DO NOT USE!!! STAY AWAY!!! ⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Poor Experience. If I could give a 0 start review I would. I purchased a brand new phone from Skyphonez through the Big W Marketplace, and the item never arrived. The Australia Post tracking has shown “Label Created by Sender” with no further movement, which means the parcel was never… Read more
actually lodged.
I contacted Skyphonez multiple times and only received generic replies stating that the issue had been “escalated to my manager.” Despite several follow‑ups, I was never provided with a solution, an update, or any real assistance.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I had to involve Big W Marketplace to get a refund.
Not happy at all — stay away from this company.

No stock. PayPal refunded. Best to avoid – I placed an order for an iPhone13 Mini 512GB. This was listed as being in stock. After 10 days of waiting for dispatch (dispatch should have been 1-2 business days), I reached out to ask on the status. Seller advised that they had zero stock and would provide a refund. Thus, it was agreed to cancel the order and refund via PayPal. I knew this was… Read more
questionable given that the seller made no contact after 10 days on the order. I immediately raised a PayPal dispute, as I knew it would take time to get my money back through the PayPal process. I escalated in PayPal. PayPal waited for the seller to respond (10 days to respond). Nil seller response. PayPal decided in my favour and returned my money. It would take another 4 days for the money to appear back into my account. The seller effectively held onto my funds for 24days. They should have simply refunded through PayPal instead of wasting everyone’s time. This seller is highly questionable given that they would not refund on their own volition. Best to avoid this seller.
Skyphonez Satisfied Customer Review – I recently purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra (sealed in genuine box) from Skyphonez and wanted to share my personal experience. I read almost every review before purchasing and to completely honest almost every review I read warned me to avoid at all costs, however, I reached out to them and voiced my concerns before purchasing and… Read more · 1
their responses were quick and thorough. Still apprehensive to buy after communicating with Skyphonez I did indeed buy the watch at a much cheaper price then any other retailer. The watch was sent from an international retailer (this was concerning for me) so I reached out to them again and I was reassured it'll be new and working within our phone network's (I dont know if this is the case though) albeit, I didn't buy it as a standalone communication device. All in all I'm very satisfied with my new watch and would recommend speaking to Skyphonez if you are interested in purchasing from them as an alternative to other major retailers. I can't comment on a warranty claim as it's brand new (hopefully I don't need to) my experience will be the same. Happy customer. Shane.
Hi peeps, I wanted to give an update 7 month's after my initial review / purchase. I absolutely love my watch, I'm not a fitness freak, however, what I do do it's perfect for me. I've added an esim to my mobile plan (Telstra) to see if the watch would independently receive and make calls (I previous mentioned I did not buy the watch for this purpose) and was unsure if it would work as the device did come from overseas, I can confirm it works flawlessly on the 4G network! So if this is a reason for you to be apprehensive in purchasing a device outside our country, don't be. Still a happy customer, Shane.
Correct replacement item still not resolved after 3 month – Purchase via Wisemarket. Ordered Samsung Galaxy A51 Otterbox Defender new case, received much lower grade Otterbox Symmetry case. Sent email outlining the wrong product, was informed "apologize for the recent error with your order. We’re will dispatch a replacement. Thank you for your understanding." Nothing received, no further messages, so sent… Read more
another email 2 weeks later, reply was "We’re currently working on sourcing it from our supplier, as it's temporarily out of stock due to high demand. We’re aiming to have it dispatched to you by this weekend." Given no progress for 2 more week, I send another email to follow and the reply was "Thank you for your message. I've requested an update on your replacement from the concerned department. As soon as I have more information, I'll let you know." Given no progress for another month, I sent another message to follow up, and received word for word the same reply. That was a month ago, still no further communication, hence this post. The Defender case was advertised for the price of Symmetry case. These are 'old' model phone and cases, probably little demand. Seems like a way to sell redundant stock at full price.
The vendor is actually Skyphonez.
Also, I opted to pay via PayPal for protection, but the purchase is not listed in activity. The transaction does not appear to have been a genuine Paypal
If you recognise the content if the messages I have quoted above, you might be getting the run around too
New Iphone – Very good to deal with iphone arrived early only negative was the the contact as they were a little slow coming back to me thats the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars thanks you for being so upfront with everything Keith Australia

Think again before purchasing! – I purchased a Cat S62 Pro, on 15/09, for $815 dollars and while the parcel arrived quickly, the phone inside was a Cat B26, an outdated non-smartphone model, only worth $126 dollars. To make matters worse, there was no straightforward way to contact customer service or initiate a return/refund, which felt quite alarming, as if it were a scam. … Read more
After persistent effort, I finally received a response via email with return instructions. I shipped the incorrect phone back on 19/09, and the parcel was delivered the following day. However, I have yet to receive my refund.!!! I want my money back!!! I received my money yesterday, what a relief! I believe that this review has contributed to it, so I updated my comments here but not going to change or delete it! Because it is real and true!

