No Customer Service at all. pay for express delivery. NOT delivered or even attempted has sat at Sydney depot for the last 10 days for them to say that i can pick up which for me is over 2 hours away NO apology NO offer of redelivery Won’t purchase anything online again

I bought my shoes 6 months ago and the heel is falling apart already. They will not give me a refund as they state that it is wear and tear. So if you buy these kinds of shoes you only get 6 months out of them. Don't last long !!! Show details

cheap shoes, and to even sell them in this condition is disgusting. I won't buy another thing from sketchers again.

Backs of Slip ons definitely not as solid as my other pair I have. Really disappointed with this as I am waiting for hip surgery and can’t get the new pair on without back of shoe crushing in. Contacted sketchers and was told because they are not the same as my last pair the slip on technology is different, so why advertise them as slip ons. All I wantred to know was what the typical battery life was for the light up shoes, because the shoes were ON the entire time from NSW to QLD, lighting up with every bump/movement and using/draining the battery.

They seemed like quality shoes and were nice and soft. It didn't take long before they fell apart. The stitching on the soles is fake and the soles fall apart very quickly. Not worth the $120. The attached photos are from 4 months of wearing 5 days a week to work in an office.

Highly disappointed with the shoes and the customer service. They’re less than five months old and the soles are already worn through—despite only being used indoors. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue wasn’t with the shoe but with the way I wore them. paper as the way the shoe was damaged was just unbelievable!! When I showed them to their branch, they claimed shoes being used improperly hence damaged!!! I escalated to their customer service team and they came back with the same assessment!! My son has used multiple shoes and using more than one for his school at the moment. Never seen any shoe of any brand to show this level of poor quality in just less than two months!!!

stores closer to my home, I got mixed advice — some staff said to keep wearing them to see if they become more comfortable, while another said that once the shoes have been worn, even for 30–60 minutes, they can’t be replaced. Now I’ve been told they won’t accept a return, even though I only wore them indoors for less than an hour.

I admit it’s partly my fault for not being more careful, but the “30-day return policy” feels misleading. It doesn’t really help customers once the shoes have been briefly tested.

Some shoes may slip on wet floors, feel hard in some areas, and other Skechers I’ve owned have worn out after only six months ( at least was outlet price 59$, not 159$).

Overall, poor quality and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. ---- update ---- Finally, I went to the original store — luckily on Thursday they were open until 9 PM instead of 5. The staff was really nice and saw the shoes were basically new, so they didn’t make any issue with the return. Still, it was quite a terrible experience overall.

Next time, I’ll probably go for ECCO or On Cloud instead.

I still haven’t received my online order over a week later despite paying for express delivery. I have been on live chats and sent emails to Skechers and have had no satisfaction and no updates as to where my shoes are. The Skechers live chat team just want to fob you off. Never again.

 Follow-up  · I finally received a full refund from Skechers for my missing shoe order some weeks later.

kept going, causing several nasty falls and bruises on the knees, legs and elbows. Not to mention the embarrassment of trying to haul my 76yo body back to a standing position…. I also had several falls while wearing them, which has never happened with other shoes. Have since read this happens because of the extra soft “memory foam” soles. I sent a similar review to Skechers but received no reply.

 Follow-up  · I was unable to return them as I had worn them four times and after the fourth mishap I put them in a cupboard never to be worn again. I couldn’t even give them away as I didn’t want anyone else to fall and injure themselves. Can’t comment on durability but they felt comfortable on (as long as I didn’t try to walk in them). Skechers must be overwhelmed with complaints as I still haven’t had a reply from them!

said it was only available in black or dark grey. Within literally two minutes of leaving the store I was on the website and found the pair of shoes that I wanted and purchased them online with free delivery. I cannot believe how lazy these kids are that they be bothered to organise a pair of shoes, especially when somebody knows exactly what they want. Absolutely hopeless.

Due to the fact that you use Australia Post/Trackfast for deliveries, and due to the fact that they do not use doorbells, I will NOT be making another purchase until this situation changes. I received notification that delivery failed, even though I was home all day. Now I am of to the post office to find my shoes. Hardly a great online purchase. Your online business may need a review.
