The only downside is the cost. Outside of that, I couldn't fault them. I picked my concern, did a simple questionnaire and then it was sent off to a doctor to view. The doctor called me at my chosen time to have a quick chat about my needs and the medication. They immediately approved the medication and I received it in well under a week. If I could give you zero stars I would. Do not deal with his company in Australia. They using Dr.’s in England and you have to wait for hours and hours for them to email you back so if it’s during the day there it’s oh it’s night time there so you can wait 48 hours or 24 hours for a response to get a simple medication, etc. Absolutely horrific I waited. Four days to get a prescription I’d run out of my medication……,, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The initial questionnaire, assessment and video appointment took approximately a week to complete. It was thorough and the video call was a nice touch to actually speak with someone about goals and concerns. Same experience as all the other reviewers since the updated website. Paid over $500 lost all my prescription had to go thru the whole process again upload photos etc only to be told I need to go to a local doctor to now confirm my details!! Isnt that what we are trying to get away from!!! Trying to get my money back now...Nothing SIMPLE about them stay away.

If I could i would give zero! They are a disgrace. They implemented a new website and ordering system and it is fundamentally flawed. They hold orders wanting further information that isn't necessary. You can not get hold off them. No phone number and emails take forever to reply to. It is a scam! They took my money and I never heard from them again! The script and my ID verification keeps saying pending. I could never get in touch with anyone. Live chat is run by chatbot and the phone line is disconnected. Never order anything with them !!

Simple online doctors are a bunch of rip offs. They keep trying to charge me for consultations that I don't need, and that I have already paid for. Their customer service is even worse. hey resolve nothing and then won't return any messages or calls. Do not under any circumstances use them. They SUCK!

Used to be a good service wjth orders dispatched quickly now they just take your money and don't send you your medication. Absolute criminals. Won't answer your messages, send you in a loop with there chatbot. Been over a week and nothing. Absolutely disgusting service and can imagine them getting shut down soon. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Update: After the review I managed to get in contact with them and days later I received my order. Avoid! Absolute radio silence after placing your order. Chatbot just keeps you on an endless loop and never puts you in touch with an agent. No one answers the phone number provided and they don't even have a personalised voicemail. responding, I have called, messaged, emailed saying it is urgent now as I leave the counrty in 3 days, radio silence. They said they needed new ID and photos. I sent them this twice in the last week immeditaly, their tech uplaod didnt work, then emailed them, again radio silence. The order was $600, I am now well overdue my new dose which is really poor and effects the treament. I’ve been trying to get my order processed for over two weeks and will now have to miss a dose because of the poor customer service since their rebranding. This was a very trustworthy service but has now become a business that is not able to provide the patient care that it once did.

I appreciate you’ve adjusted to a new system however with the many issues you are facing there seems to be no mitigation or management in upping customer service to attend to so many inquiries and unhappy customers.
