Paid with gift card, returned and item to physical store, and the refund never made it. Seed insisted they've paid out the refund, my financial institutions couldn't find the fund that they claimed. Wasted hours and hours of my time doing admin stuff. Rubbish service.

Do not buy Seed Clothing – Terrible quality. Material is so thin on a $50 skirt, it ripped on 2nd wearing. Contacted customer service, and I was told it was my fault it ripped and no exchange or refund. Cheap quality clothes that they charge a fortune for. Lost a customer here Show details

Happy with the outcome – I ordered a jumpsuit it online and left it in my cupboard for a few months. When I went to wear it, it was covered in small stains and blemishes, it looked as though it had been worn. I contacted customer service and was given free postage to return it and a refund despite it being well outside of the return date. Show details

Shoes were dirty on arrival – After purchasing a pair of suede heels from the online store the shoes arrived. The box had a rip in the bottom of it. When the box was opened it was clear the shoes had been worn previously. There was clear dirty marks on the heel and on the toe pad. The buck was also creased and not tied up. Very dissapointed, especially that I could only be refunded $7.50 and there was no shoes left in stock for mine to be replaced. Show details

Easy to deal with – My order got mixed up, and they sent the wrong item. Any company will make this blunder from time to time, so I won't deduct points for it. I was impressed with how efficiently they fixed it all up, and how quickly the correct item arrive after I sent tracking details (paid for by Seed).

No stock but continue to take money – Sell excessive amounts if stock without actually having the stock online. Ordered clothing for 2 items to show up in the post. Have to source the other items due to not having stock at warehouse. I get that this happens but if you take a look at the products purchased they are out of stock everywhere. Sort your inventory system out!! Don’t over sell.

stock and I would be issued a refund for these items. The items were all available and in stock at the time I placed the order and had I known that the majority of my order would be cancelled at the time of ordering then I would have shopped elsewhere. For the two token items (purchase value $20) for the oldest child, I have had to pay $20 intl shipping and $40 importation tax and now have to source and ship another gift to the new baby.

My complaint is that Seed incorrectly advertised stock by overlisting the quantity available resulting in them not being able to fulfil orders and creating a hassle-filled shopping experience. I would have preferred to have been given the option to cancel my order rather than having an incomplete order ship to my friend. I contacted Seed to discuss options and seek resolution but was met with little empathy and an inadequate resolution.

Seed has lost my future business.

Bad online store management – I ordered a dress then got confirmation email. About a week after that I’ve got another email saying delay for dispatch it may take 7-10 days and will let me know once it dispatch,then a few day later I’ve got an email from them saying Sorry the item not available! i was saying and kept telling me dispatch times which I’m aware of I was complaining about the express delivery not arriving 4 business days after dispatch and she told me that wasn’t their issue it was Australia post and I need to speak to them. I placed an order through your company and paid extra delivery why am I the one to call and chase Australia post when your company is the one in bad business with them?! On top of that I’ve never had an express delivery issue with any other company before and if I have had a normal delivery issue they have been times the companies have refunded my delivery. Terrible service.

Terrible feeling to be nothing/ bad service – I used to be a great admirer of Seed Heritage garments. behavior. I visited the store to purchase some dresses, as I often do on my days off from work.

When she saw me selecting dresses, I had to approach her to ask for sizes. Her initial reaction was to roll her eyes and curtly say that she didn't have what I was looking for. I then inquired if she could check if the dress was available at another store. Her response was dismissive, saying she didn't think it was possible.

Undeterred, I decided to try on the dresses in the fitting room, which took around half an hour. Throughout this time, she never bothered to check if I needed any assistance. Upon exiting the fitting room, I found her conversing with other employees, specifically those from Country Road. They were engaged in gossip and laughter, seemingly mocking someone who appeared to be their manager. I felt extremely disappointed, hurt, and embarrassed for even attempting to try on Seed dresses. I promptly left the store.

As I was leaving, she passed by me, and I was disgusted by the strong smell of cigarette smoke emanating from her. This entire experience has left me with the utmost dissatisfaction, and I would never recommend anyone to visit Seed at David Jones Chadstone based on this encounter.

No fabric composition – Good latest designs, usually in reasonable quality fabrics. There is no fabric composition breakdown on their websites which is the biggest downside. I do not buy clothes not knowing what they are made off!

Express post times not accurate – Don't waste your money paying an extra $10 for express post (there est. 2 -3 days) delivery service it's the same as their normal delivery times est. 5 days.
