I've gone through way too many "compliment" perfumes that do nothing so I was skeptical. This one actually gets compliments. lol It's warm and a bit sweet but settles into something softer after a bit so that's my favourite part. Not an everyday office scent for me personally, I save it for nights out and dates because it's a little sexy. Get comments every time. Only thing is don't go overboard, 3-4 sprays is plenty or it gets intense.

and follow up on subscriptions that I’ve already paid for.

The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. Months go by with little or no update, yet subscription payments continue to be taken. Currently, I still haven’t received last month’s perfume, there is almost nothing available on the website, and I can’t add fragrances to my queue.

Delays happen and stock issues happen, but customers deserve transparency. Long-term subscribers shouldn’t have to repeatedly email asking where their orders are or whether the service is still operating as expected.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see a service I once loved become so unreliable. Unless communication and fulfilment improve, I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

Used to be 5 stars now I'm contemplating cancelling my subscription. Only because the scents take so long to get to you these days. It's mid month now and still haven't received this month's. money came out on the 24th of march for Aprils scent. for years and never thought anything would knock it off the top spot but this honestly has. it's a little addictive too I keep catching myself sniffing my own wrist throughout the day lol and the compliments are unreal. I work in hospo so I'm around people all day and I don't think a single shift goes by without someone asking what I'm wearing be it men, women, strangers, all of them.

i let my sister try it and she fell in love on the spot so I'll be buying her one too. xx

Okay I'm obsessed with this one. The vanilla and caramel are so warm and creamy but not in that sickly sweet way. The musky drydown keeps it grown up and a little sexy. obsessed with scentgod honestly. a new scent in my mailbox every week is the highlight of my routine, and range is huge so i never get bored. only knocked off a star bc i had a hiccup changing my email address. also got a free compliment magnet sample in my last delivery! havent caved on the full bottle yet but if people start telling me i smell amazing im buying it lol. would def recommend x

get a response. I have requested a full refund but they are ignoring my requests BUYER BEWARE this is not a legitimate business they do not even have a number you can ring them on. VERY DISAPPOINTED and now I am out of pocket $145 - I will be taking this further.

UPDATE - Scentgod resent the order and sent me tracking this time and then refunded me half of the purchase price. It is just a shame I had to chuck a tantrum to get any action.

literally days for a reply only to be sent a message saying that my order was shipping. They then sent me a message, again days later, to say that they will look into it with Australia Post and issue me a refund.

EDIT: The refund finally came through and the items eventually were received (apparently they were delivered to the wrong address). However, due to the abysmal shipping delay to begin with and the slow and inconsistent customer service, I still won't be using their services again, nor can recommend them in good conscience.

Do not order from here. I placed an order weeks ago and have no shipping confirmation no emails confirming the order but they’ve taken my money. I’ve emailed numerous times and no response at all. Not sure what’s happened, they used to be AMAZING but now it seems to have gone south.

the issue was resolved but after two months only one fragrance had been delivered. According to other review replies they have changed the pick and pack to a third party. If this is true then I would strongly encourage them to revert to whatever system had them getting 5-star reviews. As someone who enjoys fragrances and received this as a gift it has been a huge disappointment.

I will note the one product that was actually received was alright, I wonder if the decant process affected the fragrance in some way as it wasn't as good as the brand new in bottle scent.

I’ve recently started a fortnightly subscription with scentgod about a month ago. I have still not received my first perfume, and my payment for my second perfume has already come out. They jump at taking your money. If I am on a fortnightly subscription I expect my perfume delivered FORTNIGHTLY that is what I am paying for. It’s almost been a month. Disgusting, rip off. Money hungry company. Avoid at all cost

They suck. Got charged for a perfume over a month ago still waiting. Then to top it off the charged me for the next month perfume and I’ll be chasing that for the next month too. Disappointed p*ssed off and very much and unsatisfied customer. Do not recommend !!!

I don't get weekly perfumes. Hell sometimes I'm waiting 3-4 weeks before I get a perfume. However every week they take money out like clock work. I've cancelled before looks like I'll have to again. Shipping times are abhorrent! Whilst I love the compliment magnet scents, I am giving it 2 stars because the shipping times are AWFUL!
