Despite the store being busy, Charlene made me feel completely comfortable and valued as a customer, and nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble. Her product knowledge, honesty, and friendly nature turned what could’ve been a quick shop into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Had an exchange from an online order. Couldn’t find my email had postage bag and was happy to provide bank details but they were extremely rude in the Fortitude Valley store. I buy quite a bit but won’t be using that store again. The city store staff are so much more helpful. Show details
Clothing items are very poor quality, especially in relation to price. The items that I purchased from Seeds are the only items of clothing that I've purchased that end up with holes in them. Target and Kmart clothing items are of far better quality than Seeds. I have stopped considering purchasing clothing items from Seeds due to their very poor quality especially in comparison to the price. Highly disappointing. See image.

I tried on the 16 which was too big and the 12 was too small, and unfortunately they didnt have a 14 in stock, so she called both Myer and David Jones to see if they had any stock, which they didn't. Bamboo Bunny Plate set: Fantastic cup, bowl, perfect spoon size but the dinner plate cracked – I really like this set. I use the bowl, cup, spoon and fork mainly. All really good sizes and easy for bub to hold. Unfortunately, the plate fell from the high chair the second time we used it and it cracked. that its intended use is by kids. My son has dropped the bowl and cup too many times for me to count and they are still perfect. But, I guess it is not as sturdy a product as one would think. For this reason, I would give it 2.5 stars if I had the option. I gave 3 stars as I think 2 stars would be unfair. Buyers beware! Make sure you handle with extra care!
Take security tags out – I am very happy with seed products and clothing. thigh and as i checked what caused it she got pricked again As a result my baby’s thigh has a huge scratch and a puncher which i am not happy about! It has happened in the past to find security tags but because they didn’t hurt anyone i never cared as much. PUT tags in visible places Not in pockets.

Terrible customer service from Poly at the Frankston Store, What a rude person that doesn’t acknowledge the customer when in the store and completely and utterly rude when serving, shoving the gift box at me because I didn’t like the way she was screwing up the linen items I had bought. I was in your Northland store today , between 4.15 - 4.30pm. I was the only customer in the store for 15 minutes and neither sales assistant greeted me or offered to help me . Annoyed – Extremely annoyed with quality of sizing. I was given to seed garments as a birthday gift. Sizing is not true to size. Im usually size 12 to 14 and a 14 skirt doesn't fit nor does a size 16 linen pants. Brand is doing nothing for a womens confidence about size

gotten the size right!!! I say yes I’ve bought several of them, let it go and think it’s a little rude but the next month the same employee serves me - I’ve bought a small as I’ve lost weight and wanted a better fit, she repeatedly asks me if I need a gift receipt because she obviously thinks I’m not purchasing for my self! This employee has serious issues and in this day and age should not work in retail/fashion or working with people in general!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE – Hi, I went to the Forrest Chase, Perth Seed store and the customer service from Rosie was outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist me. Cheap quality garments – Quality of their cloths (adult wear) is questionable! They charge good money for each item but you get only a few wears out of some of their range of clothing especially their wooden cardigans and jumpers. The same jumpers/ cardigans in other stores are of much higher quality where as seeds jumpers/ cardigans pill off drastically and looks terrible after just a few wears and they take no liability at all. Seed Heritage Vic Gardens (Richmond) – I decided to treat myself and buy a pair of expensive pants from Seed Heritage - Vic Gardens. I bought a pair of brown trousers in a slouchy design. as I had already worn them. However, I had only worn the trousers to try them on. Further, the tags were still on, and my receipt from earlier that day was intact.
She very abrasively told me it was against policy and that returning the item was not possible.
I pleaded with her and advised her I had only worn the trousers when I tried them on in-store. "Why are there changing rooms in store then?" I asked. She answered, "I'm the manager, I make the rules."
As she went to walk away, she let out a ridiculously boisterous and noxious fart which burned my nostrils.
A few customers also smelled this, and decided to quickly put their items back and shuffle out of the store.
The polices at this establishment regarding returning items are very confusing, and are indeed against the regulations outlined by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
I trust the manager will brush up on these laws, and in future, keep her toxic flatulence to herself.
Amazing customer service!! – Shopped around for my wife in Myer- We were greeted by Sarah. She understood our needs and was able to find us the exact clothing we were after. Her professionalism, understanding and caring nature is highly commendable. I will be recommending my family & friends.
Very poor quality dye – I have bought many seed products for a few years now but I recently purchased a green dress. I washed it on a gentle cycle before I wore it and the dye poured out of it. I then wore the dress and got a little mark on it. I gently washed the mark out before washing, and where I washed the fabric it turned white. I have washed many coloured clothes over the years and never seen such a poor dye. My dress can’t be worn as it looks terrible. Show details

