Hi I booked a cooking class for a gift and the person still has not received their email about the gift what would be the problem
I am trying to use a scoopon voucher to book accomodation for my birthday in Cairns in two weeks however when I get to the last part of the booking page it says I have to contact the customer service team to finalise my booking. We have tried to call the number numerous times with no answer.
I too am waiting for a call back on gift vouchers that are not working. Hoping someone from Scoopon wil call. Sent an email 2 days ago which hasnt been answered also.

Why is my purchase saying upcoming.?
I’m on hold AGAIN for the 2nd day in a row. Asked for call backs but no one’s called. Apparently I’m next in the queue - gosh the person before me must be having a full on rant! I’ve also sent a request for a refund for a voucher I cannot redeem as the person - HOLACONLOLA - doesn’t answer emails, her phone and her booking page doesn’t work. Feeling frustrated!!!!!!! They are a horrible company. My full refund was sorted within 36 hours of posting this review. They requested since they were so nice as to refund my money, could I remove this review. They even offered to give me a $15 credit... LOL. They really don't want anyone to know how terrible they are! I hope it's been sorted for you mate, if not a review on your negative experience might get their attention. Good luck
Thanks Brent. I finally got through and they eventually refunded my purchase. I also got a call back from an original message - it was at 11pm! They left a voicemail (I was fast asleep!) to say they were returning my call. Too funny.

Hi. I purchased a service through scoopon 2 days ago. The vendor booking contact number is disconnected. I contacted the vendor through Facebook and they said they can't accept any scoopons due to a permanently broken machine in their business and to ask for a refund. I think I have been scammed and I can't contact scoopon..

Kirk, You've had one mad experience, which I'm sorry to hear about. However, I've been using Scoopon vouchers for 8 years, and never had any problem. They have always been helpful, especially if the vendor is uncontactable.

How do I contact Scoopon? I have called and been on hold for up to 2 hours and given up and pressed 0 which is meant to put me 1st in line for a return call. I have tried chat, no one available. I have replied to the email requesting me to contact them ( which is why I am trying). Any other suggestions?

We bought 2 Bali (Ayodya accommodation package) Scoopons in 2020. They’ve been extended to use by December 2021 but this is unlikely. Can we get a refund or credit instead ?

Last March my family and my sons family purchased 2 back-to-back hotel deals in Dubai. Due to Covid we were offered to re- book at a later date. This has happened 3 times. Hi Scoopon, I purchased this Scoopon but was not able to use it due to closure of the restaurant due to Covid 19. I rang them and said I like to use the coupon before expire on Dec 31 2020. But the lady at reception told me the restaurant will not open for the rest of 2020. She said I can contact Scoopon to get a refund. Since I will not be able to use the coupon, please refund me?

Hi, I have sent three emails via your website regarding my planned and paid for trip to Wilpena Pound (SA) in April 2020 but have had no response.I have also tried calling your 1300 number but unable to get through. Due to COVID the resort closed for several months and as Victorians we are still unable to leave our state. Originally when I phoned the resort in Feb and March I was told to call back in a few months to book a new date. I have tried to do this several times in June and July and now again in Aug and Sept and the resort have told me that I must contact you to rebook.
