If I could give this company a zero, I would. They are scammers. I ordered and paid for my product but never received it despite three emails requesting tracking information and ultimately a refund. The company did not respond to one of my emails. There is no phone number on their website to call, and that should have alerted me to the fraudulent nature of the company. Show details

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a mirror from them on January the 28th and was sent a conformation email saying i would receive a follow up email when they had shipped my order. reviews and realised how sketchy this company is. I then sent an email on the 24th of April asking for a refund for the $188 AUD they have stolen from me. It is now the 20th of June and i have no refund or email confirming the shipment and the item i ordered never arrived. Very disappointed and don’t know how to get my money back.

Im not happy – I purchased a mirror on the 30th December 2024. I have sent numerous emails and called. You have not answered replied to me in any way. I wont my money back. Don't sell anything on line if you cant follow through on it. From all the other reviews, your not very good.

Great quality mirror – I have purchased twice online from Silsan Decor and have had the easiest transactions. The mirrors I have purchased have been great quality. I would highly recommend for their quality price and customer service. Fast delivery and easy to communicate with.

Non-existent customer service and product not delivered – Ordered and paid in full, including freight, for a 150cm round mirror over 6 weeks ago. Product not delivered. No reply to emails. Phone never answered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SCAM RETAILER – Unfortunately 0 is not an option. I thought this retailer was legit as they sell through Bunnings Marketplace however order has never arrived and the seller is impossible to contact. A tracking code was given but this is continually on hold. This store is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Plenty of Mirror Options at Very Good Price – Excellent experience in every way Lots of mirrors options. Plenty of options available. Silviana was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and not pushy. We found the perfect mirror and coffee table at a good price and two trays that we love. We will definitely be repeat customers.

of September stating that there was a delay with the arrival of the cabinet and that she would refund the money. I asked if she could give me a rough estimate as to when the cabinet would arrive, and she said that it would be the end of September, so I decided to wait as I wanted all my furniture to match properly. The end of the month came and went, and there was no update on what was happening with my order.... After daily calls trying to reach Silviana Prima and leaving voice messages, she did not attempt to ring back, and on the 5th of October she emailed that she would refund the money as the items had not been received yet. I agreed to it on the 5th of October for the refund to be processed as I needed a new console table ASAP. After more chasing and wasting my precious time of emailing and complaining, I finally received my refund today on the 27th of October.

Silviana Prima spare everyone's time/ money and if you cannot run your online store authentically, you should not be promising something that you cannot deliver.

Unfortunately I never received my product – I order with this business and they seemed very trustworthy, but kept pushing back the delivery day, when I explained I could only do a Saturday. I decided to cancel the whole order as they communicated that they can deliver on the weekend and then I wasted my weekend as they never did deliver. Show details

mirror is perfect – The arch gold mirror is perfect for my bedroom. There was a bit defect of the frame but the customer support is very fast in handling the issue, they replaced with a new one on the next day. Happy with the resolution.

looked on Facebook to see the same tables for $200 cheaper! So sent a message asking if I could collect, reply saying they only have the table not side table and it had marks on it. So I identified myself and asked for my money back, which they refunded immediately. But when we’re they going to tell me this, how long were they going to keep ignoring my messages and just keep my money in hope I might go away. I was planning on buying several items from this shop, but after this effort they don’t deserve the sale.
