While feedback has been regularly shared, it has been difficult to observe any meaningful improvements in the delivery experience. Positive Side: The learning content and course materials are thoughtfully structured and well organized. The curriculum is curated in a way that enables self-paced understanding of key concepts, with each chapter anchored around relevant use cases that help contextualize the learning. The overall content design makes it easy to follow the program approach and apply the concepts to practical scenarios.

I've taken several courses through Simplilearn and the number one problem I have is with the instructors provided. Some have no business teaching a class; some have accents so thick it sounds like they have peanut butter in their mouth; some leave no time for practical work and continue to lecture during the work expecting responses in the chat… Read more

I have many other complaints with class expiration dates, class availability for time slots in the USA; paying for exams and then finding the date to redeem them has expired; and the frequency good times for cohorts are offered. Finally, getting support is a challenge fighting through their chat bot to get a live person. All that aside, these classes can't be taken without closed captions if you want to get your money's worth.

Getting started was not good since I got in the course at the last day and being a holiday in the US. Course content is good. Course content flow is good. The availability to ask questions is great.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering Simplilearn to be very careful, read the refund terms closely, and keep records of all communications. What should have been a simple refund has turned into months of frustration and stress.

The information and classes are great. It can be a bit hard to understand the staff & instructors, as English is not their first language, just keep that in mind. Great instructors so far, very knowledgeable. Very fast paced, so be ready for a lot of information very quickly.

is really engaging the group, using quizzes, short tasks and questions to support focussing on the material. In our course, our constructor tends to answer all questions that come up, and makes sure everybody has grasped the content, which is helpful and probably more than you can expect from other courses. However, this also tends to make our time management obsolete. So allow flexibility in your schedule. For most skill levels and working backgrounds, there will be a good learning curve in this course. Obviously, if you are a new to programming in Python or some of the tools, you cannot expect this course to deliver everything you need, you will need to put in additional work. If you have background in other programming languages, some idea of the statistical concepts behind LLM`s, a basic knowledge of deployment, and/or have already made some steps for your own AI project, you should do fine.

few things that I didn't like about this that a lot of the documents for the demo, guided practices and lessons all been reused and needs a bit of an update. Also dates of the assignments weren't posted anywhere on the website for the test or projects.

Overall the course is expansive, detailed and even with little programming background or none a student can pickup the basics of python and begin to build simple to complex machine learning models that eventually will lead to developing more complex projects inclusive of AI models.

The instruction for the Microsoft AI Engineering Program is very professiona, structured,l and thorough. Instructor, Gurdeep Singh, is very knowledgable and has a great pace. This is a very complex course and requires a good knowledge of maths and statistics unlike what was mentioned by the sales team. Gurdeep, our instructor is doing a great job with slow learners but some of us would do better in an enviroment of students with similar skill set and knowlwdge. In this class the observation is that only 3-4 individuals are able to complete the in-class exercises. You could add a pre-requisite for Introductory statistics and introduction to coding/python as a pre-requisiste to enroll in this class OR offer complimentary courses to learn the same. Thank you.

Rahul, gave us suggestions to go over the class material 3-4 hours a day. However, I have somewhat of a life now: dog, cat, chickens, wife, work, food shopping, etc.

I think after the Sat and Sun class, if we were given an assignment based on those classes (not really graded, but maybe provide answers so we can check our work) would be extremely helpful. Basically assignments where I can work on a problem(s) 1-2 hours a night.

The Platforn itself could benefit from having dates not only on the course, but also in the section. Generally the class is going well, but I think we would all benefit from having more main teacher than Luke.
