Months later I still have not received a refund or had any of my numerous emails responded to - took serious searching to find email addresses. So effectively these con-artists have just stolen my money. Read the reviews - consistently negative for good reason! Because The Hut Group are not an Australian registered company you have no legal rights due to UK jurisdiction. Please complete online complaint form at the ACCC website if you too have been ripped off by Probikekit.com.au and let's have them shut down to protect Australian consumers).
Horrible!! useless to me at the time they arrived because they weren’t going to get to me. I was not compensated for all this trouble by any means!! It was a terrible experience because my products which I paid for never reached me when I really needed them.

I can clearly see two separate orders.
A few days went by and nothing happened so I tried messaging them via Facebook with screen shots. And the lady had the nerve to message me saying I’m not looking properly and there’s only one order on the system??
I then tried to contact via email them and they said the same thing.
I bought $160 worth of products. Yet $160 got taken out of my account twice.
A few days later I received a notification saying my second order had been dispatched. At this point I was fuming. I called them up again asking for an explanation and to refund my money today.
After 30 minutes of the phone they refunded my money yet saying I’m being charged for shipping?
I tried fixing it ages ago with them!
I orders moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner were leaking so I only got half of the products.
Steer clear from this company. Stick to adore beauty!

I told them they need to arrange for a full refund and perhaps remove products from the website that they don’t stock. Misleading. Won’t purchase again!

Hopeless company – Worse company ever , they send products that leak and then after giving shipping feedback still send leaky products !!!!! Would not use or recommend this company given online shopping is everywhere I will definitely take my business elsewhere, skincare store need to review there wrapping, shipping and delivery of products how can you send something the second time around without a lid.... Definitely won't be back !!! Crap company

paying $40 less at skincare store. Unfortunately after paying the order I came across this site and found all the low ratings. Causing me to panic, and cancel my order in about the same hour as placing it. They got back the next day saying that they can't, something to do with it being sent to the warehouse etc. etc. This was ridic because I placed order outside business hours and no way they had "sent to warehouse" overnight but whatever. I ended up getting my package in 5 working days. The packaging is very slightly worn but products look brand new and unused. Still confused as to how they can keep they're prices lower than the others (even the manufacturer!). To be honest this was probably my first and last time buying off them. I would feel so much more secure and peace of mind by dealing with Pai directly, especially given the track record of Skincare Store screwing up peoples orders.

So I did and they said they will contact their courier. I got no response after a week so I called them which was really hard to find there number its not on their website which is suspicious. They said it usually takes 72 hours for response even though I waited a week they said to wait one more day and contact us if nothing happens so I waited and decided to contact them the next day and told them to recontact the courier and but instead did not reply and randomly at 10pm I get an e-mail saying I have been refunded even though I didn't request one?
I'm so annoyed that I even waited over month for this stupid thing it seems like they hold on to peoples money for a month and then just refund them after, that's what seems be a common complaint with these reviews. I'm more annoyed that I had to wait for something that was never going to come when I could just buy something from a different company!

Stock OLD – Purchased Elemis Biotec Skin Engergising Day Cream the colour all wrong. Not sure if old stock. At $160.00 Australian Dollars expect product to be up to standard. Phoned no one got back to me. Don't use Skincare Direct.
Quick delivery and great price – Always use Skincare Store due to great price and quick delivery. Will never use department stores again as so much cheaper price for my favorite dermalogica products. Tried others but nothing compares.

Clearly a bunch of young girls with no life experience, or they simply don't care. , They don't know their products, they don't know customer service, they don't know much of anything.

Dishonest company – I received an EMAIL EXCLUSIVE offer which I qualified for and was meant to receive a free gift but I didn't receive it. I have been going back & forth with this company for almost 1 week and they still won't honour my special. Disgusting appalling and sad for an online company to treat me as a repetitive customer this way!

Worst experience ever! – I have received a faulty expired item 3 times after I told the website it is expired. They then tried to refund me for a month & I'm still waiting to get my $300 from them!!! they said the refund will take 5 days but it’s now a month. Somehow they received a tracking number from Aust Post but I believe products never sent. No street address for company anywhere on website so impossible to make complaint to Office of Fair Trading. Called Skincare Store today and no answer. I am furious! This is a definite scam!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER! Your products will not arrive. Neither will you be refunded your money. I believe I can take my complaint to the Police. Hopefully then something positive will come out if this.
What more could you ask for – Amazing Range of products very competitive prices with free fast and efficient service. I live in a small rural town 2- 3 days tops for my order to arrive.

The variety is excellent and you can't wait for a delivery once ordered – The products are boxed and arrive in excellent condition. The range of products is amazing and it's fu. Don't buy from this company – Approx 12/5/18 purchased 2ecoya vanilla candles paid $26.50 each so $53 total. When they arrived weren’t boxed the actual candles slipped out of the glass!!! The Skincare Store no longer ships ASAP to New Zealand – Im from nz, and never had issues with my packages, however i ordered my ASAP skincare from this website as it is sooo much cheaper to purchase then in new zealand, but its dissapointing that they have stopped shipment of this product and medik8 to new zealand. No real reason given. I am dissapointed, so i gave skinstitute a go, very cheap, which says alot about how this brand performed. Unfortunately they wont be getting anymore money from me.
