I find the module provided in Skill soft is way too long and boring and constantly feel its just repetitive and not easy to understand for a person who isn't involved in projects neither have experience dealing with projects but would like to enter in this field. I feel my money and time was a complete waste. Wish I would have read the reviews before singing with Seek Learning.

Stay Away From Seek – Got signed up to a diploma course in childcare without being notified of the cost or where the institute is (oten) now I have to pay $10,000 and I'm on a pension card which I can't use because I live in Victoria and there is NO contact number to contact them.

In saying this, I've recently relocated to Melbourne to potentially accrue hours. Without any avail at this stage, my only two options are to get an extension on my course or quit and pay the 7 odd thousand + 20% interest rate for my first and second cluster to be opened.

Was also informed that if signed up with OTEN directly, deferring studies would have been an option, but not through a second provider. Bit disappointing.

I am still studying, and probably will be till November 2017, however, now I feel even more isolated as I have no one interested in discussing or communicating with advice. All Seek is good for is taking your money and meeting their quotas.

No support. Uncontactable – I failed my exam despite them saying that they are certain that using their product, i will pass in first go, if not money back guaranteed. I passed one of the course but that is because i had to purchase an additional study guide to help me and felt that the study guide itself was actually enough and would have saved me thousands and hours.

Terrible – Before your payment everything is great and everything is easy done, but once you pay everything ends. I was told I can do a course and get certified, and later I found out I can't. They won't refund your money or will try to do anything about it. To them, it's all done once the money are transferred. Do not make the same mistake and sign up with them.

Enrolling through Seek was the worst idea ever as enrolling directly is so much cheaper, and yes the Seek agent was extremely friendly and persistent.

4. Beware, you do not get a graded transcript at the end of the course, which can be a hindrance in getting to a uni of your choice, although some universities will definitely accept it.

5. I'm happy with the quality of education as it is thorough and professional and the teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful.

material in the couple of days to ensure that the course would be right for me, however there were major compatibility issues with Windows 10 and it took me a week or two to sort that out. Once I was up and running, I found the training platform to be extremely clunky and not suitable for intuitive learning. Also the course material was not appropriate for my level of knowledge, which I had specifically discussed with the sales representative prior to purchasing the course. Upon contacting Seek Learning, they were quick to throw extra courses at me, however this did not address the key issues I had.

I have attempted multiple times to undertake the course however have given up. I spent nearly $2000 on this course and seek's only response is that terms and conditions state no refunds and that skillsoft is the largest online training platform. I joined this course with enthusiasm and with the hope to advance my knowledge and assist with development/career opportunities, however all it has done is left me with a frustrating memory.

work placement hours to progress in the course. When I asked the seek learning consultant about the general availability in gaining work placement, I was told "it will be a very simple process, you won't have an issue at all, there are plenty of places that will be happy to take you on board". Well nearly 12 months on and that has been determined as a lie. I've pretty much just burnt 10 grand on a course which I will never complete.

Don't deal with seek learning and enrol with them. Instead gain as much information as you can with various educational institutions and if you see one you like, contact them directly and enrol through them. Ask questions directly.

Stay away from Seek Learning.

writing, all of a sudden i couldn't get a hold of the lady that was every so helpful and was calling me after hours when i was keen! I was told by the finance place that it will all be sorted however i just need to contact seek to get them to email through a confirmation email of my cancellation. I finally got a hold of seek learning, the receptionist kept telling me...oh sorry everyone's in meetings, they are all busy (any excuse), I'll get someone to call you back though - when speaking with a 'team leader' she first told me that the finance place wasn't open - even though i told her i had literally just come off the phone with them before calling her, she had nothing to say! (which i had) then she proceeded to tell me everything will be sorted out and that was all fine. The week after i receive a student number from the tafe they were going to enroll me into! So i rang the tafe and cancelled the application! After being told they had received my application....3 days after i had spoken with the lady who said she was going to cancel everything. Then i receive the credit card from the loan place, which i just assumed was a mistake...two weeks later I'm still receiving email in regards to the money i loan! So i rang the finance place back up only to be told the money had been released to seek learning from my loan! and that they haven't heard from seek learning to say that i wanted to cancel my loan! and apparently i can't cancel it myself i have to wait for seek to cancel it for me? After hours on the phone to this guy i got him to contact seek himself and he said that he would contact me once it had all been confirmed.

Bottom line is, they are useless! Don't trust them with any of your personal details!

All these 5 star comments are so obviously fake – Nice work Seek, if you cannot do a proper or ethical job, simply write fraudulent reviews on this site. So dodgy !!!

Six Sigma Green Belt Disappointment – Really disappointed in the whole seek learning experience. I found it clunky to use and support was sub par. I spent over $2000 but it was not value for money. Unfortunately the course expired before I could complete it and to reinstate my enrollment it would have cost over $1000. In the end a waster of money and would encourage others to do your research prior and look at other more reputable and customer centric organisations.

Well I got sucked in – I was told it will be taken out of my tax return gradually load of crap I got slapped $7600 first year. No help from the tafe ever just emails saying they are here to help no reply. All I received was an envelope with some stickers to the tafe. I wanted a better future for my family all I got was a bunch of excuses and a debt that is killing me to pay.

Never disappointed! – I have used SEEK learning twice now and I have loved my experience. Have also recommended it to friends and family.
