evidence that they'd received the parcel. I wrote many many times and still didn't receive a refund. I believe that they sell through TVSN as RTM! I like the clothes but would never ever buy again through this website again!

SCAM AND CHEATERS! – I placed an order 11 months ago but never received my goods. Nobody responded to my emails requesting tracking information or provided an update on my order. I ordered through PayPal 'just in case', I lodged a dispute with PayPal but nothing came of it, I also lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and once again nothing came of it as they don't have the power to make a retailer/seller issue a refund. Disgusting !!!!! – Ordered numerous times, never had issues until this year, NEVER received my order (3 items) sent emails galore, and no response I hope this company can live life knowing how they disappointed many customers!!!

Update on my previous review: Order gratefully received - grievance resolved! – I received my order on 7 October 2020, so I’m grateful that my grievance has been resolved. My order (had) been inadvertently overlooked, so they have redeemed themselves and rectified this problem ASAP and restored my trust once again.

Shonky practices-1 star not warranted – Placed an online order and became concerned that Size Beautiful were not responding to my messages or emails. My order is still 'unfulfilled'. Have lodged a complaint with consumer protection, hoping other people will also.

Extremely poor service – Ordered clothing in February and it is now September and have not received clothes or a refund. Have emailed many times and have not got a response. Unsatisfactory

Scam theft - prefer no star rating – Placed order, no goods, no contact. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Funds taken easily enough, confirmation of purchase fine then NOTHING. Not answering emails. Will contact Ombudsman.

Paid order never arrived – I ordered and paid for numerous items of clothing that have not arrived some 5 weeks later. No response from company after many emails and chats on line. They have failed to respond to all enquiries about my order and have not returned my payment. Such a shame as I have purchased previously without issue. Very disappointing customer service and no phone number to call.

Have not received order! – I made a purchase on the 14th May, 2023 which was a gift for someone special. I have made contact ten times via email, Facebook post and through Messenger to no avail. No one has replied to advice where my order is. Customer service is non existent!!!

delivery company I copied the conversation I had with them and escalated back to PayPal with the information as well as emailed the company on the email supplied by PayPal. It will be a very interesting conversation, I’m sure . Would like to be a fly on the wall when Size Beautiful would be asked to explain themselves as the conversation I had with the delivery company is quite damning.

Don't use, zero customer service – I have been waiting 5 months on a refund for a pair of pants I bought for my mother-in-law. Emailed repeatedly, no response, no phone number to contact them on. Finally lodged complaint with Fair Trading NSW

Have made contact with authorities – I read these reviews too late unfortunately. I have sent many emails about my order without receiving a reply. It’s been over three months now. Frankly, I’m stunned that the company is still able to operate. Site looks professional - I suspect it is a targeted scam.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND – One item I purchased was never sent and 3 items i returned were received by them but they were never refunded. Been fighting this since January. They won't reply to emails...no phone number... I contacted Dept Fair Trading but the company would not respond to them.

Still waiting for order since 4.3.23 – Have tried contacting and no one get back to you , have email, chat & sent a letter. Can not get refund as order is over 60 days. NO Customer service at all. So I am out off pocket and have no top. Can not ring as no phone number. Would not recommend.

3 Months of Waiting – Luckily I paid with PayPal as it took a PayPal dispute after 3 months of waiting and with generic ( if any ) email responses from SB to finally get my order. Fraudulent company – Ordered a dress in May. Dress hasn’t arrived. Company has not responded to emails and phone calls. Total scammers. Sadly they are still on- line waiting to scam others out of money

Absolutely ridiculous – I have been buying from this company for years but have seen them go downhill big time. I ordered early May and still have not received. I have bought elsewhere and would like a refund. I have written to them through website, email and messaging with no response whatsoever. So frustrated. I am on a disability pension and truly can’t afford having this money tied up. Come on Size beautiful - do better.

Could not use refundid as the order number couldn't be found and information from SB regarding using refundid did not fix that issue. Have just requested a refund yet again, I will update this post when the refund is issued. I will be taking this up with Fair Trading.

WARNING! Scam alert! One star is too many – Do not deal with this company. Order paid for but not shipped in April. I have sent 5 emails with no response. Have requested a refund and still waiting on response. Will be reporting to Fair Trading NSW if no contact made by 15.05.23. This may be the only way to get a response

Items never received – I would have given a no star review had I been able to do so. I have placed 2 orders. Items never received. Refund never received. No response to emails, chats, letters, and online queries.

Do not order anything from them – I ordered a dress over a month ago and paid for it and despite numerous emails and phone messages I have not received any response from them. I paid with PayPal and so have now asked them to refund my payment. This is very unsatisfactory.

No reply or contact, but they take your money – When you place an order, money is taken but there is no confirmation given. Then when you try to contact them, you cant and if you email them, no reply. And still no order received.

RIPPED OFF – Stay away from these scammers! I'm still waiting for 2 items from my order in September 2022. They don't reply back to emails - Service is a big fat 0!!!!

contacted the courier - they informed me the package has not been dropped off to them, so they cannot deliver, I would need to contact the sender. I tried emailing SB a number of times with zero response. I then asked Paypal to step in. Only then was my parcel sent, but arrived missing one item. I was refunded this via Paypal, but only after I contacted Paypal and advised them that an article was missing. In the past few weeks SB has messaged me multiple times asking me to delete my negative review, the most contact I have had from them since I placed the order. Just bad form, as what I have written is true, the customer service is non existent and their reputation in fulfilling orders in a timely manner is the worst going off the many reviews I have now read. My hope is they take steps to rectify this and then there would not be any bad reviews because the products are great, that is if you every receive them. Always use paypal so you have a chance of getting your money back. I spent almost $400 in the one order and the stress of waiting months with no idea of what was going on was terrible and is completely unacceptable.
