Amazing customer service! I had an issue with one of the items I purchased and they were so helpful and quick to respond. They organised a replacement straight away with absolutely no hassle. It’s so nice to receive such great customer service, and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend!

My kids love this magnetic train set, esp when combining sets to make complex tracks. 2 of the 4 trains supplied were faulty. I emailed customer support and though it did take a month and some follow up, they replaced the whole train set. I’ve since found and stocked up on some extra parts and trains on AliExpress which are compatible and reasonably priced. Show reply
I recently purchased an Audible Flashcard learning device, unfortunately the sound didn't work. I contacted the company and they replied immediately. After a very short correspondence they decided to replace it. The whole process was fast and seemless. The new one works perfect and the daughter is enjoying learning more words. It's a truly great device and saves the parents countless hours of teaching their children. Show reply

We bought the Aussiemate toy which came very fast in the mail. Worked as advertised but we had a problem with a couple of cards so we emailed sensory toys and they got back to us straight away and have offered us a replacement. Easy to contact. Good experience. Show reply

The flashcard sensory toy arrived today. Inadequately packed in a plastic post bag, arrived in a plastic post bag and the outer box is damaged and ithe internal box damaged. Purchased for a gift and not able to be used now for that purpose. If this your normal packaging it is inadequate. Very disappointing.

To be honest i am very disappointed in my purchase. I feel the weights should be heavier in the arms, as they just slip off the shoulders, even to have some weightin the legs would be a goid idea as well... the toys them self are quite cute..but sadly I definitely wouldn't say they bring any stress relief or the feeling of getting any comfort from them.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Firstly it took will over a month to arrive. No tracking number provided and nil response ever from email. I have reached out for a refund and the offer of 30% is not satisfactory after incurring the return postage and a restocking fee! I’m posting this because this item is not fit for its intended purpose and should be sold to another unsuspecting customer. That’s the reason why I’m writing this review. It’s not right to do business this way. I wanted a full refund and I will be reaching out to Consumer Affairs regarding my rights. I hope this post helps others who may have thought it was a good decision to purchase from this company. This website wouldn’t allow me to post a 3 sec video to prove my point re the horrible sounds.

I still think it’s poor form for it to have gotten to such an unhappy position as a customer to get to this end result. A ripper interactive learning toy for your littles! The illustrations are engaging, the Aussie accent is ace and the accompanying sound effects make this a fantastic multimodal experience to teach my little possum :)
Awesome product. Came in a very quick time frame. I accidentally over ordered, the customer service team was on the pulse within about 30 minutes of my email! They also emailed me to say thank you in general, best customer service I have ever dealt with.
The sensory toys team were amazing. Unfortunately the first flashcard device I received did not work. I contacted them on a Sunday and got an immediate response. I had a replacement device within a week. They were friendly, helpful and very supportive. The flashcard device is now being used daily by a very appreciative little boy.

needs an old charger not even a USB-C. The Australian accents are fine but when it comes to the music, it’s the same as the Temu card reader and the alphabet song is incorrect and jumbled - another reason we were upgrading the Temu reader, only to get the same jumbled American Alphabet song in product far more expensive. A really disappointing purchase and absolutely not worth the money. 0 stars. I cannot fault the customer service - very quick to respond, offer solutions and listen to my concerns. The card quality is not as durable as I thought it would be, but the product is great overall. I think a little speaker symbol for those that have "meow/moo/beep" etc would be awesome, even the Auslan sign on oneside and the animal/word on the other. Love that is Australian

I recently bought the flash cards for my 2yr old Grand daughter, she absolutely loves to play and also loves to put the cards in herself.
