I purchased 5 Masterson Sheridan doona covers online from Sheridan after washing the first four matching pillow cases I noticed a tie dyed defect on all of them with total colour loss on some, I thought perhaps I had been clumsy and thrown in some rags used for cleaning that perhaps had bleach on them, deciding to be much more careful with the next batch I made sure I washed just the pillowcase on delicate which automatically washes at 40 degrees, I was horrified to see all the pillowcase had turned orange losing all of their original colour,...customer service informed me that I should only use eucalyptus wool wash delicate at 40 degrees only, I then noticed my sons unwashed doona had patches of colour loss on most corners with no explanation for this customer care asked me if my son used sun screen I have just sent more photos to show the patches are on the bottom corners and nowhere near his face, if I was aware of the fragile nature of this product I would never have purchased them at all, to be fair I have been very happy in the past with my Sheridan products of which I have many, but a wool wash only? on cotton bedding ridiculous
Terrible service and followup
I ordered $100 worth of towels and and had to lug home from the post office a enormous box and found 3 quilt cover paks!!!!! Wouldn't answer the phone for a whole day ....next day 4 calls ( 2 cut off) I have to somehow send this huge box back. The worst company I have ever dealt with and no apology and one of the staff even had the nerve to say the warehouse sent the wrong items is because of Covid9 virus...WHAT!!!!
Now I have to get my refund back somehow
Staff members are not allowed to wear gloves during these challenging times as 'it looks scary' and managers don't 'tolerate' the use of hand sanitiser as they 'can't stand the smell of it'?

I ordered a sham and pillow covers from Sheridan online. I entered my work address as i always do for deliveries (i receive several parcels a week).
A week after i received my tracking i wanted to see the status of my parcel however the tracking did not work on Aus Post or Toll...odd.

I've had a queen bed for 30+years.
Returning a fitted sheet because it's too big. It was a replacement for one that is also too big. I suggested that, as it was labelled the correct size, there was a labelling or manufacturing error.
It was suggested that maybe I actually had a double bed.
Do not understand what customer service means
Sheridan has demonstrated to me that have a total disrespect for their customers.
I recently went into a Sheridan store with the intention of buying a set of sheets. I had with me an electronic copy of a voucher that Sheridan had sent me for my birthday. After choosing the sheets I went to pay for the sheets. For some reason the sale was processed incorrectly. The sales assistant said it was an internet problem. I suspect it was user error. However, regardless of why the error occurred, it should have been a simple matter of reprocessing the s...ale. Not so, I was made to wait in store for approximately 45 minutes. Both sales assistants in the store were at all times polite and professional. However, they were not prepared to just process my sale and sort out the incorrect processing after I left the store. One of the sales assistants made multiple phone calls. It is my understanding that these calls were to Sheridan Customer Service and the Area Manager. It appeared Sheridan’s processes prevented her from processing my order. I explained to her that it was totally unacceptable to expect a customer to wait for 45 minutes simply to process a sale. Following this I contacted Sheridan’s Customer Service Department and explained that what had happened to me showed a total disrespect for their customers and I would like an assurance staff would be trained to ensure this did not happen again.
Bought sheet set and cover set around 4 months ago. Felt and looked really nice but just barely fit (queen) when new. Now they’ve shrunk and don’t fit well, especially the quilt cover. Really disappointing because I’m going to have to buy new ones sooner than later. Waste of money and wouldn’t recommend.
Sheridan queen sized fitted sheets don't fit my regular Queen mattress
Last year i was excited to buy my first pair of Sheridan sheets - such luxury! Imagine my disappointment when the fitted sheet just wouldn't comfortably stretch over my regular Queen size mattress. It was a hassle, I would spend half an hour adjusting it onto the mattress each time i wanted to use it and kept riding up once in use. I was able to successfully return it once the store manager measured it and found it was definitely not a queen size fitted sheet.
However, I then copped a double dose of disappointment when the new fitted sheet wa...s similarly too small for my bed. I had washed it in warm water as the label instructed. There's a few complaints here about their sheets shrinking I would like to know whether other customers have recently had this experience?
Extremely unhelpful “Customer Support”
I placed an order just after Christmas and returned it following their online return process on 3rd January. I am yet to receive my refund. I have been advised that the return process can take up to 30 days, which is fine. However when I asked for an update to my specific return, I am provided with the generic response and my specific questions have been completely ignored. All I want to know is if my returned items have been received and if all is on track to receive the refund. Surely they would have some information given I have returned the items 3 weeks ago.
Very sad to see a quality Australian brand promoting cheaply made Chinese products. Sheridan was famous for high quality, durable products, that justified a price premium. There now seems to be little between Sheridan and the other manchester retailers, all selling Made in China, as if it is high quality.

