However other items just didn't meet my expectations even at the low price point (as I could have found something more worth the price here in Sydney) . but overall if you are looking to buy some fashion pieces or dresses for one night and you don't want to go over budget this is recommended. the best quality material - but what do you expect for dresses around $15 - $20 each? They both look nice on. I ordered a pair of boots, which fit and I'm pleased with, as that was more of a risk. I've been lucky - I don't know if I'd bother ordering again. At the end of the day I'd rather try things on in an actual shop.

Don't even bother – I bought a package from Shein online On the 15th of January this year and I didn't get a confirmation code or email and I've messaged them to see what the problem is and I can't seem to actually get someone working there to help the email I've use to try to get a hold of the website it is just bots . Australia post, followed process for Australia post and showed up there and they told me it’s not an Australia post label. Tried two more times to generate an Australia post label and got the same advice from aus post - it’s not one of theirs. Called Shein to request info on the problem and had the RUDEST customer service attendant who huffed and puffed at my questions and barely let me finish before talking over the top of me to answer with unrelated information and in the end told me it wasn’t their problem. Gave up in the end and didn’t return and binned the item because the process was just ridiculous and made to be difficult so this company doesn’t have to deal with returns and give money back. sizing was so out of sync with western sizing it was almost funny. Finally, after a few weeks the final garment arrived - same story. Also the fabric was inferior. There are no tags on the garments and no invoice accompanied the garments. I have opened a "ticket" with the seller(s), which is the only way one can get in touch with Shein. Exchanging emails with several different people whose English is extremely poor makes the whole process even more difficult. After reading several depressing reviews about this company I gather that any returns must be made to the USA. I had thought it would be China. I'll probably end up keeping two useless garments or donating them to charity. Cheap, tacky and highly questionable. I asked for a coupon for my next purchase and she finally offered to send my package and pay half of my shipment.

Paying $ 20 + $ 40 makes $ 60 of loss for a $ 20 refund! A proposal of 30% + a voucher would have been more correct and honest. I will never order again to this website, other website are more serious and offer a real return services with small price.

My jacket zip was rusted closed so we’re the buttons! – Purchased online, easy process and delivery was quick, item arrived in terrible condition though. All zips and buttons rusted! $50 wasted and return not worth it due to international shipping costs.

Returns to the US only! – I bought from the AU store in AU dollars with no idea I'd have to return to the US (it doesn't mention it anywhere in the conditions and is actually a bit deceiving)! Impossible to contact – To see just how dodgy a company is, a good place to start is to try and contact them. Go on, try. You will find they are expert in sending you around in circles without you ever finding any number or email address, not even a contact form. Stay well clear.
