Absolutely rubbish customer service … instead of helping they’re busy passing on unsolicited advise. Nobody is going to call unless they’ve tried to solve the issue on their own first and haven’t found a solution … don’t commit to a same day service if you’re unable to do the basics !!!

The team found and repaired a water leak in my wall. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a sewer reline done. Their prices were competitive with other companies and their guy Tom went through the process with me and it was installed a few days later. Very professional and friendly service.

Warning! Overcharged and shocked by the such a company without integrity. They quoted a price of $900 to install one valve while other local plumber asked for $315 to install two valves who did a beautiful job for us. It feels like this is just a fraud company.

The job quote was so high I had 2 independent plumbers come out to quote for the same job. The other plumbers were appalled at the price quoted $8,000 for sleeving of a sewer pipe that they both independently said didn’t need sleeving and if it did the price would have been less than half. blocked again a week later I have now paid less than $500 and had to have it re jet cleaned to unblock it. I would suggest dont ever use this business they over charge and don’t do the work properly.

I had a small downpipe replaced and was simply shocked at the cost. The plumber inspected the blockage, found a golf ball lodged at the bottom, and said he had to cut the pipe to remove it. at that point, the old pipe was already cut and removed, leaving us with little choice.

The job involved replacing and installing roughly 2 meters of PVC downpipe and two joints, taking less than four hours. The cost of materials is under $50, making the final price completely outrageous! The service felt opportunistic, and I would strongly caution others not to user their services.

We paid $549.00 for their plumber to come and install an Inlet Valve and a Flexable Hose to our toilet. the owner, she ordered her plumber to leave our house because we were upset and said we would leave a google review, knowing our house had no hot water with two sick children at home! UNBELIEVABLE, BEWARE

Be very very careful. They are all about overcharging and lack of transparency – charge $330 per hour to investigate a problem. quote $3800 fixed with no breakdown of labour vs materials and refused to give a break down. Got another quote, same work $900.00. they are busy signing you up to a membership , i suggest donte. i gave them a 2nd chance and again was totally underwhelmed and felt taken advantage of.

for an itemised receipt which is a legal requirement they made it extremely difficult and it was full of discrepancies. They lied about waiving the initial call out and diagnosis fee, they simply added it back in later, even though the gas company had already diagnosed the problem and discussed it with the service expert plumber on site. If you have cash to burn by all means give them a call, otherwise I wouldn't. This is how they treat their 'members.' I have tried to discuss this with them before leaving a review however they have refused to adequately address my invoice concerns.

Rip off – I had Service Experts come out to look at a NEW toilet that was malfunctioning. They said it needed to be replaced with their choice of toilet at a cost of over $2000. $200 (supplied and fitted). If the Service Experts are truly experts, they should have known that this was the problem. Glad I did not accept the Service Experts misdiagnosis and resultant irrelevant quote.

Great service, reliable and efficient – Darryl, Tanya and the rest of the team were friendly, professional and honest. They went out of their way to help us, completed the work efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. We were very happy with the work and highly recommend them.

Plumbing Fixing – I was discussed with this company they not only overcharged me dramatically they will not return my calls. Please who ever wants to use them be very cautious. This hasn't ended here

Good service at a high price – The company was responsive and on time which is a positive in the world of trades. The people were friendly and respectful. The price however was more than double the price quoted by a local plumber we consulted after getting the quote. Unfortunately we were not in a position to delay fixing the problem as our mother who has dementure needed it fixed quickly.

Oversell – We needed plumbing work. Very expensive and they give you a big sell on “ buying a membership” for 1, 2 or 3 years. If you take out a membership even for one year it’s $199. Totally unnecessary when you just want plumbing done.
