to scam the company, and it led me to write a strong review about the customer service. I had to demonstrate that the mattress failed (photos, videos, weights over the different areas to see the weak ones, after many messages with the evidence, they finally agreed to send me a new one under warranty in 2022, I erase the bad review.. In 2024 I began again to have troubles with my back and this 2026 it made crisis. I wrote to the company again and, since I could not remember all this process (I am 81), I gave them the present address, which does not correspond with the first delivery or the replacement. Unfortunately, when you rent, most likely after a few years the landlord sells and you have to vacate. The fact of the matter is that after that last email I sent, I was completely ignored, so my only tool is this review to warn others. For me it is absolutely obvious that I received a non-advertised "seconds" the first time, hence the offer, and as usually happens, when you claim in warranty, most of the time you receive a "seconds".

latex/foam mattresses hot). It does still get hot, but cools fairly quickly (unlike foam). It's been about 4 weeks, I've had no trouble adjusting, it's firm but cozy, doesn't bounce around when you change position, feels very nice. Was fairly easy to unbox, although quite heavy and definitely a two person job to rotate monthly. I ended up getting the mattress cover too. Everything arrived quickly. Previous mattress was reasonable quality spring mattress with a separate pillow topper. Definitely recommend the Sleep Republic matress.
8/2025: would not buy the mattress protector again. Way, way too loose for the mattress, all ripply and excess fabric across the top and sides. Bit of a nuisance when changing sheets. Still liking the mattress, although very heavy to rotate.

different brands already in my journey of trying to find the right one. It was up there as one of the best I've tried so far but still not meeting my specific needs and so I emailed my concerns within the 100 night trial period. What ensued from then could only be described as a dream customer service experience. As a background I am months away from finishing a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and the way that Tanya from Sleep Republic dealt with me was AUTHENTIC textbook holding. After only 2 correspondence emails, she called me instead. She was calm, considered, and kind despite my slightly defensive second email. She took the time to listen, to really hear my complaints non-judgmentally and without taking the complaints personally, as good as any seasoned therapist worth their salt!! She showed an incredible amount of professionalism with a down to earth attitude which meant all the information she then shared with me was easy to receive, and the information she was sharing was articulated so phenomenally well and hit the spot for my problems right on. She was describing things about my experience that I hadn't even told her, yet she knew how it would have been for me because of her professional knowledge on the subject and in the industry. Tanya approached the whole conversation with a vast array of knowledge and humility that was aimed at helping me, the customer, get a better experience out of "LIFE!" rather than out of the company. That is true customer service!!! It was a highly personalised phone call, giving me extra details about what to look for in a mattress for my benefit, body type and sleeping patterns, which springs to get, what foam works best, and how to care for it. I now think highly of the company as a result because Tanya cared about my overall wellbeing and sleep rather than the face of a company and their product. As a result, though their product didn't work out for me, I would not hesitate to recommend this mattress company to anyone else based on my experience with Tanya and the company. Because I know full well we are all different and this could indeed be the perfect bed for you! But more importantly, HAVE NO FEAR if it's not, give them a try, because even if it doesn't work out for you within the trial period, they will look after you like a family business should. I was sent on my merry way with more information about mattresses than I've collated over my past 5 mattress experiences. It was golden! and a joy to have had someone take the time to show me into a new direction for my benefit only, even if it was away from their product. That is customer service!! And worth 5 stars. reviews were very positive and available videos and data informative, so I took the plunge. Ordering and delivery were very speedy, with great tracking. The unpacking process was simple. The look and feel was lovely. I really like this mattress! The top is cushiony enough and the firmness is perfect for me, with the right amount of give. I like that the sides don't sag down if sitting on the edge. My only tiny negative is that it does sleep warm, but the positives outweigh one negative! As a side sleeper with a trash back, the mattress has been a winner for me. I made this purchase a month ago(on sale so an even better deal!), and it's so far so good.

As mentioned earlier, the pocket spring system significantly reduces motion transfer. I was a tosser and turner on my Sealy, but now I'm on the clouds with Sleep Republic. Sleep Republic Bed, it’s definitely worth trying out to see if it matches your sleep needs and preferences.

and then slept on it. Although comfortable to begin with, it did take some adjusting, like they said it might, as it’s firmer than the mattress I replaced. I’m now on my third week and it feels like it has moulded to my body. I have no aches and pains and as a side sleeper, it’s often the case that I wake up feeling sore. I did a lot of researching and while some other mattresses seemed just as good, I liked how the firmness of this mattress sounded. It has lived up to the good reviews I read. I rotated it after two weeks and have a good bed base, and I’ve seen no evidence of sagging. It’s a joy to sleep on and I have a lot of confidence that if I follow the recommendation Sleep Republic make about rotating and supporting it, it should last for a very long time.

Company failed to honour their return policy – Customer service (Tanya) keep refusing the return as there are ,stain, on the mattress per the allegation. They probably expect a new, never used mattress (probably still in the box) so you can return it. BE Warned - if you really intend to try it for 100 night and you don’t like it you risk stuck with them!

I convinced her to try Sleep Republic as it offers free return if it doesn’t suit. The order and delivery process was super easy.
