to arrive. They explained the reasons for the delay with my initial order, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. However, when my second order arrived it was missing items and despite contacting Selfwear I've had no reply, replacement or refund. Also, I honestly wasn't that impressed with the items I received either. I bought on sale, but there's no way I would have been happy to pay the full price for them.
Follow-up · After contacting them again and writing this review I did get a reply and a refund for the missing items. The delayed response was due to "experiencing a higher-than-usual number of emails". In non-marketing speak, they were inundated with too many complaints to handle. Enough said.
It’s taken about 6 weeks to finally get this sorted. They sent the wrong size, but I had to pay the postage to send the unworn item back. The hoodie cost $69.95, they refunded me $66.06, which I am assuming, means they took a portion of a $5 voucher off. No explanation was given as to the amount. postage costs. I would accept this if it was me that had ordered the wrong size, however regardless of the return policy and yes, I read it. If a company sends the wrong thing out, then they should cover the return postage too! Quite unfair since I didn’t order the wrong thing. I already knew exactly what size I needed, as I have purchased from them before. I won’t make that mistake again! I will never deal with this company again!

925 SILVER BEADED ADJUSTABLE ANXIETY RING – Fantastic product. My daughter gets anxious & I got her one for xmas. She loves it so much she has purchased 2 more for her friends. The picture is identical to the product & it comes in a beautiful felt bag encased in a ring box. More importantly its adjustable sizing so you don't need a ring size. I ordered another round of shirts, which were soon dispatched. There was a glitch in the processes at Australia Post. Selfawear's customer service has been outstanding, and they promptly made sure that I got what I had been waiting for. I may be one of the oldest customers but nonetheless in love with my new clothes. Awesome quality, I am not looking back!

This water bottle makes a difference – Easy to order and a quick delivery time was just the start of this great purchase. vertically as it is a little bit unique but was sent shirt with text / image running horizontally which looks like all the other BeKind shirts I already own. Multi attempts to contact company and Co-Director but NOONE has responded. Will be avoiding at all costs and warning others. Have attempted to leave reviews on their website but none have appeared to date. Based on such appalling customer service, it wouldn’t be a surprise to find the company censors it reviews so a lot of the negative ones don’t show. Really bad business ethics and sad to see an Aussie company treat their customers so poorly.
Selfawear returns portal has been disabled for several days - and there are no contact physical address details in the website (making it impossible to return anyone). printing of shirts etc etc. I keep reminding them it's a Grounding sheet and does not require printing to no effect. They don't even care to read the order details. I also offered to pick up from the store in Burleigh (though I have paid the postage) but to no avail. I will not be buying from Selfawear in future. And with my experience I am hesitant to recommend it to others.

Order arrived over 30 days later and only after I had contacted support & requested information about the order. They advised my order had still not been processed. I received the items including a t-shirt I did not order & $5 credit!!! that they had chosen to swap out for the one ordered that was unavailable. This tshirt is completely inappropriate & it is ludicrous that they chose a replacement & only issued $5 credit. Since then I have emailed customer support several times requesting credit on my order and have had no response. I feel extremely disappointed and ripped off, and totally let down by Selfawear.

check if I still required the items (other than the confirmation of the order on 3 December)! I replied to that email and requested a refund and advised that these products were no longer required - because I required them for Christmas!! Their excuse of big sales from Black Friday (which I did not participate in!) and equipment stuck in customs is just lame and greedy. I asked for a refund because the items requested, now dispatched on 30 December, were being delivered to the holiday house I was staying at and probably won't be able to be delivered, and end up being returned to Selfawear. Therefore Selfaware will not be out of pocket either with stock or money!! But I have the privilege of having paid for items that I will not ever see. DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS.

on 17th November 2025 . From what was on the website regarding orders and dispatch I expected to receive the t-shirt before Christmas. On 25th November 2025 I received an email advising that my order was "queued up for production and dispatch".I had not received my order by 10th December 25, so I attempted to contact the company and request a refund and cancellation of my order. I received an automated response that I would be replied to the next working day. I received my t-shirt on 28th December 2025 and I received an email responding to my request for a refund on 5th January 2026, thanking me for my patience and understanding(?). No apology , no acknowledgement of my request for a refund. The t-shirt is great quality and I will use it next Christmas but the customer service was terrible.

mad scramble for three second gifts was not required. Two weeks is not an unreasonable expectation for a local delivery, and the lack of communication resulted in added stress at an already busy time of year. I got a bulk email on 1 December trying to explain their new machines, issues with customs, and Black Friday blah blah blah. To be honest, I have no interest in this narrative. If you can't fill the order in a timely manner, say so at the moment of purchase so customers can make informed choices. I finally heard from Selfawear on 28 December to tell me that my order had been dispatched - no news there; Australia Post had it covered. And then lastly, on 3 January, a note from the co-founder - after the order was delivered - apologising. This was a terrible first experience with Selfawear, and while I might have been a bit more forgiving if the communication had been better, I would not recommend ordering from Selfawear.

cancel (YES!). In 22/12 I received an automated email re dispatch (so they ignored my cancellation and refund). Tracking order said delivery should be 24/12 - nothing. No goods, no refund and had to get alternative presents. I should have read the reviews first. Do not buy through Selfaware.
The absolute worst customer service provided. This company does not respond to customer enquiries. Do not expect your order in a hurry, took 3 weeks to dispatch order and after multiple attempts to contact failed to respond. Will never purchase or recommend.
Ordered on December 2 still nothing! Advertised as being on time before Christmas. Delete all negative comments from social media and customers asking the whereabouts of their order. I have asked for a refund and received a long waffly excuse about machinery not arriving on time to have orders ready on time! ****Update: Finally received the shirt I ordered. There was only one response in that time, after I had queried it, to tell me it was delayed and on it's way. The package still arrived later than the date they had given me as well. Item is ok, but the huge delay and lack of response is just too much of a hassel.

Worst thing is that they delete the comments on their Instagram requesting answers. So there's no transparency at all for the customer.

Ordered a tee shirt on 23 November in what I thought would be plenty of time for a special occasion. Despite 3 emails, I've heard nothing and the tracking doesn't work. They have no phone number to call about the order and they don't abide by their timelines. I wondered if they were even a legit company but seeing Layne Beachley was involved, I thought they must have been. Very disappointed and certainly won't be ordering from them again.
