this pillowcase shows 2 pillows on their website under the advertised item). Then the item was marked down to $50.00 and even at $50.00 in my opinion its expensive, always assuming that the price was based on 2 pillowcases. Well you can imagine my disgust when I received the item as the package included only 1 pillowcase! Who in their right mind would pay $99.99 for a standard pillowcase in the first place? I've asked to be removed from their mailing list

The quality of the down dooner is the poorest quality I ever came across. It sheds so much my husband can't stop sneezing not to mention we vacuum every day since we bought it. I thought by paying top price I would get quality but unfortunately we did not. I give this dooner zero out of ten. I hope this helps some consumers.

I’m so disappointed with the Sheridan sheets I purchased, sadly they have worn right through and have holes in the fitted sheet. I called for support and was told there is no warranty on sheets. No more Sheridan expensive poor quality for me. I deserves a rating less than 1 star.

2nd day 2nd problem get woken up to house cleaning a day early and was mad wouldn't open door we should be mad no night credet from no air con offers and I haven't seen coconut trees forever..cancel the card U use for check in I recommend I just know from other reviews it's a safe move

& itchy on my skin. The last set of towels were also a let down as they became quite thin lacking the softness and loft.

Dunlopillo's by Sheridan come with. 10 year warranty but when I attempted to make a warranty claim at just 3 years old they were dismisive and tried to get out of it. I had to send several emails and repeatedly quote Australian Consumer Law at them before they would even consider the warranty claim. Eventualy after many more emails and me constantly insisting that they do something that I reluctantly finally received a replacement.

Have been shopping at Sheridan for years but today went to the Aspley store and wanted to buy a king size mattress protector. Went to open the zip to feel the cover and it was snatched back by the salesgirl Samantha who said the item could not be opened. That's it for me - won't go back. Shopped at Sheridan outlet online. Bought 2x super king sheet sets and 1x quilt cover set. Spent quite a bit of money only to find that the pillows come in standard size (75x50cm). purchase, either as a set, or separately?

After speaking with customer service, I found that because of the lack of popularity in king sizes, and costs involved in production, they only offer the standard for every size bed even if it doesn't suit. Why speacialise in homeware if you cannot produce the entire product in its correct sizing? Absolutely disgraceful.

Stay away. Luxury towels are the one that you can see through. So disappointing. I hope l can get my money back. What a waste. Look for other companies to buy this one is going down down down !@!

Bought the 500 Thread Count White Cotton Percale sheet set and it was expensive. What a complete waste of money! Feels cheap and after one wash the decorative band that folds over the doona or blanket has completely come away from the stitching and frayed. One freaking wash! What a scam. Cheap crap. My Target and Kmart sheets are still going strong after a yr. Up your's Sheridan.

I wasted so much money on junk. I think I would have been happier with K-Mart quality rather than what Sheridan has sent me. Queen size Doona, ghastly creased fabric, NOT even reversible, just plain white on the underside. Pillowcases were not even included so I had to order them separately but only ONE turned up (also not reversible). Turns out Sheridan do not sell their pillow shams in PAIRS any longer. For the $70 that I paid for ONE sham, which is patched with white cotton on the back, I could have bought a whole bedding package from another brand. AND when I had reason to phone the office to make an enquiry, the girl who answered was so rude I decided then and there "NEVER AGAIN SHERIDAN".

Alfoil sheets – Purchased two sets of sheets form Sheridan. They are like sleeping on alfoil. Rang head office sent pictures and how they were washed. The response was use warm water. Nothing else so disappointed with the response. I have washed and dried the sheets 3 times and they are no softer. Expected top quality for the price we paid and I would not recommend Sheridan sheets to anyone.

No confidence at all in buying them again

Terrible 0 out of 5 (if I can) – Sheridan has conned me. I ordered 500TC sateen bed sheets and pillow. They are all rough, hard, definitely not sateen. I used to buy from them 5 years ago and the quality was exceptional. Now it’s just completely terrible. I am going to buy the west elm lyocell at least I know those are decent quality.

absolutely shocking customer service – Bought a throw rug. When it arrived I was not happy with the quality and returned it. Well, I am not waiting for the refund, three weeks and counting. Dont bother emailing, they dont even have the decency to reply to customers.

Can't return item when bought with a voucher – I have spent >$500.- in the last few months at the Sheridan Outlets in SEQ and received a voucher. I bought yesterday an item with that voucher, which turned out to be too big and wanted to return it today. Of course you can't without losing the voucher!!!!! swapping anything for it. So the voucher would be null and void. What is the point of a terribly set up system like that, if it is not customer friendly. These guys are just scam artists and con customers which ever way they like. I am done with sheridan and will boycott them from now on. Not worth to deal with them and have to deal with terrible staff in their outlets. Go and spend your money somewhere else. These guys don't deserve it. When will companies like Sheridan understand how important good customer service is. I am from Europe and there they are really trying to please customers and sell stuff, not like here.

CANT GET BACK MY REFUND – After accidentally purchasing three cushions online and being advised by Sheridan Customer service to return the third unwanted cushion to my nearest store and obtain a refund. I have instead spent daily emails to them asking where my refund is that was some two weeks ago I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH THEM AGAIN

Slooooow – Terrible order handling wait times. Ordered on 4/12/24, delivered 18/12/24. These products are cheaply made in China and sold at premium prices, at least get the distribution right. Good online operators ship next day, these guys are a joke.