Samsung A35 5G – Samsung A35 5G, it was well packaged, arrived in a good time, and the price was good. My only grievance is that it is not an Australian model, I did not notice this until after I made the order. So far that has not been a problem. Show details · 1
Smooth experience – Recently purchased a brand new Huawei smart watch from them online. I'm very pleased with the ease of purchasing and with delivery which was earlier than expected date. The watch is working well and I'm happy with the purchase. Show details · 1
An impressive experience – The price for my Apple Watch series 9 was the best around. I asked many questions of Skyphonez prior to my purchase. All were answered efficiently. My watch arrived very soon thereafter-an excellent outcome. Show details · 1

I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication by Skyphonez. I ordered via Big W marketplace, where it was advertised that Skyphonez would dispatch the device within 24 hours. Four business days later, and no dispatch had occurred. I checked in at multiple points, where I was repeatedly told that the device would be shipping… Read more
"very soon". As per Australian consumer law, I have requested a cancellation and refund due to breaking of contract but as of yet have heard nothing back. I will update this review later as to the outcome of my refund request and will be reporting the company to NSW fair trading and ACCC should a refund not be dispatched within a reasonable time frame. I would strongly recommend against purchasing a device with this company.

I ordered a phone from SkyPhonez/Big W marketplace over a week ago and received an email today stating that "my order is being processed" which should be dispathed in a day. Just a few hours later, I was told the order was cancelled — without any clear explanation. During the wait, I missed multiple end-of-financial-year deals, assuming this… Read more
purchase was confirmed.
The last-minute cancellation feels careless and unprofessional. I’m now left with wasted time and missed opportunities. Extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping here again.
Another Unhappy Costumer that has been scammed!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! purchased a S22plus 17th June and still waiting. Label was created but has not been passed on to Australia post. Terrible customer service. False advertisinv – AVOID they advertise products they don't have in stock and send incorrect items. Huawei gt3 pro watch bought ($500 value) $250 non gt3 non pro sent. They haven't taken their incorrect add down and still advertise a product they don't have. Slow acknowledgement. No accountability. Still haven't been refunded Very incompetent refund process and clearly ai generated email responses. Doesn't operate like an Australian company should.
Scammers – Purchased steamdeck OLED for $996, had to return due to being faulty. Never refunded me my money, waited over a month now still nothing. Filed a complaint with OFT and Paypal but suspect I will get nothing back.
I should have gone with the other one – Left order on 'processed' for near a week suspiciously AI vibe chat that doesn't achieve anything. No contact or information from customer service even after things were 'escalated'. Only after numerous chasing up I get the generic response [image]. I was assured I would get my order within the timeframe and having no phone or ability to make… Read more
emergency calls, this is not acceptable. No updated time frame given at all. Maybe they have express delivery, but the 5-7 days is a lie. I knew I should have trusted my gut and went with another service. Recommend using paypal if you do use them, at least I don't have to fight with AI to get my money back for an order that was never even processed.

Cat s22 flip phone couldn't do voice calls- needed tricky setting changes & apps to fix – I bought a Cat s22 flip from Skyphonez. When I selected NZ as the shipping country from the menu and entered my address- the website went faulty & said couldn't ship there, so I sent it to a friend in QLD to forward to me. Tracking then showed it was sent from Dubai- to QLD. It wouldn't have cost anything extra to instead send it Dubai- direct… Read more
to NZ, so don’t know what that was about. But I received it safely. I was expecting a generic model, but the phone turned out an American T-mobile one- with T-mobile apps on it which use memory and I cannot uninstall. Never mind, it was unlocked and supported Australian & NZ mobile frequencies- which was the main thing. After installing my sim card- the phone connected to the Skinny mobile network, could send & receive txts & data, but could NOT make or receive voice calls. Googling on my windows pc revealed some other users of this phone had the same problem- which appeared to be the phone did not support VoLTE (voice over 4G). This may have been related to my NZ carrier, but others in Australia also had the same problem. Without VoLTE the phone apparently defaults back to 3G for voice calls- but since our 3G service has recently been shut down- no go.
To learn all this and fix it took hours of mucking around changing deep settings & installing 2 workaround apps. Big thanks to threads on Reddit detailing the procedure... but to summarise: I had to install an app "Shizuku" which then required "Developer Options" in Settings to interface with it. Except Developer Options was nowhere to be found until I finally found another online thread detailing how to unhide it in System, Advanced Options. Then once Shizuku was working, I then had to install another app Pixel IMS which worked with Shizuku to provide VoLTE functionality. Once this was done the phone worked well. I was able to disable the T-mobile apps (but still not uninstall them), and it really is a nice solid responsive modern phone.
I am fortunate to be tech savvy and had a windows pc handy to research/ google/ reddit (with many open tabs)- to fix the VoLTE problem. But if I was a regular user I would have been screwed! An early Help! email to Skyphonez got a quick response, but total non-understanding of the problem apart from starting a return procedure. Since the phone was shipped from Dubai- Skyphonez wouldn't have been able to test it before selling, or if they did (with another phone)- in the absence of VoLTE, a nearby 3G mobile tower may have handled the voice calls- giving the illusion that everything was fine. But it’s not... Skyphonez should ship the Cat s22 flip phones from their base in Australia with the Reddit fixes described above pre-installed. Australia and NZ are currently shutting down their 3G networks... it’s going to be interesting how many Skyphonez Cat s22 customers suddenly find themselves unable to do voice calls.