Sheridan sheets 400 TC - so flimsy and after reading an earlier review I am not expecting them to last. Never again will I buy "made in China". "Made in Pakistan or India" beat them on all counts.
Sheridan aint Sheridan anymore
My poartner and i have been loyal Sheridan custkmers for over 20 years. When we combined households we purchased 4 300tc sheet sets tk replace our older ones. Each any every one has ripped within 18 months. The fabric is literally falling apart. We gifted tge old ones to our griwn up kids ann they are still going strong. Will never buy Sheridan again
Not customer focussed
Altona Gate store - ignore customers, rude and act like you're putting them out. They say one thing and the online store says another. Don't even apologise for their mistakes. Theyre good at inundating with emails about sales though to get your business. Unfortunately half star not an option.

Shocking delivery service with the Toll.very disappointing. The drivers left a note when I called was told to redirect to my work the next day.got an email from a rude lady saying didnt have right address then take 2-3 days from there, still waiting.very frustrating service.
The rudest customer service
My parcel was sent to my PO Box via Toll. Sheridan mistake. Now try getting that rectified by the outlet customer service person. Firstly she told me to do her job by saying I had to ring toll and change it to my residential address. I informed her only the sender can do this. After another week and three phone calls I finally received my parcel two weeks after paying for it to be sent short 10 km journey. Asked to speak with her supervisor she told me she was in charge which I highly doubt. I have never ever come across a rude woman in customer service like that, in all my dealings with online shopping. It has put me off shopping with Sheridan ever again.
Terrible Quality and Customer Service
I purchased a number of towels from the Sheridan Outlet and was dissapointed to find the bath mat already had threads coming loose. This bath mat is a $45 product.
I contacted Sheridan and was asked for photos which I provided. I was advised an assessment could not be made and I would need to return the product to the quality assessment team and the turnaround time would be 4-6 weeks. This timeframe and process is ridiculous.
Sheridan are refusing to own the issue and is making it difficult/inconvenient to rectify the situation.
I won't be purchasing Sheridan products again.
I ordered what I thought was a fitted sheet set . Oh they actually sell one sheet ! . Thats what I got which is totally useless too me . tried to return it through there system, FAIL would not acept the order number
Hopeless online account
Reasonable stores but despite numerous phone calls to Sheridan Customer Service, I and Sheridan staff are still unable to log into my account. Despite this, I still keep receiving emails from Sheridan outlet. Simply not good enough Sheridan!
Very disappointed at what's happened to Sheridan
I don't normally write reviews but had to for a sheet set that I bought online recently from Sheridan. I was very disappointed at the poor quality of the set.
The fabric seemed thin and the stitching was so poorly done that there were loose threads that needed to be trimmed on almost all corners of the sheets.
While I got the set on sale, it was retailing at full price for $350+ from memory and it amazes me how they can expect to charge so much.
I just don't understand wha's become of a company like Sheridan that I used to trust.

Just DONT buy CHINESE SHERIDAN
Gone is the quality, 400 tc sheets....totally see through, you wouldnt want to make hankies out of them, one good sneeze and ...? FOURTY YEARS with using Sheridan, still have a quilt cover from my 21st birthday, been washed THOUSANDS of times, sure its long faded, thin, but still used for dogs and still in one piece. One sheet set (wedding present) lasted 12 years with approx 26 washes per year...these new sheets will probably not last that many in their lifetime. A COTTON JAQUARD QUILT COVER PLUS pillowcases(European) & cushions....NO... its p...olyester blend and so very thin. The only thing that will go the distance here will be the trim! Weight should be applied per item ie how many grams per square metre.GSM used to be given with Sheraton products. SHAME SHAME SHERIDAN ps havent attempted a return claim as yet. Need to work up to the exasperation according to previous reviews!

Haven't brought Sheridan in years due to cost. However after buying multiple sheet sets in the past couple of years all on sale and all originally over $100 . 5 cotton (2 organic) all sets are crap and have shrunk or got balls on them. Way too thin. Thought I go back to Sheridan who we all knew as the best or so I thought. So where to now. Maybe I should save up to go to Europe seen as Australia only sells crap these days. Europeans don't buy rubbish including the so called Linen made in China. Or is there someone else. Kmart would be on my list but I have a mega queen mattress. Please help????

As one has stated in my review on here, just have a look at all these reviews, SEE how your brandname is 'going to the doghouse'.
Again, don't see anyone in here from Sheridan answering questions or even bothering to take time out to explain themselves...

500TC sheets.. does anyone have them in the 'Charcoal' colour and what are they like? Feeling them in the packet, the Charcoal do not seem to feel as soft as the 'White' ones..
