High prices with a terrible return policy, even with proof for circumstances. Clothes may be decent but without that buffer, I’d rather not risk my money through purchasing things online.

but are we seriously saying it’s acceptable for a $200 piece to already be falling apart after just four days and one wash? The seams were already showing signs of fraying, and instead of acknowledging the possibility of a faulty item or poor stitching, the responsibility was shifted entirely onto the customer. That’s incredibly disappointing and far from the quality or service you’d expect at this price point.

Exchanged a blazer I had purchased online at the mid city store while visiting sydney. Called the store to confirm they had the next size up, yes, wouldnt hold it for me though. from the spare on the matching skirt, but wouldnt actually provide me with a spare button, only the one to replace the one missing. In a tight situation as i need the next size up, i had to take the faulty one and sew the button back on. No discount, got a "yeah sorry about that" instead. Reached out to customer service as i should have been advised of the fault before transporting into sydney, and to request a spare button be sent out. As usual, below average customer service. A less than genuine apology and no attempt for a solution. Love the clothes, but customer service is lacking.

contacted Customer Care, only to be told that the refund couldn't be processed because the jacket was missing a round tag. However, I purchased the jacket in its current condition (as shown in the attached photo), and the store staff made no mention of any missing tags at the time. They assured me I’d be eligible for an extension.

Despite this, Customer Care then claimed the return did not comply with store policy. Now, I’m stuck with a jacket I no longer want, simply because I followed the guidance of both in-store staff and Customer Care. The 21-day refund period has now passed, and it feels like the process was set up to prevent a refund extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be shopping at this store again.

Very disappointed with this store. I have been buying dresses/outfits for years from Shieke . I ordered a dress for a wedding . The dress came I opened it on the day of wedding as I had tried the dress on in store so I knew it fitted . dress on for 45 mins . After the wedding I emailed Shieke to explain what had happened . Their response was we will give you 20% partial refund as the dress was not in original condition and the dress had wear and tear . I’m sorry but I had it on 45 mins before I noticed how is this wear and tear . Not happy at all with the way they handled this situation . Very disappointed as Shieke was always my go to for a great dress for a special occasion . But won’t be buying again .

effort to understand my situation or provide any meaningful resolution. Shieke has a deeply flawed and customer-unfriendly delivery policy. By default, they set orders to Authority to Leave — meaning your parcel can be dropped anywhere, with no security, no signature, and no accountability. They then hide behind an obscure little tick-box option at checkout that customers are expected to notice and change if they want a signature. If you miss it (as most would), you’re left completely out of pocket if something goes wrong. And when something does go wrong? Shieke immediately absolves themselves of all responsibility, pointing the finger entirely at Australia Post, despite the fact that this situation is caused by their own default settings and policies. Their “support” consists of telling you to chase other parties or “report it to the authorities,” as if that fixes the fact that your parcel was never properly secured in the first place. This company’s approach to customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and shows absolutely no regard for the people who spend their money with them. The experience has been so poor that I’ll be sharing it across multiple platforms to ensure other customers are aware of how little protection or support they can expect when shopping with Shieke. Shop elsewhere — Shieke’s policies leave customers vulnerable, and their customer service offers nothing but scripted responses and zero accountability.

Dresses are appealing until you look closely. They are insanely expensive for the quality they offer, I could sew a better quality dress with my eyes closed. then checked the system and realised that they didn't have my size in stock. I contacted customer care, asking if they could refund the wrong size item and I was happy to pay for the actual size that I requested. I was advised that because I was 10 days over their refund period that they would not allow this. All tags were on, I paid full price, had the receipt and was simply wanting a straight swap of size. I'm now left with pants that I cannot wear from a store that I previously loved, yet will now refuse to shop from. Where is the customer service and common sense?

was a few weeks out of the very short ‘21 days’ they offer for exchange (noting I only received this gift outside the 21 day period and had no opportunity to exchange sooner) I was told that there was no way I was able to change the size.

It is simply ridiculous that no common sense was given to this situation and I am now unable to use the clothes. For such a large retailer, they are acting like an amateur business with a poor policy and lack of empathy.

purchased a few months prior, Claudia's response was not only unhelpful but also accusatory. Without even examining the garment, she stated that she needed to determine if the issue was due to wear and tear or a fault, implying that I may have been responsible for the damage. This comment was made without any basis or evidence, and it was clear that Claudia had already made up her mind about the situation.

I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable and humiliating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when dealing with a faulty product. Claudia's actions fell far short of my expectations and demonstrated a clear lack of understanding of basic customer service principles.

As a Regional Manager, Claudia's behavior reflects poorly on the brand's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's appalling that someone in her position would exhibit such poor judgment and lack of empathy.

I hope that in the future, Skeike will take steps to improve their customer service and provide a better experience for loyal customers like myself. Despite this incident, I've had positive experiences with the brand in the past and would like to continue shopping with them. However, incidents like this make me question their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I urge Skeike's management to take immediate action to address this issue and provide better training for staff on customer service and conflict resolution. And also please note I am not looking for a refund or an exchange anymore but a reassurance for a good customer experience moving forward. Thank you.

surrender the items and receipt they took possession of the items and refusing to refund to tell me only credit to have me Zoe d it in store my money they are telling me where I can spend it. I will not be doing or accepting this I don’t care I have had consumer advise and they are holding items I’ve paid for which was taken into their possession as a request and no refund is yet to be processed and no call from any one in that business. This is denying me my legal tender they are holding it with no legal right the products are in their store. They asked for the items to be left by me in their possession.

also states a full refund is available in 21 days. Also apparently the staff member should have marked on the receipt if there was no side tag attached. So because the staff member that served me didn’t do that I am the one that has thrown $229.95 down the drain. I do not have the time or energy to go fight this battle given I have 2 toddlers with me full time and one with a disability so it makes things like this even more stressful. So instead I’m choosing to warn others of my horrendous customer service experience. I will never buy from this brand again.

care instructions not listed on the garment - regarding humidity. Which is just ridiculous. Poor quality, poor service, won’t be having anything to do with Sheike moving forwards if the expectation of the clothing is that it can’t be hung safely in a wardrobe!

simple exchange as my daughter purchased it over 21 days ago. The dress was still on the shelves and not on sale. The assistant rang her Manager and they refused. How utterly ridiculous!! For a $240 dress I now have to pay to get it fitted correctly! I love their designs, however, if you are purchasing as a gift make sure you are absolutely certain of your choice!

I use to love the clothes at Sheike but now I can’t find anything I like. And I’m not the only one, all my friends I talk with and daughters have said the exact same thing. But I did that and they couldn’t help me? The pants are faulty and I am entitled to a refund! dress just ripped up itself leaving me in terrible situation in the party. Size was right, was not tight for sure. Paying $220 for a dress and getting the product of such low cheap quality from such a popular brand is a shame. Unhelpful staff with first time subscription voucher – Got a small discount due to damage on a dress and no others in my size but refused to allow me to use my $20 voucher. Was not happy at all, would not budge. Both discounts were for completely different reasons and was pretty cheeky as it ended up being a $5 savings for damage. (The damage will cost me more to fix)
