2 inches more than in their sizing chart. But then they asked me to mail in the jacket at my cost so that they could verify this. I sent it and paid the shipping myself. They emailed me back saying that they will not cover it under warranty. I found other reviews online noting that their jackets do stretch. Terrible customer service for such a high end product. I asked for them to send me a smaller size and they refused to. Never buying from them again.

Received a rashie with a couple of marks on it and it was a size too small. I spoke to them and they said they were willing to exchange. price match sharkskins current sale, the rest we ordered online. Hubbies shorts were out of stock everywhere. Sharkskin put me on a list to call as soon as they got some in stock. They expected three weeks and were happy to quote me the current sale price. They got back to me in a matter of days and quickly dispatched the shorts.

We were exceptionally happy with the quality of the items as well as the customer service we received from Sharkskin.

Ideally Australia is our criteria. Whilst sharkskin are not cheap I highly recommend them . They last even with daily use. Well made, supportive, There are other similar products that simply fell apart and the last thing anyone needs, especially a male teaching kids to swim, is for his bathers to fall apart in the pool in front of them which happened. Luckily for all he actually listened when I said all male swim teachers need to have budgie smugglers under any swimming shorts etc for safety. same as women need to wear a rashie as kids have a bad habit of ripping your bathers off if they get a fright, are having fun and using you like a buoy etc. The younger the children the more koala like they are as an instinctive survival reflex.

We always hand wash in cold water after use and never put in washing machine. Drip dry in shower or laundry. We do all we can to preserve them as long as possible. we do not use cleaning products unless we need to using just water. if we need to use something its a gentle organic Australian product.

So incredibly impressed with the quality indoor water, outdoor water and open water. Love the look and the colours. Shape and strength of the products lasts. 100% believe if you look after them they will look after you and last.

Hands-down THE BEST rashie I have ever purchased (and I've purchased many!). My son swims in a heated pool every week. I have to admit that I'm completely bemused by the Sharkskin quick dry socks I've just received in the mail. I'm not totally sure you can call them socks other than them being made of material and having an open end and a closed end. disposable booties an airline would give you (or those booties hospitals use when you're about to be operated on) - just a small sack. They certainly don't feel or fit like what I'd expect a sock to. It might be due to me ordering the red ones but mine will probably end up being used as Xmas stockings because that's what they look like (they just need a piece of red and white candy cane sticking out of them to complete the picture).

I bought these as a test to see what the quality was like before investing in their aquatic shoes and rashies but there is no way I'm going to risk being this disappointed again. At least this only cost me $32 ($22 for the "socks" and $10 for postage - could have just put a stamp on them and sent them as empty envelopes.

Beanie colour and size chart are way off and what i got and actual cut is way different to what's advertised. Even if the design was a decent cut fit, the Cost of return freight makes it not viable to do so for a replacement as additional freight blows it out. shirts off the rack, sometimes large, but never x large. Now it looks like I’ll have to go for the x large.

Sharkskin have been good with a return and exchange promise so far but I’ll update that once I have the x large Thermal Flex in my hand, try it on, and will update or submit another report on its performance once I get it in the water.

Having to do returns and exchanges is a significant inconvenience and unnecessary cost.

My report here is to alert potential customers of the sizing issues.

18th of last month on a sale. just had to phone them to find out why I have not received my goods. The excuse was a roof caved in which has caused delays. I feel sorry for the receptionists getting all the flak from customers who have been let down by this companies poor ethics as to how they treat their customers. Will not be purchasing from them again and to anyone thinking of dealing with them I would have second thoughts. I have been told they will send my goods express post and should leave within the next few days. Won't hold my breath!

Will never buy again – Bought boardshorts but are wayyy too big. They recommend you use their size charts but they are way off and you have to pay postage if you need to return item/s.

Expect to wait – The products look great, and I have made a pretty big order. Crap customer service – Dont buy online as you won't receive fast. I waited nearly 2 months. Sent several emails. They kept saying out of stock if I did receive reply. hole is way too big and allows for the cold water and wind to get inside the vest which made the whole vest useless. All other brands are sleeved for a reason.

Their warranty excludes fading from sunlight or chlorine. So you can't use it outdoor or indoor.

The web site said it will take a week for the order to be shipped. My order took double that time and only after I have chased it up with an email which they never responded to.

Wrote a review on their web site. They only publish the good reviews. One can only guess how many other bad reviews they have filtered and discarded and how real are those published reviews.

long sleeve step-in -women's for my partner with confidence. Or so I thought. When I received the item, the front zipper snapped into multiple pieces the first time she went to zip it up. It took about 6 weeks (after returning the item) and several follow-up calls to finally receive my refund. I do not recommend buying from this company. Perhaps they have changed supplier and that's why the quality is down, and that may not be their fault. But their inability to provide refunds in anything approaching a timely fashion and their disregard for their customers' needs is entirely their choice.

Warm travel jacket for winter – I purchased the Sharkskin Chillproof jacket for a camping trip during winter . It kept me warm and comfortable during the trip and also did an excellent job of protecting me from the wet weather. Highly recommend!

said they will issue a refund, so again I waited, and waited until I had to go through PayPal demanding a refund which within a few days I finally got. Their ads pop up constantly on Facebook with a pretty solid ad that makes them look legit but alas they are not. Do not give your money to them they are clearly an overseas company pretending to be located in Australia. DO NOT trust the 5 star reviews for this company! If you check the reviewers stat's all the accounts only have 1 review (sharkskin) and signed up on the day and none are verified. Beware.
