start with the positive. My item was ordered on a Sunday and tracking began the following business day. Despite all the issues I encountered, the parcel did arrive within five business days. That’s a great result for an international express shipment, especially in the current global logistics climate. Unfortunately, this is where the praise pretty much ends.
️Tracking & Transparency: 1/5 From the start, tracking updates were minimal and inconsistent. Unlike other major couriers that provide scans at every stop and an estimated delivery date, Skynet offered neither. For international shipping, especially with no direct flights from London to Sydney a lack of visibility is a MAJOR issue.
I tried to be proactive by tracking possible flights via Flightradar, something I’ve done before with other success. But due to sparse or incorrect scan information, this proved useless. What made matters worse was the presence of multiple Skynet websites, each with differing scan data, region handling, or outright failure to recognise my tracking number. There were at least three or four different Skynet-affiliated URLs, some showing entirely different timestamps. It felt like a logistical and tech nightmare an incoherent system that inspires zero confidence.
Website & System Confusion: 1/5 The fragmentation of Skynet’s online infrastructure is beyond frustrating. Who approved having multiple unrelated domains for one company’s tracking system? There is absolutely no reason a customer should have to play detective just to find accurate tracking information. This scattergun approach does not belong in a modern courier service.
Customer Support: 4/5 Surprisingly, I had a positive interaction with Skynet’s UK-based support. Despite many reviews stating they take 24+ business hours to respond or don’t respond at all, I received a reply within 30 minutes around 11PM UK time. The support rep confirmed the parcel was already in Australia, which was not reflected on any of the tracking pages at the time. It's baffling that internal systems could see more than what customers could which NEEDS to change.
Last Mile Delivery: 3/5 Skynet hands over parcels to Team Global Express for the final leg in Australia. While TGE has its own quirks, their tracking was at least more detailed and reliable once the parcel hit Australian soil. Still, I only learned about the handover through the support rep, Skynet never made this clear on their tracking pages.
I did get my parcel within the promised timeframe, and for that, I’m thankful. But the stress, confusion, and utter chaos of trying to get basic tracking updates made it a nerve-wracking experience I wouldn't wish on anyone especially when the item is time-sensitive.
Skynet desperately needs a unified, modern tracking platform with regional selectors, consistent data, and better transparency. Until then, I’d never willingly choose them again and would strongly advise others to check if alternatives are available first.
I am writing to report a fraudulent charge levied by skynet express India Ptd Ltd. I was asked for an additional ₹3500 for parcel pickup by Mitali (+917428399617), even though delivery and insurance were already paid for. I believe this constitutes a fraudulent business practice and I am reporting this activity to the ACCC. Show details

With the coronavirus crisis, I had not expected to get my item for at least 4-5 weeks or longer, especially the reviews (I read) for Skynet Worldwide Express were not good, my expectation was low when I received the tracking information showing the courier service being Skynet. Maybe my web seller is a regular customer with Skynet so they provide much better service, but for this delivery I am really impressed with Skynet.

Fantastic to deal with – They are great to deal with, the update every step of the way so you know exactly where your parcel is and when its arriving. But they deal with toll in australia. service is just as bad, they tell you they will redirect & they dont. I have never ever in 30 years had a parcel delivered by Toll that went right. So never again.

My parcel cannot be located! – Parcel was already out for delivery almost 2 weeks ago according to tracking then suddenly went back to depot in Bungaribee NSW in the afternoon due to incorrect phone number, delivery address is correct though. Contacted the seller after 2 days, rectified the phone number and was advised to contact Skynet Australia. It has been a week now of locating the items in their depot. Show details

