I absolutely adore my new bedding!! The Leo cotton is incredibly smooth and has a luxurious, high quality feel. I got the Robbie stripes doona / pillowcases and paired it with chocolate sheets. I love that the doona has horizontal/vertical stripe options on either side. Never been more excited to get into bed! Thank you :) Show reply

We bought the Rory Washed Cotton Lola Blankets and pillowcases. Unfortunately, we’re quite disappointed with the quality of all the items. and messy. They look old and worn and falling apart. We’ve been customers for a couple of years now and have always trusted the quality of Sheet Society products, which is why we felt comfortable spending over $300 on bedding again this year. Given the condition of these blankets & pillowcases we won't shop there again. I've also emailed Sheet Society twice in 2 weeks since receiving my sheets and they haven't replied which is super frustrating and unprofessional. Poor customer service.

Sheet society reached out to me and rectified the situation
Quality ok however the colour was so wrong. Sadly i could not return as it was a present and they did not realise it was wrong and washed it before showing me. Pictures show what i ordered and what i got.
Good colour and texture sheets – Needed 2 pillowcases and two fitted sheets to create a day bed … love the colour love the feel .. efficient buy online. Love the pattern and tone hard to buy quality patterned sheets. Show reply
Update; they are back to making great sheets, yay – Updated to add; It looks like Sheet Society listened to its customer's feedback and addressed the issues wrt quality control, which says a lot about how the business treats is customers...good on them for being proactive and not just relying on their older positive reviews.. cotton and Leo washed cotton range, and they're adding some great looking prints, new bed covers and other nice looking products.
I haven't tried the flannel but I'm really hoping they're back to how they were initially, when they were made with a much heavier material and were really lovely and soft and warm for the cold Melbourne winter nights...I want to try them again, but bedding is unfortunately a luxury for me, so I can't really risk blowing money on sub par isheets, but when I can afford them I will definitely update. ........

When I first started buying Sheet Society products the quality was really good. However they have obviously changed something in the manufacturing process as their sheets are now disappointing and certainly not worth the price.
These days I'll only buy their Eden Cotton range, which so far has held up and is lovely to sleep on, but the rest? Nope. My flannel sheets seriously pilled after one wash and were ridiculously thin and rough. And sure, while the flannel sheets at Target are a lot worse than they were 10 years ago too, they aren't charging the prices Sheet Society are.
That's the issue...you can't cut the quality and keep the prices without people noticing, and you're losing customers as a result.
I want to support this company because they are a small Aussie business and the concept behind the styling is great. But they've sacrificed quality as they've grown in popularity and I can't just risk $200+ on a sheet set that may or may not last one wash.
Oh, and their responses to criticism aren't helping things either...just because you have a lot of customers now doesn't mean they'll return if you continue to ignore all the feedback that mentions the obvious drop in the quality of your products.
A great reputation and loyal customers will serve you in the long run vs simply hiking your profit margins in the short term and hoping for the best.
Maybe listen to what people are saying here instead of getting defensive and telling us that "nuh uh, lots of people love our product!", as if we're making up criticisms, just because.
I used to rave about their bedding but now I just won't recommend them., which is such a shame as they had so much potential.

I've been using the sheets, pillow cases and doona covers from the Sheet Society for around 3 years. Fitted sheets - good strong elastic, generous fit although will still struggle over a pillow top mattress. Nice, smooth feel. The negative, I have a light coloured rose sheet that faded terribly. inside most of the time, and I have cared for it the same as other items which have not faded. Doona covers - I have two a cotton one and a waffle one. The waffle one seems to have stretched or distorted in size because of the waffle fabric. It's still usable but it's annoying as the doona floats around on the inside a little. The zips have held up, however the zip puller is incredibly tiny and difficult to hold. Not appropriate for anyone older, with big hands or any type of dexterity issues. I don't think I would buy again as I was pretty disappointed in the fading, and I have heard from others that the zips went pretty quickly.

My linen sheets arrived a few nights ago and they are fabulous, so soft to lie on and they look great. They arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. Follow-up · Still love my sheets. Easy to care for with gentle wash and low heat drying. They are generously sized and fit my deep mattress with a wide elastic band that doesn’t slip out. Very pleased with them
I have just received the most beautiful white flannelette sheets. I washed them and put them on. They are so soft and they hardly shed any "fluff " in the dryer. Thank you do, so much. Show 2 replies
We purchased the Wonder Wool - light and medium bundle and with the weather getting colder, we were trying to put them together and discovered that the buttons on the quilts were defective. One of the quilt had a missing button and the other has a mismatched button. Sheet Society was very responsive and had the quilts replaced within 3 days. These sheets are so comfortable, they are soft and crisp, genuinely like high quality hotel sheets. They are sturdy and stay cool. There was a slight mix up with the pillow cases- I think they were labelled incorrectly during manufacturing, no one's fault!- and the staff were so friendly and incredibly quick to fix the mistake. letter. Always wash in cold water on gentle wash, always dry in the shade and never use stain removers or bleach additives would be my strong advice. In any case, we reached out to the company and they responded within hours providing a replacement for our pillow case - which is demonstrative of a company that is highly focussed on customer care. Cannot recommend Sheet Society more highly.
The Eve Linen sheets, black are by far the best sheets I've ever used. Love the soft luxurious feel you can only get with linen and they get better and better as they age. Excellent packaging, fast delivery and great service from knowledgeable staff. Show reply

I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ve loved the sheets we get from them. The quality is exceptional. I recently had a set that we had a few issues with and not the usual quality. The Rory blankets are stunning for both the couch and beds. Super soft and cozy cotton, perfect for all year round. Had an issue with a knot in the thread I only noticed after I had washed it.