Brand new phone – Great service, I originally messed up some of my details (due to my old phone being broken) and was unable to find a way to contact them until the following day. do have a chat window on website the only thing was advertised 48 hour shipping or 24 hr shipping both are advertised it took just three days to update not a problem still arrived fast just if going to make that statement maybe don’t guarantee in that time frame an estimated time from would be better if delays can happen and just an update so not having to contact customer support overall good price and phone.
wrong colour and storage and wrong model. This is not what I paid for – I purchased iPhone XS gold 512GB and to my surprise I have been delivered a Xs Max black 256 GB. I have sent an email and awaiting their reply. Sure disappointed as my order was Cleary different and on their confirmation shipment email they had mentioned theXS gold 512GB was posted.

Faulty Phone – I recently purchased a refurbished as new iPhone 11 for my daughter. I ordered a white phone, but was delivered a black phone which was disappointing. Rather than go through the hassle of returning it we decided to keep it. After a couple of weeks there is already an issue with the screen. I contacted Skyphonez support 2 weeks ago and have had no reply. Unacceptable! Show details

Unable to supply product poor customer service – Brought a brand new iPhone 15 which the site showed as in stock, however when I followed up on the lack of communication about the dispatch I was advised they were out of stock of not only the colour phone I had ordered but all brand new iPhone 15 and had to wait for an order from overseas as there were none available in Australia. service was not fantastic, the customer service phone number is never available, emails took a long time to be followed up on and the live chat went in circles. Getting a refund for the product is proving to be another ordeal that I am still in the process of
ILLEGAL SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE – This company runs a scam that others here have also suffered. Do not trust the 5 star reviews that are clearly faked. They will either send you an older phone than the one you paid for, or they'll send you a phone that's DOA. It would be very easy for them to test these phones before sending them, but of course, they're scammers. They don't care.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – Never buy from this company. I will try to keep my experience short but this experience was over a 3 month period. Then it was returned as it randomly restarted at least 3 times a… Read more
day. Replacement comes - no scratches but has no display (after guaranteeing me it had been tested). It gets returned for repair/replacement. Replacement gets lost in the mail. They organise a replacement - I ask if it has been fully tested, they confirm it has been. They then email to say, it is faulty and they have no more stock and issue a refund. The refund never appears, they then tell me that the warehouse team have mistakenly sent me a replacement. I found this odd as I was told days earlier - there was no stock, hence the refund. The replacement arrives (phone number 5) and it is purple, not black as ordered and is in Korean but it works! Being hesitant to return it, I am able to translate the screen using my other phone and google translate and set it to English. It also had someone else's google account set up, which I promptly - red flag right there. The phone is unable to download an english Samsung pay, only Korean which I cannot use so I have to use Google Wallet, not my preferred choice, I also cannot use Samsung Pay on my Sansung watch for the same reason. At this point, I have given up with this company. I have a phone that mostly works so I keep it and ask for compensation, they offer $60 refund that I accept. What follows is 2 and a half weeks of follow up being told it is on it's way, allow 3-5 business days. Guess what? I never comes. They tell me they cannot pay as their PayPal is having issues. They request my bank details which I would not give as I have no faith in the company and give them my PayId details and they say they will process it straight away. Of course they don't and I'm then informed that they have issues with their bank account! After a number of days back and forth (my life for 3 months), I inform them that if I do not receive the refund within 3 days, I will lodge a Paypal dispute and include the long history of emails (about 14 pages) as evidence. Two hours later I received the refund!! This was the worst online experience of my life. Edit - A few months later while on holiday, I needed an esim which this model has. Mine did not! Extremely inconvenient and another reason to not buy from them.
