SCAMMERS - consistently poor ratings speak for themselves!!!
These guys are owned by a dodgy UK-based holding company that operates over 100 international websites selling FMCG and has a reputation for ripping customers off. It is also impossible to contact them once you realise you have been scammed. I purchased some cycling bib shorts from their ProBikeKit.com.au shopfront, then weeks later received an email to say the item was out of stock and a refund would be issued. Months later I still have not received a refund or had any of my numerous emails responded to - took serious searching to find email a...ddresses. So effectively these con-artists have just stolen my money. Read the reviews - consistently negative for good reason! Because The Hut Group are not an Australian registered company you have no legal rights due to UK jurisdiction. Please complete online complaint form at the ACCC website if you too have been ripped off by Probikekit.com.au and let's have them shut down to protect Australian consumers).

I ordered express delivery of products as my partner was going to drive 400km to deliver it to me(where I live the post system isn’t good)
However, it didn’t reach as express delivery and when I raised the issue they just sent an automated email refunding the express delivery fee( WELL I ASKED FOR EXPRESS for a reason) ofcourse the products were useless to me at the time they arrived because they weren’t going to get to me. I was not compensated for all this trouble by any means!! It was a terrible experience because my products which I paid for never reached me when I really needed them.

TERRIBLE!! CHARGE YOU TWICE...
This company have charged me TWICE for one order. They are saying they dont have an 'invoice' for the duplicate order and their finance team cant help yet they have taken my money TWICE AND ARENT REFUNDING. This occurred October 8th 2018 and its now November 8th and still no resolution. The same Sophia or Joe answer and Rachel the team leader is also no help. I continue to ring and i continue to get told they've reported it to finance but theres no invoice so they cant issue a refund yet they have taken MY MONEY TWICE!!!

Genuine product, excellent customer service and fast postage
I have so,so many years of experience of buying skincare on line and was surprised to read the reviews of this company...which frankly I do not understand. have bought many products from them with absolutely no problems at all. The products are always genuine or authentic, in date , fresh and you are kept up to date with tracking, with fast postage

For some reason my order went through twice and I got charged TWICE.
I ordered late in the night so as soon as it was business hours I called straight away and the lady advised that there’s nothing on the system only one order, and it might be a glitch and to wait and the system will ‘refund me’. Yet on the site I can clearly see two separate orders.
A few days went by and nothing happened so I tried messaging them via Facebook with screen shots. And the lady had the nerve to message me saying I’m not looking properly and there’s only one order on the system??
I then tried to contact via email them and they said the same thing.
I always buy stuff from them but lately they have been sending me old and possibly expired stock. Very worrisome.

Exceptional Value and Service
I received a discount code and needed to top up my products so took advantage of the discount and ordered for products. It advised that it would be delivered by the following week, but arrived in 3 days.

So I ordered the GLO Minerals luxe foundation. It arrived promptly which was great. But that’s where it ends. The foundation sent was not the correct one (correct brand but not collection) I advised the rep when I called and he checked with his manager who advised that the bottle of Glo minerals foundation that was sent didn’t have luxe because it was the old bottles....
So you opently tell me you’ve sent me old stock and try to tell me it’s the same.
I told them they need to arrange for a full refund and perhaps remove products from the website that they don’t stock. Misleading. Won’t purchase again!

Worse company ever , they send products that leak and then after giving shipping feedback still send leaky products !!!!! Would not use or recommend this company given online shopping is everywhere I will definitely take my business elsewhere, skincare store need to review there wrapping, shipping and delivery of products how can you send something the second time around without a lid.... Definitely won't be back !!! Crap company

I’ve never had a problem with delivery and they always have promotions and discounts which I take advantage of.
My Experience was okay
I am writing this review to say my experience wasn't like many of the others on this page. But I would probably not order again because I am risk averse... placed an order for three Pai Skincare products. My reason for using the skincare store? For some reason way cheaper than the actual Pai website - when I did my basket comparison I ended up paying $40 less at skincare store. Unfortunately after paying the order I came across this site and found all the low ratings. Causing me to panic, and cancel my order in about the same hour as placing it.... They got back the next day saying that they can't, something to do with it being sent to the warehouse etc. etc. This was ridic because I placed order outside business hours and no way they had "sent to warehouse" overnight but whatever. I ended up getting my package in 5 working days. The packaging is very slightly worn but products look brand new and unused. Still confused as to how they can keep they're prices lower than the others (even the manufacturer!). To be honest this was probably my first and last time buying off them. I would feel so much more secure and peace of mind by dealing with Pai directly, especially given the track record of Skincare Store screwing up peoples orders.

I wish I had listened to the reviews before I made a purchase.
I had made an expensive order around $500 and also received express shipping.
I started to get a bit worried after a week and tracked my order with Australia Post who said I need to contact the company directly because they never sent out the order they only just filled out forms for it to be sent.
So I did and they said they will contact their courier. I got no response after a week so I called them which was really hard to find there number its not on their website which...is suspicious. They said it usually takes 72 hours for response even though I waited a week they said to wait one more day and contact us if nothing happens so I waited and decided to contact them the next day and told them to recontact the courier and but instead did not reply and randomly at 10pm I get an e-mail saying I have been refunded even though I didn't request one? I'm so annoyed that I even waited over month for this stupid thing it seems like they hold on to peoples money for a month and then just refund them after, that's what seems be a common complaint with these reviews. I'm more annoyed that I had to wait for something that was never going to come when I could just buy something from a different company!
Purchased Elemis Biotec Skin Engergising Day Cream the colour all wrong. Not sure if old stock. At $160.00 Australian Dollars expect product to be up to standard. Phoned no one got back to me. Don't use Skincare Direct.
Quick delivery and great price
Always use Skincare Store due to great price and quick delivery. Will never use department stores again as so much cheaper price for my favorite dermalogica products. Tried others but nothing compares.