delivery date which then passed with no outcome. They say parcels passed on to Aus Post. Aus Post has no info. Enough said about Skynet's performance. I cannot recommend this company. Update: Three weeks later one parcel arrived unannounced. Still waiting for the final one.
No parcel and cannot contact them – Kept checking status of package after receiving tracking number - I was advised twice to wait although there was still no progression on the tracking. Finally the company looked in to it and said it’s gone missing in transit. I tried to contact Skynet but the link doesn’t open up with their details. Is there any actual way of contacting Sky Net Australia? – The Sky Net Australia website isn't exactly forthcoming about how to contact them via email or via phone. Their tracking system tells me that they've delivered the product when they haven't. The tracking system says to contact them, but I was contacted to do so, I only found out when I checked the tracking number to see what the delay was. customer service refused to transfer my call to their supervisor and kept saying we will ask him to contact you! I'm very disappointed from their service and I'm not recommending them to anyone. Also they didn't provide receipt for the amount I have paid. Worst worst worst company ever !!!

Slow service and poor customer service – My package was ordered from England on the 27th of November with an expectation for it to arrive on the 7th of December. I paid extra money for it to arrive well before an event. Still nothing yet and no assistance from Skynet. When I contacted them their email was short and gave me no information or assistance. 4 days from UK to AU and 2 weeks in AU – bought something from the UK. Dispatched on the 11th November and arrived in Sydney on the 14th- only 3 days flying. And then the parcel status remained ' transit ' for 14 days in Melbourne until I have it in Launceston, TAS. Show details
Worst service ever. Avoid! – I ordered from Charlotte Tilbury on 03/10/21 and it was shipped with this useless courier service. It is now 11/11/21 and the tracking say my parcel is “short landed” so who knows where the parcel is. Consistently lazy – I get express post packages delivered from ASOS and they insist on using this service. I live in an upstairs unit, with a safe spot to leave the package if I am busy and don't hear the door/am not home to answer the door. delivery nobody home" notification when I'm sitting by the front door. I was told once it was because the 'door to the stairwell' was locked... which I know is a ridiculous excuse because the door doesn't actually have any kind of lock on it. Especially for deliveries I'm getting during covid-19, I'm obviously home (because where else would I be?) and still the same thing. This has happened to me at previous addresses too. It's extremely frustrating and even when I leave delivery instructions (usually something like "please leave on the window by the front door" or "safe to leave by front door", they're never followed - I didn't write those instructions to have a giggle, I wrote them because the whole point is that you leave the package where I asked you to leave it!
Deliveries from every other company (including Australia Post) leave it in the same spot outside my door, and even when I have other mail/packages clearly sitting there, in a safe place, my package from Skynet is taken to be collected from somewhere. My favourite part is when they don't even bother to leave a collection card.

Missing parcels – In the past year Skynet have tried to deliver 5 parcels to me, 4 of them have gone AWOL! Lost my package – Skynet world has successfully delivered by parcel at a wrong address and never bothered to call the receiver before delivering the package. Absolutely sh*t - not worth 1 star – Ordered from Asos express shipping on 9th March. First parcel still in transit, spoke to Asos they replaced my order but sent it on express shipping again. The service sucks – I have waited for my delivery for more than 8 days (ETA is around 3-7). What makes it this bad is that they mark my stuff 'CONSIGNEE REFUSED SHIPMENT' without reaching out for me. Toll Priority, same day on the 4th at 2am, it was sent on Linehaul to a depot somewhere.
11am on the 4th, my info says: Transfer Out to IPEC and freight was processed there.
Waited all day for something, even refreshing the website but nothing showed and hasn't shown since 11am.
Tried a few Toll Parcel monitors/tracking sites and 1 says Freight processed but the other says Dispatched from sorting centre.
Waited all day and still waiting for equipment that should have arrived on the 4th and before which i need to use afternoon of the 5th...
My parcel is just sitting there or its type of shipping was changed. I orded my items with ASOS express shipping!!!

have tried contact many times as well as their e-mail. The tracking link have no further updates on my parcel since the last update on the 5th of February! So frustrated and i just got an e-mail from ASOS today that they have replaced my order but only a part of the parcel because other stuffs were OUT OF STOCK!
