Simply Wholesale

Ordered a battery for my Jbl boombox and I ordered it on the 4th on June and it is now the 22nd of June, in the shipping description for everything they sell on that website they state that shipping takes anywhere from 3-8 days and will also get a tracking number. Neither of thoes have happened to tracking number or shipping it’s way overdue. I repeat do not buy anything from this website they have terrible management!!!

Horrible experience – I ordered a battery, it arrived a month late, the items are not in Australia and therefore take a long time to arrive at their destination. The worst thing is that the battery does not work, they asked me for videos of the defect, they have not given me any news for days. Communication with them is slow, they respond with only one email every 24 hours but only on working days. I have not received a refund or a new battery.

HP DHS 2111S Stereo Speakers – I bought the HP DHS 2111S Stereo Speakers powered by USB from the PC. I connected them to the computer and the sounds is excellent for what I purchased them for. Highly recommend if you are after USB powered speakers. Great for watching TV, Zoom and all-round sound.

Good product not what was represeted in the photograph – This is my 3rd Back pack and attempted to purchase the same again. I studied the add on Ebay and the picturs showed 7 zip sections, when i recieved the bag One of the sections on the front was missing. Was this false advertising?

Nostalgic fragrance – It is almost 50 years since I first used this perfume so it has a nostalgic significance to me and I wear it regularly. It arrived very promptly, and was well-priced.

Door awning – Plastic frame with flexible plastic cover. Easy to assemble and install. Light weight. Not sure how long it will last. Value wise, was a little bit disappointed on quality.

Poor quality for the money – The quality of the workmanship of the extendable table was poor. We had to re drill holes to align it correctly. It looks cheap and not worth the money spent. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Hydrophobic spray left me expecting more from the product – I had 2 items in particular I wanted protection on first was a DWR down jacket to give it a more comprehensive cover ii gave it 2 coats of spray the second was a wool ¼ zip jumper, it also gave it superior protection from stains mainly and with some waterproofing as this is is a 2 in 1 spray, although the first item seems to be okay I have no… Read more

comparison to see if it's doing as advertised, as to my jumper I have felt that there was no benefit at all, the waterproofing has done nothing as the jumper just continues to soak up the water so with that confirmed I am not going to test its stain resistance unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this product.

Shower accessory – The product was as advertised, promt delivery and even better than it was described it was just what I wanted and the price was right on. What can I say, its imposable to improve on perfectionism. A Marvelous range. The quality is as you would expect in Harrod's of London.

Lack of integrity – Didn't receive the package due to their error + they refused to give refund. The package was returned so they had my package and my money. Ebay agreed they were dishonest and gave me a full refund. Communication was OK.

Great – Love my melts smells fabulous. Good service speedy delivery. Nicely packaged. Easy to fine what I was looking for great range.

Kilamanjo recycled mat – Great quality product, fast postage and excellent service and communication, couldn’t be happier! (And best price we could find) We love our recycled mat!

exactly as required – product was as advertised and delivered promptly I have yet to install the masking's on my model plane but I am sure they will be great

Never delivered and no refund – Have made contact everyday for a month, with no resolutions to the issue They taken $300 and not delivered any items

Yeah nah – Looks OK , but it doesnt work and has very vague and brief instructions in "engrish" , should have known not to buy a chinese television ............

Perfect stroller for walks with my doggie whilst he heals – This 3 wheeled pet stroller was a lifesaver, and suited me whilst my doggie healed from his op and was not allowed to walk. It arrived quickly was really easy to assemble and is easy to maneuver. It suits our requirements but I do find the zips a little difficult to use. bigger than this I don’t think. It is airy and gets breeze through all the mesh panels - front back and sides. The soft basket underneath is great to pop my phone purse etc in and it also has a cup holder which is great for a coffee or my water bottle. It runs over grass quite easily too.

products are this quality I highly recommend simply wholesale as long as the customer service is their if things don't always go right then I would definitely use them again.

the product was incorrect but service good – I thought I was buying a roll of carpet runner because the description said 30M long ( I assumed 30 metre metre). Must have been a typo because it was about 90cm long. definately not what I wanted. simply wholesale offered a partial credit but that did not suit me. Within 24 hours a return label was supplied and product collected. Refund took about 5 days.

quality of product is good – table is good but it is not the right size it says it a 1 cm sort in height no other thing is wrong to it easy to put together
