and female arrived in a beat up hatch back with the 3 lining rolls and a compressor in the back with the 20 litre buckets of chemicals he then rolled the roof lining out on the footpath and proceed to cut the amount required then sprayed the glue while the roof lining was still on the ground. I thought this was very unprofessional and what made it worse was after the job was finished and they had left i noticed the rubber around my seatbelt in the side of the vehicle ( rubber protection so seatbelt doesn't fray ) was missing. When i contacted the owner he said he would sent them back to fix the problem they never returned the following week i contacted the owner again and he now said they have gone overseas to visit family and wouldn't be back for 4 weeks. So 4 weeks pass and I ring send emails with more photos the owner rings and said they have not returned, i said it's the company that needs to fix this issue and it still hasn't been resolved. DON'T USE THIS DOGGY COMPANY.

We bought our land rover last month and had the windows tinted at our place, which was super convenient. Daniel was very particular with this installation and even taped the power windows to make sure we dont open/close the windows until a week out to allow them to fully cure. this minor delay was completely overshadowed by the professionalism and care shown by the team. They were thorough, and I was even invited to inspect the work before they left, which gave me great peace of mind.

Purchased a finevu dash cam from their online store and also had it installed by them. The dashcam came out to be around $100 cheaper than amazon, so got a great deal. Had pete come to our office to install it on our ute and works well.

Hired a car from Hertz and drove it to Sydney over the weekend and was littered with bugs and with children (as you can imagine). Thankfully had Adam booked to detail the car at our airbnb, which was super convenient. Great guy and easy process.

Schmicko just replaced the roof liner in my son in laws 2011 VW Golf. The installer showed up on time and utilised the wash bay in our unit complex. The end result is nothing short of spectacular. Audi looks (& smells) amazing! – Had some car detailing done on our Audi A5 the following week. Adam or Ahmed did a fantastic job, very attentive to the car and managed to find some lost coins under the seat which he returned. Brilliant dash cam installation – Customer interaction is outstanding and service was impeccable. is genuinely bad and that most of my reviews are incredibly positive.

I'm honestly convinced that a lot of their google reviews have been purchased and are fake due to the nature of customer service i've received and that most reviews are from people who have only posted 1 review. Specifically there are sequences of 1 liner positive reviews each time a sub-par review is posted.

I ordered a Full Exterior Detail + paid extra to have an extra stage of paint correction for my car which had a few holograms and sanding scuffs from previous work.

This essentially meant that they would wash the car completely, clay bar/decontaminate, machine polish/buff/wax.

The crew that came actually did a decent job and they put in good work. Though I emailed customer service regarding some obvious things that they missed such as my side skirts, wheels, and actually cleaning up some of the buffing compound after they were done machining the car. Additionally instead of clay barring the car. They had remnant fragments of some 'clay' on their wash mit so they could do it all in one pass. Yes the holograms and sanding scuffs were mostly gone, but they then left behind more swirl marks than were there before, and some areas were restored perfectly while some easier areas weren't.

Interestingly enough, I received a call from customer service proceeding to 'educate me' on what my expectations should be and that because they did put in 'extra' work it would justify that they missed some of the basic details that any detailer would do. I was told that they were focussing on the bonnet and therefore it is only natural that other areas weren't done to the standard expected. Well then why is my rear quarter PERFECTLY polished without a single mark but my bonnet and roof lining have more swirl marks than pre-detail? Thing is.. I paid for this extra stage of polish, so at the very least they should be providing the base service of what they offered properly.

I had emailled asking for some kind of rectification whether it be a partial refund, finishing off what they left, heck even a $20 discount on their next service would've sufficed and probably brought me back. But instead I received a lecture, and each time I calmly tried to justify that my expectations were sound and that yes some of my expectations may have been better placed, they continued to tell me why the guys did a good job and that there is nothing else they would do. I was actively listening to the customer service rep and empathising with his situation, but even then he was not helpful at all. Just left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

You'll get the cycle of "I understand X, Our guys went the distance by doing Y thing that you expected anyway, We don't usually do Z but it is justified because of Y and because we wanted to give you extra value" While ignoring the point of the matter and trying to prove why your expectations are incorrect anyway. I'm sure there'll be a reply to this email trying to summarise what was documented in their system and why my review is inaccurate.

I could've just paid $200 more and gone for an above and beyond detail from Treung at Powder House Sydney, but I figured i'd give these guys a shot as they were cheaper and nearby. Now i've lost the trust and money to try again with someone else.

Never again. If you have the DIY skills and time. Just go buy a DA polisher from Repco and do it yourself. This service is more for the time convenience than for enthusiasts looking to trust professionals with tasks they might not be able to do to the same standard. Heck even washing your car, you can do better in the same amount of time.
