Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel Queen

Been using the crown jewel queen size over a year now. Have purchased the medium and it is Still plush feeling and provides fantastic rest. Definitely recommend for a good rest. The mattress is still in great shape but does start to feel a bit less firm even if I do rotate it every month as required. Show details ·  1

The mattress is still terribly uncomfortable with a ridge down the centre of the mattress, between the two sleeping zones, however they say there is nothing wrong with the mattress. Sealy mattresses and their staff both need to provide better support to customers.

shameful and disgusting – I don't understand what they charge us for, when Sealy Crown Jewel quality is nothing but poor?! Recently I addressed the issue again, payed additional money as they requested for the comfort adjustment, went to the shop to chose comfort and guess what - after they took my money for Epernay PLUSH, they advised me the range Crown Jewel Epernay 2018 is discontinued get one of the lower ranges Reims PLUSH???!!! Not sure if this is funny or sad, but definitely extremely disappointing!!! Friendly advise ... Don't trust to this brand and DO NOT BUY SEALY CROWN JEWEL products!!! Avoid at all costs. It’s not a mattress. It’s a torture device – Purchased the Sealy royal coronet medium plush from Harvey Norman for like 4200 including the base in November 2017. 2 years and 2 months later the bed is causing me serious pain and in certain areas of the mattress I can feel things poking into my body. Seriously, I cannot sleep on it anywhere on the bed. I notified Sealy about this and 4 weeks later..... they picked it up and “tested” it and basically called me a liar and said that the poking sensation was from the top stitching on the mattress?! What the heck! I have been constantly rotating it and doing everything it says to do! I have been really stressed and concerned about the whole situation, even had nightmares about it while sleeping on my couch. I have never had a mattress that has caused me so much stress, pain and anxiety. Because the bed is so bad I can no longer sleep in it. I spent good money on this and I have been scammed and taken for a ride. Definitely the worst financial decision of my life. My next phone call will be to consumer affairs. This is unacceptable. It’s a torture device and I wouldn’t wish this mattress upon my worst enemy.

My previous mattress was a king Koil, was 1500$ and lasted 7 years....

This is the comfiest mattress I have had so far. The pillow top is really good for my achy joints and bad knees. The support is amazing. I have had it for about a year now and it's fully settled. No drooping or anything. No signs of wear yet. Really happy with this mattress. It has transformed my sleeping experience. We have had our Crown Jewel Maison plush for 2 months,we love it. The most plush,supportive and dreamy mattress we have ever owned. PERFECT My husband and I got used to it on the first time we slept on it,no rolling just perfect. No longer aches and pains on sore joints. course the ones on showroom floor have been sat and bounced on so we took this into consideration after the first nights sleep worried that it may be too hard. 4 months later and it is so comfy I can confidently say this is the best mattress I have ever bought. Love it. The only con is that it is much deeper and heavier than any mattress I've ever had so i can no longer make the bed on my own but need help with fitting the sheets on. But that's not too much of a problem.

Always a Sealy – I had a Sealy Posturepedic from the Exquisite range for almost 10 years. I sold it and then bought a pocket coil mattress from another brand. I had it for 9 months and then developed mild back ache. Sold the pocket coil mattress and went back to Sealy; this time the Crown Jewel. The support is amazing.
