Pc is an awesome little thing, and the support team have been attentive and good to talk to. However the fact I’ve had to send my pc in twice, once with ram issues another with psu issues, has seriously degraded my experience. It’s currently still in for repairs with the psu and has been for over a month. If i were running the business i would try to compensate customers in this situation so it’s so frustrating. better would be to include a quick-start instruction sheet in the package. Just to confirm what the standard connections are and whether the machine is plug-and-play. Also would be good to know what the various supplementary cables that come with the machine are meant for. But that's just a quibble; overall very happy and recommend this seller.

The computer is fantastically built and runs whisper quiet. So worth the money paying for them to build it, the markup was negligible. cables that are plugged into all the components the computer came with. Last time I got a custom build from a different group, they gave me a box with all the leftover parts that weren’t used.

Sidekick (PLE Computers) is not one of those companies. They offer PCs at a fair, transparent price without resorting to those kinds of marketing tactics.
The entire purchasing experience was seamless. Communication was prompt, and the service was both friendly and incredibly helpful. However, what really set them apart was how they handled a mistake that was actually my own.
After unboxing the PC and moving it into place, I noticed a dent on the front metal mesh. Initially, I thought it was a fault and contacted support. I later realised the damage was likely caused by my own grip while moving the tower. I wrote to them to cancel my enquiry, but to my surprise, Sidekick insisted on sending a replacement panel free of charge.
It arrived just in time for Christmas. I had been feeling quite guilty about the mishap, but they truly saved my dignity in front of my son. Their kindness ensured we had a fantastic holiday. Why would I ever go anywhere else for my future PC needs? It has to be Sidekick.

Absolutely incredible experience! I requested a part to be changed on the PC, and the response time was outstanding. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently — I barely had to wait between placing my order and getting to play on the computer.

My PC requirements were quite unique and when I placed my order, I had a team member reach out to me to confirm the selections and approve. This was a great, caring touch. The build and delivery was quick. I live in regional NSW and the PC was built and delivered to my door within 3 days, I couldn't believe it! It was well packaged and I'm so happy with my purchase. If I require another PC, I will use Sidekick again, it was that good!
