other than that, it's great. I had an issue with my second order and the customer service assistant who addressed and resolved it could not have been nicer (Ericka). She was very understanding, efficient and my Simplify Living experience could not have been better, largely thanks to her!

I ordered the anti theft back in blue. It quickly arrived but I found the bag big big enough for my liking. But it’s a fabulous bag well made with plenty of pockets. All with zips. And a handy phone pocket. They refunded me for gbf bag very quickly.

Purchased vacuum bags and was a bit apprehensive at first but i am very impressed with the product. The vacuum pump is very small and compact but has excellant power to extract the air and compress my clothing. sunglasses. COMPARTMENT FOR PERSONAL ITEMS AND KEYS. WEARING IT CLOSE TO MY BODY, I FEEL SAFE FOR MY COMING TRIP TO EUROPE. OR I can adjust the strap and use it as a going out secure bag also. It is also waterproof. I have other slashproof bags but this one is much lighter and much cheaper, but I am impressed. So much that I ordered 2 more for our daughter's coming overseas trip. I showed one daughter my bag 2 days ago and she was impressed also with my bag, reason why I ordered 2 more bags last night for my girls Birthdays. Follow-up · The bag is so good, only complaint is the material pocket where my credit cards folder sits, well the material is frayed. I will be using the bag for our long overseas trip and know it will be practical having passport and cards, right close to me very secure. Follow-up · I haven’t used the bag yet. I bought it for my next trip in May. But the bag seems to sit on my shoulder perfectly and I’m excited about the security protection. 2. The items ordered were as described. I have already used them for one flight and two car trips. The vacuum bags and pump work as expected. The build quality of the bags looks pretty good. A bonus is that the pump works for inflating other things such as an air mattress, which I used for as well. The pump comes with various fittings making it useful not just for the vacuum bags but also for other things. The luggage scales are incredibly useful as it is hard to judge weight for check in and carry on. These scales were simple to use.
Overall, I am pleased with this items and look forward to giving them a much harder test in Europe.

while getting around Bali to hold my money (notes and cards) in a safe place against my clothes and easy to get to when cash needed. The front zip pocket held my sarong for visiting temples, the slip-in middle pocket for my phone so I could reach it quickly to take photos. The inner section was just like my regular shoulder bag back home so I could find things from memory. I wore the bag as a shoulder bag against my chest so I could put my arm over it, this meant that the straps were too long (not adjustable enough?) and I would like a loop on the top to pick it up by, occasionally the click-catch on the top clicked open accidentally when I picked the bag up or pulled it over my shoulder. But overall excellent design.
Over priced items - advertised savings on full prices are just fantasy and highly misleading – I bought 3 products from this company thinking that it was an Australian based company that stocked quality imported products into Australia for sale. Well they may be an Australian company but they ship directly from China and as a result it took many weeks for my items to arrive. The items came well packaged and appear to be reasonable quality but they are exactly what I could have bought from local ebay sellers for a fraction of the price I paid this company. I paid $25 each for the luggage straps - I found the exact same straps on ebay for $6 each. The travel bag was $49 - ebay had the exact same one for $10. The compression cubes were $79 - ebay had the exact same ones for $26. Boy do I feel stupid - I should have checked on ebay but I wanted to deal with what they made themselves out to be, an established Australian travel accessories company selling high quality goods. Needless to say I will not be dealing with Simplify Living ever again.
