We are genuinely so very happy with our big purchase here. The mattress is holding up beautifully. I've followed the guidelines on when to rotate it and its still holding great shape. The mattress provides good support, but is firmer than we expected from a "plush"mattress. So far, no observed numbness or soreness from sleeping on it, but would have preferred something softer. Show details ·  1

Love our new Australian Made Sealy top of the range mattress. Very comfortable and well designed. Not the cheapest mattress out there but you pay for what you get and this will be told in time. I contacted Sealy's customer support team in 2022, and they were incredibly helpful. They inspected the mattress for us and offered to remove a plush layer at the top to reduce the sagging effect. Unfortunately, this was short-lived, and now we're stuck with a firmer mattress than we would like, which still sags.

The other Sealy mattresses in our house are an absolute dream in comparison to this model, and it is going to be incredibly difficult to justify replacing or discarding this mattress that we spent so much money on purchasing in the first place.

DO NOT BUY!!! – DO NOT BUY!!!! This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Within only a few hours I was in extreme pain. It is hard, lumpy and has springs poking out. after 21 months, we now are forced to replace it due to it being very uncomfortable. We contacted Sealy regarding our concerns and did not receive the customer service that you would expect from a reputable company.

I would have given your mattress 5/5 as we had a great sleep (comfortable and supportive) from the first night. Rating fell short as the embossed threading on the sleeping side just started coming apart when I made the bed, which hopefully doesn't affect the mattress comfort and durability. Show details ·  2

Moving from a queen to king size bed is something we should have done years ago. We are so delighted with our controllable bed and the comfort is fantastic. visiting a store that has each level of exquisite so that you can compare**

We recently purchased a Sealy Exquisite king mattress and base in medium after trying out the exact same mattress at Snooze. The mattress we received is nothing like the one we tried in the store. The showroom model felt plush and supportive, while the one delivered is a completely different story. No amount of “rotating the mattress” “allowing six weeks to settle” or “crawling on the mattress” (yes we were actually told this) is going to soften what essentially feels like a brick. The 38 other reviews here, that I wish I had read before purchasing, complaining about the same thing only appears to confirm this.

We appreciate there is an adjustment period but this bed is not fit for purpose. We cannot even make it to night six as we are waking up with hip and back pain we haven’t experienced before and dealing with pain throughout the day despite considering ourselves fit and active people.

We advised the salesperson at Snooze we were side sleepers and that I had lower back pain, at no point did they suggest this mattress would be too firm or that there was a settling in period. It is incredibly disheartening to spend a significant amount of money on a product that not only doesn’t live up to its promises but is causing so much pain we are crawling into the spare room halfway through the night or hobbling around in pain throughout the day.

Customer service has been terrible. When I reached out to both Snooze and Sealy about the differences between the showroom sample and the delivered mattress, I was dismissed and told that variations are normal. When I explained the pain we were experiencing it was met with a complete lack of compassion and repeated advice to “wait for the bed to soften” or to purchase a topper. At no point did anyone recommend the comfort adjustment until I brought it up for the third time. At one point I had to ask if the customer service person at Sealy if she was still there as she had just decided not to talk.

We regret making such a substantial purchase based on a misleading in-store trial. I would caution anyone considering Sealy to think twice and perhaps explore other options before committing to such a significant investment.

mattress is NOT non disturbance which I find really annoying , I’m half the size of my partner so I notice every movement. As long as it doesn’t sag that’s all I care about as I have a terrible lower back which is why we had to replace our old (Ortho kinetic, 4yrs old) plush, sagging mattress.
