Fantastic service
Very fast and reliable service, this is the first time since the law has changed that we now need to have an actual conversation with the doctor, aperture from the extra time waiting for the appointment I think this is only a short term teething problem.
No contact from business after placing order $120
Placed an order and am still waiting for email correspondence or someone from the business to call me so the order can be processed.
THERE IS NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS BUSINESS. Next time I will know to check before ordering on a new website.
An email acknowledging the order and expected wait time until someone will contact a customer would not hurt??

I have used this service once before and it was good. I didn’t have to go in and see the GP which was handy and my medication came fairly quickly. Apparently now you need a consult with the doctor and things don’t seem to be working too well. I put an order in for medication over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back from them. This is unacceptable as I needed my medication a few days ago. Will not be using again, back to the GP - sigh.

They took my order and payment . After two days scheduled an appointment a day later . I was 10 min early on the appointment link and waited for an hour , no Doctor arrived . When I called I was told I would have to re-schedule an appointment . What a joke .

They then attempted to call you twice on your mobile 3 minutes after the scheduled appointment and left a message. They took my order than said it would be delayed by a couple of days, but still did not turn up. I contacted them after 10 days & my order was still not processed. I had to cancel my order. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! You have been warned......

How to get prescriptions
Hi Muhammad,
To order a prescription online with us you can either search the medication on our website or head to the condition page under the 'Online Scripts' tab. From there you will need to complete a short assessment which will be reviewed by the doctor. Once the doctor has reviewed this you will need to book in for a short 3-5 minute consultation before your order can be dispatched.

Thanks but I don’t have Medicare and I can’t afford the doctor fees
Hi Muhammad,
Unfortunately, our service provides private prescriptions, which will incur a fee to cover the doctor's time. A consultation with the doctor is $25 each time it is required; in many cases, the doctor will approve repeats of a medication so you will not need to pay for a consultation each time.
If cost is a large factor in your decision it would likely be best to find a clinic or hospital that offers low-cost consultation without Medicare.

Just a question, I'm a bit confused. Do you pay for the prescription only? & then pay for the medication when you take the script to the pharmacy??
Pay for the script and after the consultation the medication is posted to you, no further costs

The way our service works is you complete a digital assessment form on our website, then complete your order to purchase your medication. Once this is done the doctor reviews your assessment, if approved sends your prescription directly to our partner pharmacy. From there it is filled and it will be delivered to you. If the order is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