my clothes and went to the jeans aisle and found multiple of jeans size I was after and I said there are right here and she just stared and walked away without even saying sorry. No staff should have this much ego, so unprofessional.
Clothing has strange smell – I have purchase 2 clothing items that have a strong chemical smell. I tried to wash it out numerous times, as well as soaking them, but now my washing machine also has the stench lingering in it & it’s still infecting all loads of washing that I do. processed my refund BUT instead of refunding my card on their POS directly, they just said ‘you will get your refund in your bank account’. When I asked when they said it could take up to a week. A week! You have the goods AND my money. Why do I have to wait for this amount of time? Ridiculous. I called the store two days later to query it as it was on my mind. The salesperson said ‘well you have your email confirmation don’t you?’ - implying that I was worrying about nothing and it would be processed eventually. Then: ‘Contact your bank if you don’t get it, once we press the buttons it’s out of our hands and up to your bank’. Say what?? Very rude. Change your policy, it’s terrible!!
Returns process was horrible – I took some things in to return (with all the receipts) after they were gifted to my daughter as a birthday present. Faulty product – I bought lot of clothes in Seed that I love but this last knit linen tee shirt is awful. I sheds so much lint that is unacceptable. When I washed this tee with my other delicate clothes they became full of little hairs (lint) I had to brush everything and re wash everything. some of the lint stuck inside of the washing machine and I had lint in my next load too. Due to the shedding so much lint this shirt material became very thin and it looks old and washed out. The item is NOT fit for purpose as it can not be washed.
I contacted Seed customer sevice and provided receipt. The customer service repied: As the item was purchased at our Outlet store in Brisbane it will need to be returned there. As with all our garments we do need to view them before a decision is made, hence the reason why I said it was at the store managers discretion, as I can't physically see the product.
I am not going to DFO Brisbane any time soon as it is not where I live.
I offered to return the item to another SEED shop close to my home.
I am also offered to send the photos.
I got NIL reply.
On their website return policy it states If you believe your item may be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund upon inspection by a Seed Heritage staff member. All products must undergo an inspection to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided. Seed Heritage reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of: • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); or • Usual wear and tear following use of the product. You can arrange an inspection of your garment by heading into any of our Seed Heritage stores for an assessment. Alternatively, you can arrange an inspection via post to our Online facility. To return your purchase via post for inspection, please complete the Return by Post Form (PDF). Please clearly note the fault on the Return by Post Form. You can also contact Customer Service to obtain a free returns link.
Note the website states you can return to ANY Seed store or obtain a free returns link. Customer service refused to let me do either. Their customer sevice is bad. People have to be careful buying anything from SEED specially items that may be made of unusual materials. Yo can not return it if it fails.
I wish the quality was much better – I really like the clothing designs at Seed but I've been very underwhelmed with the quality. I've found knit items start pilling extremely quickly. I have a wool blend black cardigan which was covered in pilling after four days of wear. It's warm but now looks very shabby which is disappointing as it cost around $130. I've also had poor experiances with the quality of pants and dresses too. Show details

approached by staff member the announced to the whole store that I could not enter until we sanitised our hands.
I explained we just did so in the store next door and that the girls hands were hurting due to the alcohol in the sanitiser and was told that we had to get out if we did not sanitise.
I can bring it to your attention that I am not required to do so every time I enter a store. It is required for your store to provide it however I am not required to do so every time we go into a store. By the aay we went into Peter Alexander, de Cuba, country road, Witchery and many other stores this morning and did not encounter any one with the same disgusting attitude in any of those stores.
You are doing your brand a disservice by keeping this staff member on. Please educate your staff. I am not required to wear a mask nor am I required to sanitise my hands every time I go into a store.
