Order not shipped and locked out of account – Order not shipped and although I received an email from them stating they would follow this up I have been locked out of my account and cannot access details of purchase.
How do you ship a digital gift card? – I bought 3 digital gift cards 200, 500 X 2 . Their site says it will be delivered within 24hrs to email. The 200 was but the 500 first one 2 days second one day 5 and still waiting. Excellent experience – Bought an expensive Masport mower from Shopzero recently. Initially, a bit sceptic as not heard of this website, but given that it was $80 cheaper than the rest of the world, I ordered anyways. Doesn’t hurt paying it off in instalments. Surprised to see that the box was delivered home in just 4 working days. Recommended website and excellent service.

Impressive – After reading other reviews I was not sure if I should try this company, but I must say, great price, great service and great delivery, Ordered, processed and delivered all within one week, one very happy customer, I would definitely use them again.
Great customer service – I purchased a coffee table from ShopZero, and when it arrived it had been damaged in transit and had a big hole in the top. I sent the photos to ShopZero and they got onto it straight away. They refunded us our money in full with no stalling. I will continue to use ShopZero and highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.

Not a happy customer!!! – I haven't received goods yet. They haven't even been shipped. Tuesday afternoon I receve an email from Shop Zero stating that my order had been passed onto the supplier. Its now Friday afternoon and still nothing in regards to being shipped. How long does it take to parcel up a mobile phone and ship it out. Not impressed...
Sold me a product that was not available – Had to get refund, which took two tries, when they informed me my product wasn't available after accepting my purchase. Wouldn't recommend as reliable or trustworthy.
Worst service ever. Don't buy from this company – We have been waiting over 2 weeks for a microwave we purchased. Never had any delivery notification nothing. It wasn't until I contacted the company that they did something about it. Never had online purchasing been this slow. If U buy from this company don't expect your purchase any time soon . Trust me this is not a fake review.

Terrible customer service! – This platform allows orders to be placed despite not delivering to the postcode entered upon checkout, & then require 4 weeks of hassling to get a refund. Very disappointed in the whole experience & would recommend everyone steer clear.

Ordered on Monday, delivered on Thursday – I was a bit nervous reading all the negative reviews about shopzero but I've had a positive experience for an order I placed on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday the same week. I'd shop again at shopback and recommend where the prices are in line with other retailers.

The cancellation email included a $20 voucher code, but there is literally nothing else on the sellers shop that is worth the asking price even after the discount. It seems like a very fishy strategy: bait buyers with an excellent deal, cancel all orders and hand out a "discount" code that tricks people into spending more for products that can be purchased elsewhere for less money. First and last time I used this shop.
I’m fooled as a first timer – I ordered an item and the order was cancelled. They sent me a $20 coupon to lure me to visit their website to buy something else - all other stuff are pricer than any resource you find on internet. Very upset. Stay away from it, guys
Scam website, stay away – Offering products at good prices that don't exist and offer dodgy voucher system. Stay well away. I luckily purchased via PayPal so awaiting refund. What a complete waste of time.
Dodgy site with inflated RRPs – Ordered an item on sale via Paypal, they sent me an email saying it was cancelled. They sent me a coupon, to apologise. When I tried to spend the coupon, I noticed that most prices are way over RRP (often double) and when I finally found something, they'd removed Paypal anyway. Waste of my time.
