needs an old charger not even a USB-C. The Australian accents are fine but when it comes to the music, it’s the same as the Temu card reader and the alphabet song is incorrect and jumbled - another reason we were upgrading the Temu reader, only to get the same jumbled American Alphabet song in product far more expensive. A really disappointing purchase and absolutely not worth the money. 0 stars. Also, I tried to leave this review on their website but it hasn’t gone live - on closer look out of nearly 400 reviews they don’t allow any to go live under 4 stars!
Initially returned by Australia post as it wasn't collected. After contacting customer support, it was resent and was followed up until delivery was made. Great customer service and my nephew loves it too.

Audible flash Card Device is a great favorite of my 2yr old granddaughter highly recommend
My kids love this magnetic train set, esp when combining sets to make complex tracks. 2 of the 4 trains supplied were faulty. I emailed customer support and though it did take a month and some follow up, they replaced the whole train set. I’ve since found and stocked up on some extra parts and trains on AliExpress which are compatible and reasonably priced. Show reply
I recently purchased an Audible Flashcard learning device, unfortunately the sound didn't work. I contacted the company and they replied immediately. After a very short correspondence they decided to replace it. The whole process was fast and seemless. The new one works perfect and the daughter is enjoying learning more words. It's a truly great device and saves the parents countless hours of teaching their children. Show reply

We bought the Aussiemate toy which came very fast in the mail. Worked as advertised but we had a problem with a couple of cards so we emailed sensory toys and they got back to us straight away and have offered us a replacement. Easy to contact. Good experience. Show reply

The flashcard sensory toy arrived today. Inadequately packed in a plastic post bag, arrived in a plastic post bag and the outer box is damaged and ithe internal box damaged. Purchased for a gift and not able to be used now for that purpose. If this your normal packaging it is inadequate. Very disappointing.

numerous emails to the company. Finally they replied told me there was a "glitch" in their system and it should not have let me order the extra trains but refused to refund my money for them. They also tried to tell me my request for a return was after the 30 days and so there was nothing they could do. I sent through every email with proof that I requested this well in the 30 days but they have ignored all of them. I purchased through PayPal and they have been no help so far either. I will report this company to fair trading and see how I go. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this company. Scammers for sure .

Instructions in Chinese so no idea how to make the water toys. Brought the boys remote cars!!!! Terrible! Brought the toddler car set arrived broken! Don’t buy from Sensory Toys. So overpriced. Temu and Shien soooo much better.

perfect for my 2 year old grandchild, they can learn to manipulate the cards quickly. they love the fact that several of the animal and other cards have an associated sound following the name of the flash card. Took a while to arrive but can intact and in a sturdy box. Cards might need replacing after the first grandchild though. Show reply

I bought the magnetic train. Last week I took it to school for the year 8 students to build the track and then write a review on the the toy . All love it, some said I'll give you the money if you get one for me. They felt it was very creative, imaginative and they loved making the tracks. gift and the recipient is like, yea, got one thats same same for cheap. Instead.. you figure out later that you've paid a premium giving a gift you think is premium without the being able to verify it as such. Is the exact same hardware as the $20 item but the accent is different.
I purchased based on the accent catch, but I don't like looking like a fool being told its cheap junk with a bow attached. I had no reply but to simply say, you're probably right and it seems to be a well established pattern with Sensory Toys Australia.
Overpriced and under delivered. Predatory pricing and overall just... cheap junk. I got their blocks in the past as a gift. Now I stupidly got their flash cards. Don't get it from this mob. Predatory advertising and pricing that does not live up to the hype.
Also, There website prevents you from printing their invoices and delivery history... literally saying "you are not allowed to print preview this page"... something a scam site would do right...? as this review website wanted some proof I'd ordered... this website literally stopping people from printing the order history.... Take that as you will!
Note: I've just editing this review after I found someone that would enjoy the second one I was convinced to get in order to avoid the delivery fee (delivery fee being MORE than the item sells for on Amazon with a different accent). 100% avoid Sensory Toys Australia just from how they seem to not respect their customers.

The service and product was excellent even with the custom charge when I went to pick up at the post office. Never have to worry ordering from them as it always arrives in Ontario Canada.
I purchased this after buying a cheap Temu version with a horrid American accent. My daughter absolutely loves it! She is only just 2 and can easily slot the cards in and repeat the words so clearly… she’s speaking at a 4yo level. Card quality is excellent and battery life is fantastic I don’t even think I’ve charged it yet since Christmas and still going strong. Definitely worth the money to have the Aussie one!!
The best innovative toy/learning tool for toddlers and preschool or any child learning to read and speak. Its in aussie accent which is what kids speak. Bought this for my 20 month old granddaughter and she repeats all the words and is now putting 2 or more words together. Bought the expansion pack too. Best value for money and worth every cent
Awesome product for kids learning to read and spell and to say words. The flashcards are fun and easy for them and also love the fact that is an Australian accent and not an American one.
