboard box were slightly damaged due to insufficient protection from bubble wrap.

I would never recommend them to anyone.They don't know how to read an order. They don't know how to complete orders. They have the most TERRIBLE communication and customer service i have ever experienced. Lucky they don't work in health care because they would have killed thousands with there mistakes and terrible communication skills. Instead they just get to disappoint and rip off many many hard working Australia's. The company was not willing to issue me the small $200 compensation that i kindly requested there stuff ups and me having to spend more money becausethey messed up.. Save on it the company does not have any interest in selling computers to people that are not computer nerds. They sadly have a very small demographic of people that they want to sell there items too and very unfortunate that i wasn't one of these people that they didn't inform me before they took my money.
