them an email and got back the ticket number. They mentioned long wait times, but I wasn't concerned due to my past communication 2 years ago, I was hopeful they would sort the issue out. I waited and waited. 3 weeks and still no communication. I thought it may of been due to the busy Christmas period.

I submitted another ticket after Christmas and referenced my last communication. Again another two weeks has come and gone and no communication. I am very disappointed. No communication. I hope that my ticket will be answered.

Do not trust this company, they have crashed & burnt – I purchased my wedding shoes ($309NZD) off Shoes of Prey & they were a horrible fit, I never have issues with shoe sizing but these were so off. After having my return approved, I spent over $60NZD to post them back. I can check my online order status & see that they have received my shoes & have been processing my refund for nearly 3 months. have sent multiple emails for updates and not a single one has been replied to. I’m now out of pocket almost $400NZD on a pair of wedding shoes I do not have. Such a horrible experience!!!!!!

They are not accepting returns anymore? – I just bought some shoes and was very excited about them. Unfortunately they weren't as comfortable as I thought they were. Unfortunately, I had spent over $200 for shoes that are not comfortable and I cannot return as I received a very delayed response from customer service saying:

"As you have seen we are pausing to consider our options for the future of our business, and we have stopped taking orders. We absolutely understand the concern you have raised with us with respect to your shoes you’d like to return and we would have loved the opportunity to assist, however with the cessation of trade we are no longer able to process return orders."

I did not see that they had stopped taking orders and it wasn't clear when I was purchasing that the company was 'pausing to consider their options' I made my purchase a month ago. I had bought the shoes based on excellent reviews and their explicit guarantee at the time of purchase that I was entitled to a return and refund.

10/10 would definitely order again! – Ordered my shoes (for my wedding) and they came beautifully packaged with heel grips & gel pads just incase I needed them - I don’t. did. Other thing I love is that the shoes are very reasonably priced for custom shoes made with premium materials! I originally bought another pair of shoes for my wedding, however they didn’t fit - the real problem with them was that they were made from synthetic materials (but not premium synthetic like vegan leather) and cost $270 AUD. My Shoes of Prey shoes were just over $200 AUD and considering they are custom made with premium fabric, I think they’re the most affordable shoes out there! I have already recommended Shoes of Prey to my friends & work colleagues, and will continue to do so! Thank you so much!

glitch. She told me that the delay had to do with Chinese New Year.... and she would expedite my shoes.

My only negative is that the email didn't arrive, even when sent directly from Celeste's email, and that they did not warn me of the time needed to deliver my shoes. I was recently scammed by another Chinese company doing business on the internet - so I was extremely skeptical. This company is NOT fraudulent. They should be more aware of email and other communication methods, but other than that.... definitely one I would purchase from in the future.

That said:

The shoes are gorgeous, well made, arrived in a very nice sturdy box, suitable for storage, and include some accessories -

heel pads, etc.

Much as I made a big fuss over not hearing from them by email, I have to admire their calling me from China, multiple times to keep me in the loop.

And the products are beautiful!

women on both sides of the size spectrum: too large and too small. The best part of the process is the designing of the shoe. The myriad of choices at every step of the process is refreshing, as the combinations are endless. From the moment I put the shoes on, I was elated. I can literally walk in my shoes all day without my feet hurting. Best of all, I get so many compliments on my shoes. For me, this is the way forward for my shoe purchasing.

My shoes are beautiful, well made and have received many great compliments. They fit perfectly and a – My purchase was made online and the purchasing process was so user friendly, quick, and efficient. The arrival was of the shoes was several days ahead of schedule.

No shoes and they have my money – The “pause” that has been taken by this company has been completely mishandled. I didn’t receive the product I ordered (although they should not of allowed orders if they were discussing trading issues) and I do not have my refund. I am productless and they have my money!! The don’t respond promptly to emails and lie about processes! I’m extremely frustrated and have reported them to my bank for fraud.

MBT are not worth the good money paid for them – On the 21st of August 2018, I emailed MBT Australia, to ask about a pair of their shoes,I purchased 18 months earlier, The soles just disintegrated after Winter wear, The are black and very heavy to wear, so I only wear them in our short winter here in Perth. Strange shoe shape... not happy with subsequent service – (This is really a 2.5.) Was super excited to get my sandals as birthday present for myself. sandal, making it impossible to walk in. I have feet a bit narrower than normal, but not narrow enough that I have to buy narrow width shoes. For sandals, if they have straps on, I'm usually at the second to the last or last hole and they're fine. It's weird they made these so big. Even when I set the buckle at the smallest setting, there is just way too much space.

Customer service said that they couldn't shorten the straps for me, but perhaps I could choose another style or get a refund. Looking at their returns policy, they do refund you, but you have to pay for shipping, so I'd still have poured $$$ down the drain. Looking at the other styles, I didn't see anything where I couldn't be assured that I wouldn't run into the same problem of having the ankle area too large.

In their returns page: https://www.shoesofprey.com/content/returns they say: "Alternatively, you can take them to a shoe repairer in your city and we'll cover the costs of having them adjusted."

I asked how to go about getting reimbursed and the reply that I got was that they could arrange shoe credit for the cost of the cobbler as a one-off. I don't want shoe credit, the returns page clearly states they will cover costs and now I get a message implying they don't usually do this but they will bestow me with shoe credit as a one-off! I insisted and they finally allowed to refund me the cost of the cobbler.

Maybe you'll get lucky if your shoes fit peroperly, but from personal experience this was a hassle. Added with the uncertainty of not knowing if I would end up with wearable shoes and initially not acknowledging their own policy re: cobblers, I can't fully recommend them.

(I was able to take my shoes to a local cobbler and THANKFULLY he's a wizard and was able to adjust the sandals for me so I was able to wear them. However, it was a very tense few days!)

Great shoes – It was easy to navigate the website and personalise my shoes (I used them as my wedding shoes). They arrived promptly in a beautiful box and they were comfortable and just what I wanted, would definitely recommend their shoes

Best Fit Ever – I recently took the fit quiz and ordered some new shoes on line. The website is a joy to use, delivery was fast and packaged beautifully. Most importantly the fit is excellent. I have wide feet and I'm only just realising that this is the only pair of shoes that have truly fit me straight out of the box. I'll be getting all my shoes from these guys from now on.

After spending a lot of time debating, I went ahead and purchased, because the site offers free shipping and full return refund, even when customizing your shoes. I received my shoes and they were beautiful and really perfect. I wore them for 12 straight hours on my wedding day, and did not have any pain whatsoever. quite understand why my first pair are a different size to my second pair (all I did was remove the heel and make them into flats).

Regardless or sizing issues, Shoes of Prey staff were happy to assist me with exchanging for a new pair in the smaller size (9.0). I really do appreciate the efforts they go to in making sure the customer is happy.

Will happily continue buying more shoes from Shoes of Prey. Just not quite sure whether I should order my next pair in a 9 or 9/5....

Best heels I've owned – I decided on custom heels for my wedding because it was so hard to find a pair that I liked in the stores. I got Mariposa (4.5") with burgundy velvet and I was so impressed when it arrived. The heels are super comfortable to walk around in, the material is so luxurious. My friends love them too. So impressed with shoes of prey – I am not going to lie, I was skeptical prior to ordering from SOP but they absolutely nailed it. I designed shoes for my wedding and the whole experience was exceptional. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Reviews were strong and customer service response to questions I had were accurate and timely. Best of all the price is so reasonable given the fact you can customise everything.
