Used to be 5 stars now I'm contemplating cancelling my subscription. Only because the scents take so long to get to you these days. It's mid month now and still haven't received this month's. money came out on the 24th of march for Aprils scent. the issue was resolved but after two months only one fragrance had been delivered. According to other review replies they have changed the pick and pack to a third party. If this is true then I would strongly encourage them to revert to whatever system had them getting 5-star reviews. As someone who enjoys fragrances and received this as a gift it has been a huge disappointment.

I will note the one product that was actually received was alright, I wonder if the decant process affected the fragrance in some way as it wasn't as good as the brand new in bottle scent.

Huge range of fragrances for men and women. I love discovering new fragrances and Scentgod allows me to “test drive” before deciding to purchase full size. The monthly subscription transactions are easy & they are very responsive to communications.

Still to receive products after a two months. After 2 weeks I asked when it was going to be shipped as I’d received no notification. A prompt reply said it’s leaving today. I’ve recently started a fortnightly subscription with scentgod about a month ago. I have still not received my first perfume, and my payment for my second perfume has already come out. They jump at taking your money. If I am on a fortnightly subscription I expect my perfume delivered FORTNIGHTLY that is what I am paying for. It’s almost been a month. Disgusting, rip off. Money hungry company. Avoid at all cost

They suck. Got charged for a perfume over a month ago still waiting. Then to top it off the charged me for the next month perfume and I’ll be chasing that for the next month too. Disappointed p*ssed off and very much and unsatisfied customer. Do not recommend !!!

I don't get weekly perfumes. Hell sometimes I'm waiting 3-4 weeks before I get a perfume. However every week they take money out like clock work. I've cancelled before looks like I'll have to again. So disappointing. I thought it might be a scam but a perfume dies show up here and there. Gutted. This is a good idea just poorly executed

up, where is it? I check the tracking. It’s only been created by sender. Takes 2 days to reply. Oh sorry, we will send out another. Must be lost they say. Original parcel didn’t arrive ever. Shipping times are abhorrent! Whilst I love the compliment magnet scents, I am giving it 2 stars because the shipping times are AWFUL! I placed an order on 15 July and as of today (5 August 2025) , the products still have not been shipped (despite getting notification from Australia Post that a label was created on 31 July). Show details

Very slow delivery! Perfume arrived today and honestly I’m very disappointed…. Customer service is faster than going into the shop. I have never had an issue. Customer service is always pleasant, helpful and from the few years of being subscribed, I have only ever had 2 instances where my order never showed (auspost issue) to which the issue was rectified ASAP from Customer service and express posted.

I don't know why anybody wouldn't jump on board.

in 2022. Received a few months worth of fragrances. All was ok apart from a bottle of Ysatis I received that was definitely watered down or fake as it smelled nothing like the original. I took it to David Jones to compare and even the sales girls there said it wasn't original or at best watered down. I wrote to SG and told them but they said it was original. I cancelled my subscription and let it slide.

I started back up again 2023 and all was going well when one day I received an email saying my fragrance was in cue to be dispatched and it wasn't one I ordered. I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer service. They replied immediately and said it was a system glitch and gave me a coupon to come back.

I decided to give them a go again on Oct 27th 2024. I ordered a premium fragrance. The same day I got an email saying 'It's time to smell good' and that my fragrance was being prepared. The days turned into weeks and nothing had been received. I emailed on the 10th of November asking where is my fragrance and they replied immediately stating the fragrance had not been sent as they were unable to charge my card and asked if I wanted to choose a cheaper fragrance. No, I wouldn't like to choose a cheaper fragrance. I have more than enough funds in my card to cover the cost of the perfume. I then rang Latitude (the company I have my credit card with) and they confirmed this company has not attempted to charge my card. I emailed them back informing them of this and miraculously they were able to charge my card. I got a receipt and an email on Nov 12th stating payment has been received and my perfume will be with me soon. Today is November 17th and I've cancelled my subscription because nothing has been shipped. In my account it says 'confirmed' but not shipped.

This company is DODGY. They don't care about their customers at all. They are losing themselves money as people cancel subscriptions because the perfume never arrives. Things happen from time to time but with this company there is ALWAYS an issue.

I am part of some fragrance circles and started asking others I know if they have tried SG and I had a lot of people laugh and say 'Oh no, not them' and every single one of them had a story to tell me about wrong fragrances been sent, some didn't get their fragrance at all, broken vials sent. This company is 100% a joke and will make a fool of you if you order with them.

The only thing we all agreed on is the customer service is good. They do reply to emails and give discount codes and points when they're in the wrong but this is not enough to keep customers happy and buying when they are making mistakes on a daily basis with every order.

Who is the owner of this company????

I am since out of pocket $59.53 and no fragrance and nothing has been sent. It's been 3 weeks guys. Come on!!!!! This is not good enough. I don't need a reply about how sorry you are and looking into things. It's only words and your words are cheap and mean nothing, time has proven that yet again with you. Changed behaviour and service is what customers are after. The idea of the business is great but the management needs changing urgently and staff retrained or I am confident they will be closing their doors soon and it's their own fault. If my frangrance doesn't arrive this week I will be requesting a refund or a chargeback from my credit card company. This company has wasted my time more than enough times. Time to give them the flick. Hoping a competitor will take over soon and drive them out of business.

I've run out of patience.
