I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an anklet, expecting it to fit my average sized ankle. anklet would have snapped at the very first pressure. You can see how small it is by the photo. I was told they have sold a number of these with no problem. They were probably given to children, because that’s the size they fit, or no-one bothered to return it, after paying $13 for delivery and then having to pay for the return. arrived on a uselessly short display chain that was so tarnished it actually looked rusty. If you're going to ship a display chain with pendants, then at least make sure it's display worthy!
Packaging was standard, nothing fancy to make you feel special though. Many pieces were in small ziplock bags inside their boxes, instead of displayed.
Most of the silver feels and looks very cheap and poorly made. I certainly expected much more from an Australian company, and we won't be shopping with them again. Really disappointed.
